Oh no grumpy I'm so very sorry for your loss. How devastating. Are you able to move your flights and come back home?

They said that miscarriages after 6 weeks are usually due to an abnormality so I could ask the hospital at home to analyse the embryo if I want. They said it's 1.5cm so should be able to pass it naturally if I want.

I'm flying home asap - got a 2:45pm flight

Just having to alter my reality is so difficult. I just assumed it would be ok

Grumpy i am so so sorry ❤❤❤please don't feel rediculous or silly for buying clothes etc... You will use them when the time is right for you to try again... your such a strong lady and i'm glad you are managing to come home sooner!

I've had a lot of period style cramping today (DR Google tells me its normal) but its hurting all the way down to my bits (sorry TMI) like AF cramps used to and its just horrid!

grumpy I am so sorry to for you and DH. I can't imagine what you are feeling and being away from DH and home. I'm glad your able to get a flight home sooner. Thoughts are with you and your family right now

I am holding it together for now just to get home. I've text everyone we told so I don't get questions in a few weeks.

I text my midwife who is going to cancel my scan and bloods. She says when I start bleeding I should go to A&E to check it's all ok.. wtf I don't have time to sit for 14 hours in a uk A&E.. Spanish A&E was bloody empty!! They even said they would have removed it for me if I was staying longer. I cannot afford to take any sick days after all my recent travel and the food poisoning sick day. I don't want to tell my boss as the only silver lining of this is that work don't know and now they don't need to and next time the timing should be better.

They put the scan photos in an envelope for me. I am not going to look at them again till I'm home with DH. It's a proper little baby shape thing.

I am so so glad I found out now and not Monday morning at 8am. On way to airport now. Thanks for all your support x

Oh grumpy! I am so gutted for you love. I am so so sorry. I really am. The flight home is going to feel surreal. Just do whatever you can to get yourself through it. I don't know what to say other than I am so sorry that you're going through this. It is completely shit. And just take it one step at a time.
