so... I was just kind-of sick... straight after dinner.... I have never been sick without having either a hangover or flu.... don't want to talk OH as he may look too much into it (a bit like I'm doing) and don't want him to be disappointed if it's nothing...

How many dpo are you lizara79? Sickness could be an early sign for you.....

lisara79 · 26/04/2017 21:54

Hi Sarah.... I'm 11 dpo... due AF on Sunday... if I'm sick again tomorrow then I may test Saturday...

Sarah2209 · 26/04/2017 22:08

So possibly post implantation. They say nausea and sickness heighten after implantation as your hormones surge..... who'd have thought feeling or being sick would be so exciting..... hope it's a good sign x

lisara79 · 26/04/2017 22:18

Thanks Sarah, I hope so too... I have had very little else, apart from perhaps the lack of intense pmt symptoms.

mammabear4 · 26/04/2017 22:22

Hoping that's a positive sign for you @lisara79 - I've had hot flushes, nausea and just a funny taste in my mouth, feel like my mouths watering in not a good way you know like when you're feeling car sick, but it's quite mild. That's interesting Sarah about the post implantation hormone surge because that could be currently what I'm experiencing! Wish these cramps would go away though Sad

lisara79 · 26/04/2017 22:44

i have the watery mouth too mamabear.... we'll see... give it a few days....x

I'm out. Did a test tonight when I got back and it was a bfn so I'm just waiting on af now to come and start me again. Last chance next month too before a six month break or possibly a year break.

Jords0105 · 27/04/2017 00:23

Hi guys do you think I should test in the morning or wait till at least Friday? I'm fed up of buying tests already!

lisara79 · 27/04/2017 00:28

When is AF due Jords?

OP posts:
plaintomatopasta · 27/04/2017 06:51

Wish me luck ladies.... last frer 😬

mammabear4 · 27/04/2017 07:00

Good luck @plaintomatopasta!!! Ooh some hopeful symptoms @lisara79 it sounds like there's a few who will be testing at the weekend, exciting! @Jords0105 possibly wait til Friday (if you can!) it would be a clearer result! I know the pain of feeling like you've wasted tests! Xxx

plaintomatopasta · 27/04/2017 07:06

BFN with FMU at 14dpo so that's pretty conclusive.

RhiBee29 · 27/04/2017 07:12

Looking to stock up on tests are 10mlu the most sensitive? I'm going to bulk buy internet cheapies, got a bfp @ 10dpo with DS.

littlemimosa · 27/04/2017 07:13

So sorry plain. It's an awful feeling. Is AF due soon? I know you did say up thread but why the break? Did I imagine this or are you getting married? ((Hugs))

weasledee · 27/04/2017 07:14

Sorry pasta :( x

mammabear4 · 27/04/2017 07:17

Oh no so sorry plain sending hugs xx

plaintomatopasta · 27/04/2017 07:36

Due Tuesday according to ovia and tomorrow according to ff. we are taking breaks because DH is starting a new job in June and will be away 20 weeks and then home 2 and a pattern like that for the next 2yrs. So next month is last chance as it'll be slim chance that the two weeks he's home will be my good weeks!

mammabear4 · 27/04/2017 08:38

Oh no @plaintomatopasta sounds like that will be a difficult set up regardless of TTC Sad With DD I didn't get a positive result until a few days after AF was due, so possibly some hope still??
Once your DH is away on and off you might find that timings do marry up and could happen when you're not even expecting it to. Hope you're ok don't lose hope in the whole thing xxx

Sarah2209 · 27/04/2017 09:18

So sorry Plaintomato:( but it's early still especially if you implantated late? Maybe some hope...

RhiBee First Response say it can detect as low as 6.5miu/ml - and usual early ones are 10miu - clearblue are 25miu so not as sensitive. I've know ladies test with First Response though get negative but then get positive after AF due. We're all so different so hcg seems to appear strong enough to show positive at different times, not only for different women but same women with each pregnancy - it's all so frustrating! Wish they'd devise an earlier more conclusive test so we didn't drive ourselves insane for 2 weeks each month!!!!! Angry

lisara79 · 27/04/2017 10:47

Sorry Plain... but you are never completely out until AF shows...

I'm feeling more negative today... got quite strong pre-af cramps... boo... 12dpo so too late for implantation and very close to AF... ah well, still confused by the sickness!

OP posts:
mammabear4 · 27/04/2017 11:14

@lisara79 I'm still feeling very sicky today but have strong cramps too. Did another test this morning and was a stronger positive I've attached yesterday's on the left and today's on the right for comparison. Very worried about these cramps - I'm 13dpo xx

mammabear4 · 27/04/2017 11:14

Oops forgot to attach

lisara79 · 27/04/2017 11:37

Mamabear... iv e done some reading and plenty of people have them... not necessarily a bad thing... the fact that the test has got stronger is a really good sign!! Maybe take a test every few days and see the hormone increasing... it'll give you piece of mind until major symptoms kick in! For reasons I haven't really gone into... I just think it's not going to be easy for my partner and I to conceive and I just think I'm kidding myself and want it too much! it's why I won't test early... I can keep the dream alive while not dashing my hopes by poas... the sickness is the best sign iv e had but the cramps feed my negative thoughts.

OP posts:
Sarah2209 · 27/04/2017 12:05

Mamabear - stronger tests each day are a really good sign. Cramping early is normal - keep positive.

Lisara79 try and keep positive no matter what the outcome. I know how hard it can be. I sometimes regret my 18 month break now, though at the time I thoroughly enjoyed no more charting, knicker watching, agony of when to poas and the disappointment... I know how you feel this month - I’ve had 4 days of hell.... thought AF came super early, didn’t really bleed that much, awful cramps the past 3 days and then the faintest of faintest lines on a test... but I’m now either 16/17 dpo and I can’t believe such a faint line, after so much cramping can be good. Think my bean tried to implant but failed... waiting for the nurse to call. Can’t start Clomid now as I haven’t had a proper bleed.... AAAArrrrrgggghhhhh

Calm and Fx and positive vibes to us all......
