So yet again, af has got me. Brown spotting this morning after a cycle where I was actually genuinely convinced I'd done it this time. Oh well.

Only on month 5 of actively trying. I'm ttc no2. I'm awaiting a referral for a hospital appointment to investigate scarring in my uterus so every month that goes by without a pregnancy, the more I can't deny that there's obviously something wrong (I've conceived twice, both just after a missed pill so 5 months is long in comparison!)

Just thought I'd say hi and hope THIS might be our month and we have a chance at a baby in 2018 instead :)

Hellooo can I hop on the train please? Desperately joining loads of threads here as I have far too much time on my own with DH working away and need others to rant talk to!
I was on December bus 2013 and got my BFP first cycle trying oh if only I was so lucky this time! TTC since October, fell pregnant January which unfortunately ended in MC.

@SSF8 2ww for us now then! Let's hope it flies by! It's the same for DH, on one hand he's loving all the BDing on the other he's kind of like no rush, leave it to fate, especially since the MC which I think hit us hard in different ways. I'm now more nervous about everything but still wanting to control as much as poss because it feels like I've been so out of control. He's taken it as just one of those things and we need to take it easy. Unfortunately with him being in the RAF he's away so often and there's me going mental with OPKs and timings and he's just like oh is it time for a shag now? Fantastic! No idea how crazy it's sending me! To make matters worse out of my two best friends one had a beautiful baby boy 2 weeks ago and the other is due in 2 weeks. So feeling very isolated atm.

I came off the depo injection in August. Then had an abnormal smear and investigations where they found and removed cancerous cells in my cervix. So that delayed TTC for a month. Just had the results from my 6 month check up and got the all clear so even more determined now. Although they've said my cervix could be weaker now due to having the treatment, and I've potentially got another year before my injection is out of my system!. So hopefully when I do manage to conceive, my cervix can hold it in there for a full 9 months!!

@SSF8 oh gosh sounds like a bumpy start but fantastic that you've got that all clear now FX that you are fully restored and everything goes more smoothly from now on. I'm nervous after the MC that same might happen again so feel like BFP would be tinged with apprehension, here's hoping for not only a positive result for us next month but sticky beans then! I just read you dtd CD 7 and 11 so said you're not holding out hope - we did once CD 5 before DH went back to work then twice CD 10 and twice CD 11. It only takes the one time though or so some would have us believe, seems like these occurrences are an absolute myth to me atm!

I am currently living at the in laws (been here 2 weeks, and have about 8 weeks to go) we sold our house, and the new house isn't ready yet! I'm probably stressed about that too which won't help. But also feel uncomfortable doing it under their roof. OH isn't bothered, but I'm paranoid about getting caught out! That's why we didn't get chance to BD often this cycle. Will probably be the same next month. Can't wait to get the call to say our house is ready!

Another chemical pregnancy last month, making two in a row. That bleed ended two days ago so back on it, trying to keep positive! CD 8 here, although no OPK's as we're mid house move and it's all been packed away. Lots of EWCM today and given I O'd on CD 10 last month, we BD-d for good measure. Here's hoping this thread is a lucky one

It's my third cycle since coming off the pill but only our first of ttc as we wanted to avoid a xmas baby and conceived immediately with our previous two.
Hoping to get a bfp soon though as I suffer HORRENDOUS period pains when I'm not on the pill.

I'm only on cd4 here of a 26day cycle (although last month i started spotting on cd25 and that has NEVER happened ever before) 6 more days until fertile window 🤗

I thought my period had come on Sunday but I don't think full flow started til last night so not sure whether to count today day 1. Just going to get the donor to do his thing on 30th and hope for the best...Least fresh sperm lasts a few days right?!?

I am considering doing ovulation tests this month just to check if/when I'm ovulating (no idea what's going on with my cycle right now and don't have the energy to DTD every 3 days throughout the entire month!). Any recommendations? When should I start them? I remember last time I ovulated quite late...around day 18/19 of a 28ish day cycle. So maybe I should start from day 15 or something?

If you're a 28 day cycle i would still start from day 9 as annoying as that will be. And test between 10am and 8pm twice a day. Never with FMU.

Seconding testing with OPKs early, I found out I ovulate on CD 10 whereas I though it wasn't until 14!

CD 11 here and 3 days of very thick EWCM. Not using OPK's this month but I'm pretty sure I'm O-ing because of the CM and cramps I've been having. My cycles have been 25 days for the last few months so shall keep on BD every day for the next few days!

My CB digital ones do say FMU think it depends which one you use, I am CD 13 and still negative but am expecting that as long cycles so not bothered hope everybody having a good day, welcome newbies xx

Thanks everyone. I will order some today...will read the instructions to see what it recommends about FMU. I guess if I do it twice a day it doesn't matter as much?

I think I'm CD6 today, but as my period wasn't really a proper one and was the first for some weeks I don't really know!

Hi all, welcome to the new people joined, and sorry to anyone who has hoppped on from the April bus, good luck to you all this cycle.

So after having a super early +opk on CD6 I've had medium lines up until today and neg today so no idea what is going on! we decided to DTD anyhow so have from CD6-10 so far today is CD11 and will 'try' to continue for the next 4/5 days and just see how it goes!
Hope you see a positive soon cookie start of cycles are sooo boring in comparison to the manic tww!!
I agree with juney and just peanut start early my cycles are 26 days so you don't want to miss it!

Hi everyone, new here and new to this!

TTC our first I am 26 years old and unfortunately cannot do it the conventional way!
I have Secondary Vaginismus that is very severe, I am receiving treatment(finally) however we do not(cannot wait) any longer.

Currently on Day 12 of a 28 day cycle. Yesterday I am sure I ovulated which would be day 11(is this too early??) I say this because I am pretty in tune with my symptoms and had a lot of EWCM.
We inseminated using a sterile needleless 10ml syringe. Once in the morning and once in the evening. TMI maybe I had an orgasm both times just after inserting, stayed on my back with hips raised for around 10 minutes. Hopefully chances are good. As far as we know no fertility issues, apart from well not being able to have intercourse!

I don't think day 11 is too early my friend got pregnant last month on day 10!

Hi! That's great how many cycles have you been trying for and is this your 1st? Are you using a syringe or soft cup ect?

I definitely DTD with the syringe at the right time, so it's just a matter of whether one of those little swimmers made it in time!! Hope to keep each other updated
