So yet again, af has got me. Brown spotting this morning after a cycle where I was actually genuinely convinced I'd done it this time. Oh well.

Only on month 5 of actively trying. I'm ttc no2. I'm awaiting a referral for a hospital appointment to investigate scarring in my uterus so every month that goes by without a pregnancy, the more I can't deny that there's obviously something wrong (I've conceived twice, both just after a missed pill so 5 months is long in comparison!)

Just thought I'd say hi and hope THIS might be our month and we have a chance at a baby in 2018 instead :)

I'm still hoping though.. I got bfp with superdrug and then bfn later same day but I did drink a lot of water to poas..

Hi ladies, do you mind if i join? Stats:
28, TTC#1, cycle 4, CD15. We started trying in November and i fell pregnant straight away, but had a miscarriage in Dec. Haven't been successful since then. Have just started using CB ovulation kit. Trying to stay positive as i suppose its still fairly early days, but this is now cycle 4 and as AF keeps appearing i get more and more anxious. Xx

V upset. Ovulating this evening based on positive opk at 6am today plus ewcm. PIL are here tonight but not arrived yet. Spent all day thinking how I could entice dh to dtd between DS bedtime and PIL arriving. No exaggeration drape myself naked over him just now after a bath and he tells me he doesn't feel like it. Wtf. The lengths I have gone to to pinpoint ovulation and the best time and all to waste because he doesn't feel like it. I am so upset, I just walked out the room and started crying. Another month gone.Sad

Congrats to the BFP already this week and I'm sorry to those with less positive news.

Ovia tells me and I'm going to try and listen to her ... that Its 7 days until I can test, I believe I'm 5/6 day DPO.

Got 2 test for £2 in coop, bargain! No indication of ui/ml (here is an icon with my grumpy face). Will test tomorrow morning probably

That's so disappointing motherof maybe you'll get a chance to sneakily dtd later tonight or tommorow.

viletta I found the coop ones very sensitive and got a clear BFP on them about 11dpo. Line was much clearer than the One Step strips.

Does anyone know do you get ewcm before during or just after ovulation?
Had loads this morn but still high on cbfm not peak ?

I doubt it waiting Sad we have just had a big argument about it. He said he won't dtd on demand especially when he doesn't feel like it and I need to stop focusing on it as it kills the romance. Then he said we should just do it when we feel like it (which would be like once a week and hardly likely to coincide with ov!) and chill out. Then he said I should do more to make him want it to turn him on but he didn't give me any ideas so what am I meant to do? I was lying on him naked ffs is that not enough?!

mother - I totally sympathise. My DH can be a bit like that, but has manned up a bit now it's been taking a while. How many cycles are you on? It is bloody frustrating. They only have to do one bloody thing!!

No testing here until next weekend

excitement Ewcm would be before you ovulate as it creates the right conditions for sperm to survive and meet the egg

boatrace only cycle 3 but it was cycle 2 with DS I think that's why I'm so obsessive now as that milestone has passed (albeit v v small milestone!) dh told me he feels like a sperm machine. I refrained from saying that I felt like a cow when breastfeeding DS... jeez anyone would think I was asking him to do something awful! And he used to complain we didn't dtd enough! Now he's saying too much and we've only done it twice in 3 weeks!

It's just annoying too as it is so distracting it's all I think about morning and night and it is all consuming, I think about it when I wake up, on my commute, all day at work... thought all day how I would persuade dh to dtd tonight then he just flat out rejected me when I'm lying on him naked. It's humiliating.

motherof Totally understand how you are feeling with it being constantly on your mind. I think men just don't have the same strong feelingsobsession we have with TTC. Fingers crossed for you next cycle Wine

Mother try and make it his idea, I don't go on too much about the baby making... even tho I'm totally obsessed. They are easily led when they want to be! Just undress/walk about naked/get into bed without any clothes etc. Little flirty touches all evening, just don't let him know you are obsessing - it might be a passion killer..?

I have been trying that homebird but then he sees me take my temp every day, go to bathroom with opk, and I'm not usually that forward so he knows!

Just had big temp drop this morning so I guess I haven't ovd yet and will do today. Out tonight may see if I can squeeze a dtd in when I get home but usually when I'm out dh is asleep by the time I get back. Just so v disappointed and not sure what to do about it if it does take months. I'm wondering whether we are peaking too soon so to speak. I try to instigate it from cd10 onwards but then as ov approaches on cd14/15 he's had enough! Maybe I need to hold out and start on cd13/14!

So af due today, nothing to suggest it's on the way as yet. Tested with fmu, I'm other sure if I've just convinced myself I can see a faint line out of hope. It's probably just a bfn Sad

Good morning! These coop test are just rubbish! The tip is partially protected with plastic, one test that I help in a cup for 20s showed no lines at all, the other one that I used with a stream showed one faint control line only after 5 min.. I wouldn't recommend! Feels like I've waisted my fmu! However on the one that kind of worked there is only one line so BFN. No more testing for me till af arrives and I feel that it will.. cramping

@MotherofBoy you could perhaps check ov with CM for a month. It's a discrete way and make sure you cover the whole fertile window?

I got my IC'a and BFN obviously! AF is supposed to be due in a week. I've had such bad cramps and I'm over emotional so I'm thinking she'll make her appearance shortly Angry

So af is due for me either tomorrow, Sunday or Monday (not entirely sure!) But I decided to try a frer with my fmu this morning...bfn again so I'm thinking I really am out. Plus I'm cramping so just waiting af to arrive now.

Sorry to hear about the bfn's, but it's also great to see some bfp's!
