Hi Lisara - my chemical was an painful if not a bit more than my miscarriage. Cramps were awful and I felt so bad. So yes it is normal and it should only last 2/3 days. I felt better on day 4. So sorry your going through this x

lisara79 · 09/06/2017 20:01

thanks guys... emotionally I'm doing quite well now and the pain has lessened since this morning sick think things are on the up... I probably confounded things by staying up until 4 watching the election!

Lisara glad you're feeling a bit better. I had an early mc once and yes it was more painful than a normal period.

Sarah how frustrating! I wonder if your body has been trying to ovulate (hence the ewcm from day 5) but not actually released? I think I've had this the last two cycles. But like you say it's odd when clomid is supposed to make you ovulate. Maybe try putting a new post up on the board asking for experiences of clomid. You will probably get a better idea from others who have used it that way.

Rhi how's things?

Jords how's it with you too?

Viletta glad to hear your results were all good. That must be a relief. Fingers crossed for the swimmers!

RhiBee29 · 10/06/2017 07:51

BFN...disappointed My BFF just announced her pregnancy in so happy for her, she's struggled due to thyroid problems so it gives me hope. I'm reading the Secret and hoping the law of attraction will work as I now have 5 pregnant friends!

Hope you're feeling better @lisara79

Where are you at @littlemimosa?

Shredtheevidence · 10/06/2017 07:56

I don't know about an em/cp but after my Mmc I couldn't believe how much it hurt. Awful contractions and I can remember sitting on the stairs at 1am rocking and hugging my mum. I was 27!

If you are in any doubt ring the epu to discuss. Xxxxx

Sarah2209 · 10/06/2017 10:10

Oh RhiBee - so sorry! It's so hard when others announce theirs and whilst your so happy for them, your heart breaks a little and you feel a twinge of jealousy! Well I do!

Great news Viletta - hope DH is ok! There are things that can be done if his swimmers are not doing front crawl and I can let you know what worked for us. But hopefully you won't have any issues. Smile

Sarah2209 · 10/06/2017 10:12

Thanks LittleMimosa, how are you??

Done some research and some ladies don't ovulate until CD 26 on clomid!! So I'll keep DTD until I get a temp rise and the ewcm stops! Confused

Hope everyone has a lovely weekend x

lisara79 · 10/06/2017 11:07

@Rhibee... positive thoughts... it's going to happen, your turn is coming and tour friends pregnancies are good signs that yours will come.

@sarah2209, iv e read that Clomid can make ovulatuon a little later and mess with your cm... keeping at it sounds like a good plan.

@shredtheevidence... sounds like my morning yesterday... my mum arrived and I was it such a state, sat on a blanket on the floor hugging her and whimpering... and I'm 37... it's much better today though... extreme pain has gone.

Thanks so much to you all... so grateful for this group. Positive thoughts now and moving on... going to eat better and look after ourselves to have best chance of this not happening again.

Poor you Lisara. That sounds so painful. (Hugs)

Rhi sorry it's a bfn. That's tough timing with your friend announcing her pregnancy. You have to try to turn your thoughts around and see it as bringing you closer to your baby. It'll happen for you when your baby is ready x

Rhi and Sarah- nothing going on here. I'm not sure what is going on with my body but I've felt ovulation on day8/9 the last two cycles and missed my f/w altogether. Something feels 'off' but I don't know what. I'm thinking about making an appointment to see my gp to look at possibly getting a scan or hycosy due to my age and maybe blood tests. I'm almost frightened to tho in case they say oh you're very low on eggs or your bloods show menopause:( feeling a bit lost with my cycles really.

RhiBee29 · 10/06/2017 22:46

@littlemimosa I feel the "off" too. CD30 no sign of AF, boobs like rock and so sore but bfn's! Feel like I'm being selfish and unreasonable feeling upset that I haven't conceived when I already have DS and should be grateful I have a child.

lisara79 · 10/06/2017 22:55

Thanks Mimosa... all ok x

Rhibee... it's not selfish at all, it's not like there's a cap on the number of babies available... your want for one is a valid as anyone else's. x

OP posts:
littlemimosa · 10/06/2017 22:59

Rhi I feel exactly the same. I have 2 DC and my new 'thing' is jealousy towards those who have 3! Ridiculous I know but I can't help the desire for another child. I am truly grateful for my children as I'm sure you are, but as females our drive and instinct is to procreate so I'm not feeling bad about it. And nor should you.
Hope the signs you have are pregnancy and not pmt related. So cruel how similar they are!

littlemimosa · 10/06/2017 23:00

Cross posts Lisara. Here here. Well said.

Melodypond17 · 11/06/2017 07:32

11dpo and a bfn this morning - hoping it's too early to pick up the hormone yet but not feeling positive :(

RhiBee29 · 11/06/2017 08:18

Thanks @littlemimosa @lisara79 I was having a right wobbly last night, even tried to convince DH we should look at adopting...I'm only on cycle 3! Hormones are all over the shop wish AF would just show up now.

Good luck @Melodypond17

Sarah2209 · 11/06/2017 19:34

Hi Ladies, I know I'm trying my first child but I do think the journey for each child is as important whether it 1st or 5th! You can't turn that feeling off! I think it's sad that for some of us it's takes so long no matter what no. it is so don't feel bad.

Melody go get checked - best to know and they can test to see how your egg supply is. At least then you'll know what your options are.

Fx Melodypond - so hope it's your month
RhiBee so hope your symptoms are not PMS and maybe a late ovulation?

Sarah2209 · 11/06/2017 19:42

Sorry LittleMimosa and Melody - 2nd part of my message was meant for LittleMimosa and I put Melody Hmm

RhiBee29 · 12/06/2017 06:41

POAS...faint but definite line?! Used an IC. Made DH get up and look too and he can see it...it's still visible. I don't believe it. Going to get a digital on my lunch break. Not convinced. Woke up and sore boobs have gone too.

plaintomatopasta · 12/06/2017 06:53

Do you have a picture @RhiBee29 cx

RhiBee29 · 12/06/2017 07:20

Melodypond17 · 12/06/2017 09:12

Congratulations xx

Viletta · 12/06/2017 09:51

@RhiBee29 congratulations!

Viletta · 12/06/2017 09:53

My DH sperm test came back and it looks quite bad. Very low sperm count and all deformed. They asked him to retest to confirm.. I think I might be a candidate for ICSI if lucky....
