Oh grumpy that is a full on day. Hope you get some sleep! Can you catch up on rest this weekend?

charl19 · 03/05/2017 16:14

Don't worry dancing mine is too😂 I think where this convo is so active I find it hard to keep up sometimes with what everyone is doing!! I do love catching up with it all when I get a minute tho! Feel really welcomed onto this one!

So where I'm at... so I think my af is due next week some time (I think around 10th something like that).. will leave it a little while to test if it doesn't arrive. DH and I sat down at the weekend to talk about everything.. we have decided if not pregnant this time then we will wait another 5-6 months to keep trying cause not sure if we would afford to live off just SMP! But I'm a firm believer in whatever happens happens! We have been trying this month until now so no idea. If we get pg this month then we will both be ecstatic anyway! Bit of a shame to say we are waiting, so I hope I can stick around on here guys!! Loving seeing all the scans and bfps!! 😍

Aw grumpy sorry about the flight, glad you got back safely though! Agree with hbh docs wouldn't have prescribed it if it was unsafe to take! Sending you lots of love!

buzzmoon · 03/05/2017 16:25

charl that sounds sensible, and 5-6 months will fly by! Still hoping for a bfp for you! Please stick around though. This thread is still Getting Ready for the Baby Challenge, whether that be taking vitamins, losing weight, saving money or going at it like rabbits we're all in it together and still want you here! :)

So inspire me, what shall I have for dinner tonight? Managed to sneak off from work early so gonna stop by Waitrose :)

HeyJupiter · 03/05/2017 16:49

orange so excited for you this month. I didn’t have any symptoms the month I got my BFP (bar weird scratchy womb feeling at 11DPO) but also you might not have even implanted yet so plenty of time :) Good luck to you and mummy (and everyone testing over the next week!)

parnsips not sure about clearblue sensitive but you could get a pack of two and then use one a few days later if needed. Your DH will be so happy!

grumpy you poor thing, that sounds awful :( Don’t worry about the diazepam, it’s only a one off. Hope you’re feeling rested and recovered (and full of lovely food) now.

charl really hope you get your BFP this month but also sounds very sensible to delay things if not. Either way sounds like you’re feeling sorted and that’s the main thing. Good luck lovely.

buzz how about a feta, mushroom and spinach lasagne? That’s what we’re having :)

So random symptom for the preggos: weird ache up my vaginal wall (I’m so clinical aren’t I haha)…anyone else? also lots of stretching and cramping over last few days but assume that’s because baby grows so quickly at this stage.

Mummyme87 · 03/05/2017 17:26

Came home to some more FRER and CB digital test.
Still getting this watery ewcm not as much as yesterday but still there. I thought I had an achey sore boob today for a few mins then I gave myself a kick and told myself to stop imagining symptoms 😂

DS has got a place in the local nursery for September. Omg he is growing up so much 🙈

Bought a second hand bugaboo bee tonight as my sister broke my pushchair. But scratched but otherwise good

HopefullyDothButterNoParsnips · 03/05/2017 17:29

I've bought a two pack of the CB plus and a CB digi for the morning. If I get a decent line I will use the digi. If not I will wait.

Ooh jupiter they're very exciting symptoms! Sounds like something's really going on in there! Wonder if this could be the start of your bump? Do you have any signs of one? I think I just look fatter 🤔 inspired by your cheesy baked yumminess, I have gone for meatball pasta bake!

parsnips that's very exciting! Cannot wait to see your test in the morning!

mummy that's so exciting! I have a really good feeling for you this month! Ah so good about DS! Your little boy growing up!

HeyJupiter · 03/05/2017 18:04

I think that all sounds promising mummy, impossible not to symptom spot. When are you going to use the FRER?

parnsips good plan re testing tomorrow. Fingers crossed you get a nice strong line.

I am definitely bloated buzz and rigid just above my knicker line. I just look chubby too haha. Can't wait to have a big ol' lovely bump. Enjoy your cheesy goodness!!

Mummyme87 · 03/05/2017 18:05

jupiter I will use a FRER on Saturday after my post night shift sleep. I'll be 10dpo. There is a chance I will crack on Friday however

HeyJupiter · 03/05/2017 18:22

Am so hopeful for you mummy, I want it so much for you! Implantation may not have even happened yet though I guess so stay strong x

TheGrumpySquirrel · 03/05/2017 18:59

Thanks guys I had some sleep in the hotel and my lunch meeting ended up being just a coffee so now grabbing a nice warm bagel from Starbucks before heading into the office. I'm falling asleep on my feet! Never again will I fly AA and especially not overnight.

Mummy try to hold out till 10dpo! You'll be so disappointed if it's unclear x

Parsnips I'm so excited for you!

buzzmoon · 03/05/2017 19:29

Glad you got some sleep grumpy

Forcing DP to watch obem with me 🙊 🙈

Seven0fNine · 03/05/2017 19:42

Ha ha buzz how have you managed that?!

So excited for tomorrow parsnips (and excited for Jb's retest too!)

Just got home. Today was ok at school, everyone feels the same as me so it was reassuring. And I ordered some new equipment so was like retail therapy with schools money 😂

Sounds like you're having a full on week Grumpy!! Take it easy my love xx

HbH · 03/05/2017 21:42

Oh jupiter ... spinach/mushroom/feta lasagne sounds RIGHT UP MY STREET! was it homemade or bought? Need further details! Hope your pains are baby making room for a growth spurt!

Cheryl (cole/versini/whatever) has named her kid Bear! I was just thinking that would be silly when he's grown up and working in an office but then realised he'll absolutely never need to work in an office 😂

DancingUnicorn · 03/05/2017 21:48

So after years of threatening to.... I'm finally reaching myself to knit!! It's so therapeutic. I'm really shit though. Hope I can get good enough to make a baby blanket!

Definitely no mistaking that it's cd1 for me. Feeling a lot more positive today. I'm hoping it lasts!

Looking forward to the morning parsnips!

otters2017 · 03/05/2017 22:07

orange my cycles are usually 27-29 days but have the odd 30 day cycle.

buzz I don't know whether to test whilst I'm away or not.

So I need some advice. It's cd30 today, no AF. Average 27-29days. I'm almost too scared to test now as I don't think I can face another BFN. There's been so many in the past and each cycle just gets harder. Feeling so desperate now I'm actually not sure if I'll cope if I get another BFN. So thinking I should just wait for AF and if not and it's been more than a week then I can test, probably won't last 2 days Argh really don't want to be stressing whilst on holiday but I can't help it. Been obsessively knicker checking today. Sorry tmi alert - had a blob of mucus but definitely no AF. For the humped ladies, did you get any mucus just before your BFP?

charl19 · 03/05/2017 22:14

Aw thank you ladies that means so much, you are all so lovely!!☺️☺️ defo sticking around, can't wait to see when some of these gorgeous babies start making an appearance!!

Good luck otters, as nerve wracking as it is, the only way you will know is by testing.. I've got my fx massively for you if you do decide to test! Could it be the week of bfps!! And mummy got my fingers crossed for you as well!! ☺️🤞🏼

charl19 · 03/05/2017 22:15

Sorry otters didn't read that back before I sent! Hope it didn't sound harsh.. it's hard to take a bfn when you're so excited about it all, hope you're ok 😘

HbH · 03/05/2017 22:58

otters i might be way off and remembering wrong but didnt you ov late this month? Wasnt your 7dpo blood test due on bank hol monday (but you had it early) so AF/BFP might not be due til Sunday/Monday?? (That's if you have a 14 day LP) maybe give it a few days cos there might not be anything to see at this stage if everything's shifted later??

HopefullyDothButterNoParsnips · 04/05/2017 05:00

Negative tests this morning. Woke up early and did the clear blue plus and it looked like something was there so tried the digital and it said 'Not Pregnant'. Went back to bed and just looked at test again and doesn't even look like a hint of a line. Yesterday's one still clearly has a cross but worried that it's an evap now.

Time will tell but not looking good! Sorry for the false alarm.

OP posts:
HopefullyDothButterNoParsnips · 04/05/2017 05:53

Not sure if you can sort of see a shadow of a line on this black and white pic? I'm getting line eye! I guess if there was something there the digital would've picked it up. It should have said 2-3 weeks so to not pick it up at all isn't great.

Wiggleyfingers · 04/05/2017 06:12

Parsnips is there any chance you have got your dates wrong? That line is quite clear so very confusing that the digi came up that way!

Mummyme87 · 04/05/2017 06:18

parsnips I can definitely see a cross on that test. Maybe give it another couple of days.
8dpo... I'm at work today so hopefully will be distracted

HopefullyDothButterNoParsnips · 04/05/2017 06:38

Thanks for saying you can see something. On the dates - if going by LMP then I would be 4 weeks today. Not really sure when Ov was as didn't bother with OPKs but did have EWCM on 20th and we DTD on 20/21/22.

I'll see if I can pick up a pink dye test at lunch to try with tomorrow. Although it will be some weird middle eastern brand I've never heard of!!

I don't want to say anything to DH until it's a bit more certain.

HopefullyDothButterNoParsnips · 04/05/2017 06:53

Meant to say mummy I hope the days pass quickly for you. When are you going to test?
