Jords have you tested again?

Jords0105 · 28/04/2017 08:16

Yeah I'm definitely out just tested with my last frer and bfn surely it would of picked something up by now

BlueSkies87 · 28/04/2017 10:20

Sorry to hear about the bfn jords Sad

Do you think it could be IB Mimosa? I just assumed because it was such a bright red that it couldn't be.

plaintomatopasta · 28/04/2017 10:32

Sorry to hear that @jords0105

lisara79 · 28/04/2017 11:23

Jords... I say wait for AF... you are never really out until AF comes as some people don't test positive until after...

Blue... I did some reading... suggests IB should be red or brown BUT there is stuff about the cervix being sensitive and blood filled in early pregnancy and sex can lead to bleeding so may not be a bad sign... particularly if bleeding stopped!

I was feeling really positive yesterday but had a temp dip today... might see if temp rises again tomorrow or continues to dip down towards AF... also, I now think I was getting ahead of myself and AF not due until Tuesday... FF has it a full 3 days before my period tracker (that is usually close)... if temp rises tomorrow morning, I may pick up test tomorrow and do Sunday am with FMU...

BlueSkies87 · 28/04/2017 11:36

Thank you Lisara, that is really interesting to know. I haven't bled anymore since. Checked my knickers earlier and there is no blood at all. I am just telling myself that there is nothing I can do at the moment so to just relax about it and time will tell... much easier said than done though!

Sorry to hear your temp dropped but don't lose hope Smile I stop temping after ovulation because it drives me mad!

Jords0105 · 28/04/2017 11:47

Thanks everyone and I keep telling myself that lisara but I doubt it, I keep checking my cervix for no reason at all because I don't have a pattern or anything to follow but it's still high but some people say it can drop only when Af actually arrives, either way I reckon I'll know tomorrow morning as I usually wake up to her!!

plaintomatopasta · 28/04/2017 12:03

Not to put a dampener on it Jords but my cervix was out of reach yesterday afternoon and last night I felt my period start and when I checked it had dropped down in the space of a couple of hours!

Jords0105 · 28/04/2017 12:08

It's okay plain I already know I'm out this month! Yano when you just know?

RhiBee29 · 28/04/2017 17:50

Ordered 20 IC 10miu tests online, should arrive Tuesday. AF due between Friday and Sunday. Trying not to test until AF doesn't show but I usually have no will power!

youngmummy3105 · 28/04/2017 17:57

AF finished this morning and my OPKs arrived this morning too! Now it's just a waiting game till ovulation day! X

Jords0105 · 28/04/2017 18:18

Are u u using the one step opks? I've just got out of the shower and was brushed my teeth and noticed my gums are bleeding which never happens! I did mention before that last time that's what made me test and was the day before Af.. I know I'm clutching at straws but hey stranger things have happened! Haha hows everyone else doing?

lisara79 · 28/04/2017 18:21

Hi... I know what you mean Jords... every twinge makes me wonder.... I'm using the one step opks... they've been the best iv e used.

Jords0105 · 28/04/2017 18:56

It's so frustrating isn't it! When are you testing? I can't keep up with everyone there's that many of us I'm getting confused😂 I don't even know why I asked I aren't letting myself use them because it just brings more stress!

BlueSkies87 · 28/04/2017 19:00

Happy weekend everyone! Grin

Mamma glad AF has finished and you can get started on this cycle Smile

Jords I remember you saying about your gums. Fx for you, sounds promising!

Rhi, let us know if you test - Fx for a BFP!

Good luck to everyone planning to test this weekend. Can't wait to see the BFPs!

lisara79 · 28/04/2017 19:03

Jords... I'm not sure I will test... I'll see how I feel tomorrow... my tempreture was down this morning and I'm not feeling sick anymore and have lots of AF cramps so unless I start feeling more odd and more positive, I might hold off and wait for AF... sometime between Sunday and Tuesday.

Thanks blue more than likely overthinking stuff but gotta have a little bit of hope ey! Lisara you've got a lot of willpower good luck!

BlueSkies87 · 28/04/2017 19:51

Jords I think hope is important. If you do give up the stress of those feelings would be no good for you if you are pg. Don't give up hope unless AF arrives Smile

Welcome Shred. Glad to have you join us for the 2ww. When is AF due? Have you had any symptoms?

lisara79 · 28/04/2017 21:20

Welcome Shred!

Jords... I just find waiting means I can feel hopeful for longer! x

OP posts:
Shredtheevidence · 28/04/2017 21:53

Thanks for the welcome.

AF due 5th May. No symptoms yet and trying not to get my hopes up too much. Although the cat has been very affectionate and she always have been when i have been pregnant before .

lisara79 · 28/04/2017 22:06

Shred... my cats are always super affectionate but I have noticed my dogs are being odd... almost more protective... the one who doesn't normally bark much, keeps barking at the cat...

OP posts:
Shredtheevidence · 28/04/2017 22:20

Lisara..i have a 7 month old border collie too but it is virtually impossible to tell his mood as he is permanently mental! When I had my daughter the cat was a bump warmer for 9 months. She now likes to sleep at my 2.5yr olds feet.
