So yet again, af has got me. Brown spotting this morning after a cycle where I was actually genuinely convinced I'd done it this time. Oh well.

Only on month 5 of actively trying. I'm ttc no2. I'm awaiting a referral for a hospital appointment to investigate scarring in my uterus so every month that goes by without a pregnancy, the more I can't deny that there's obviously something wrong (I've conceived twice, both just after a missed pill so 5 months is long in comparison!)

Just thought I'd say hi and hope THIS might be our month and we have a chance at a baby in 2018 instead :)

I'm sorry to hear about BFN's. Please don't give up hope yet. I got another line just like yesterday this morning. I'm thinking they are faulty xx

@ImBreakingBad could it be the start of a definite line? It looked so promising last night!

My test this morning was pretty obvious but still so faint I couldn't see if it had colour or not, I'm going with indent line and crap tests grrrrr

1dpo over here, temp drop yesterday followed by hike today. Opk was positive yesterday at 6am v dark line and only just negative at 5pm. So I am estimating ov at lunch time/early afternoon. Dtd last night so crossing fingers we might have caught the egg in the first 12hrs of release! Gosh I am so scientific about all this. I do find it helps me to know the ins and outs. Think dh and I have forgiven each other for the other night. Think I need to be more flirty in future and not just try and jump him haha!

Had dinner with Nct group yesterday, one other trying and not pregnant yet and one is 20 weeks! I want a baby bump so much

I'm 8dpo now and desperate to test even though it's not possible to get a positive. I didn't even bring any tests with me to stop me testing early.

I think I'm out already this cycle. CBFM seems stuck on 'high' and it's day 22 now (been high since day 14, no peak). I think my hormones are not quite balanced after my recent surgery :( the monitor is meant to be 99% accurate so pretty sure it's me that's the problem ! I have very sore boobs too and I never ever get that so something hormonal is up. It's weird as I had ewcm a couple of days ago but didn't get a peak then

I'm hoping so - if I hold it up to the light there is a definite very dark coloured line you don't need to squint to see - on 3 of them. Boobs are killing me too so fingers crossed x

Sorry for those with af or bfn

I'm 8dpo today and have 2 pg tests in the house (IC) and i know I'm gonna use one tomorrow weak then one on Monday at 10 DPO . If I get a bfn on Monday then pretty sure I'll be out as got bfp at 10 DPO with my last pregnancies! Ah well.

Symptom wise-boobs look and feel bigger but not as tender today so taking it af is on way if tenderness has subsided! Af officially due a week today!

Morning all. Tested today at what I think is 12DPO and got a very obvious BFN, so I think I'm out this cycle, yet again. I've always had 6 months in my head as a "worry point" for some reason, so now I'll be moving onto cycle 7 it's quite daunting.

I naively thought I'd be pregnant within seconds of coming off the pill, stupid eh!?Trying not to get worried... but failing...! Driving self mad waiting til I can test/af. Trying not to test too early after months of doing so and being so disappointed! Been using clearblue digital OV tests, and tried pre seed for first time this month plus various supplements (but think only thing they did was bring ovulation forward, so we didn't have as many attempts this month. Only 3 around ovulation and none in days leading up to so am not holding out too much hope for a positive. Also means a longer wait to testing unless it's also brought Af forward too... was like clockwork 30 days and now not sure :( )Hope everyone is staying sane and hopeful! Is anyone else trying anything different/supplements etc ? X

Just went and bought another brand from our nearest chemist! Suspected BFP - its exactly the same!!!

Rah rah rah!! Af is now 2 days late, I had a serous squinter yesterday, like couldn't even photograph it! Getting a little frustrating. If I'm not pg, please just let af come already so I can focus on next month!

I can see it it !!!!!! Do a digi now. But rememebr they aren't always as sensitive just incase it's not positive today.

Hi impatientmummy. I just got my BFP and started trying 9 months ago so I know how disheartening it can be. If you have normal cycles I would probably avoid supplements at the moment just incase they mess it up. Hopefully it won't be much longer for you.

@ImBreakingBad congratulations! Nice line there! I think digi is less sensitive, so perhaps try it in a couple of days?

I think I'll hang off for the Digi. Maybe do it on Tuesday. Christ I'm in shock that this has happened as we hardly DTD! I never got a line like that last time so I'm hoping it's a good sign! X

Hi waitingonasmile, congratulations to you! And thanks, yes I think you're right... I don't think it's the basic vitamin supplement (pregnacare) that's the problem because I've been taking that the whole time, and the wellwoman (which is similar) for years and basically just vitamins .... I think it's the new stuff i tried: maca, larginine, acai.... and high strength evening primrose leading up to ovulation (meant to help increase CM) but I think that's what brought ovulation on early!! I'll never know but think I'll stick with normal vitamins and pre seed this month if anyone else sees this and has had similar effects from the above let me know! x

Double shot in May? Just wondered has anyone counted ahead to see where next cycle ends? Before my bfp I had looked at dates and if af had arrived on time I'd still of had a chance for a bfp in May. Af was due 6th may and with my 26/27 day cycle next af would be due 1st/2nd June so I'd of been able to test again in the last week of May. It felt like I'd of had 2 chances in May if you get what I mean? Don't know if that helps anyone with bfp or af who also has shorter cycles might be worth checking dates and seeing if you also have a double shot at May?
