So yet again, af has got me. Brown spotting this morning after a cycle where I was actually genuinely convinced I'd done it this time. Oh well.

Only on month 5 of actively trying. I'm ttc no2. I'm awaiting a referral for a hospital appointment to investigate scarring in my uterus so every month that goes by without a pregnancy, the more I can't deny that there's obviously something wrong (I've conceived twice, both just after a missed pill so 5 months is long in comparison!)

Just thought I'd say hi and hope THIS might be our month and we have a chance at a baby in 2018 instead :)

Afternoon all! Didn't use OPK's this month but I think I'm about 6/7DPO now going by previous months and when I had fertile CM. lots of cramping today plus stringy, yellow CM plus incredibly emotional about everything ( we move in a month, I've known this for 6 months and it's what I want yet I bawled about it under my sun glasses at the park while I pushed DD in a swing...). Anyone else around the same point/also a crazy crying lady?

Ahhhhh. We dtd the 4 days before the positive OPK and on the day of positive but missed yesterday . Will dtd tonight but Im now feeling like we've ruined our chances by missing a vital day.

I feel like cracking up.. CD11 and not even a hint of a line on OPK. Can't even get a bloody line on one of them. Seriously, what chance do I have. Although, its quenched my instaible POAS addiction

Officially in the 2ww here after a definate negative opk today.

I had strong opk yesterday and the day before so wasn't sure which was the positive. Would have liked to dtd again today to cover all bases but dh said no because we did yesterday and the day before and he'd had a couple of beers today (dh+beer = no dtd! )

Nothing else I can do now other than sit back and wait the long long 2 weeks and hope I don't got crazy with it!

CBFM today was low as expected
Last month I got high from day 11 I think and a peak on day 14 so feeling excited !
Tuesday I'm 3 weeks post op so can officially start ttc!

maybebaby we also didn't dtd the day after positive OPK so I know how you feel.

Frustrating isnt it Waitingona, we'll have to hope there were enough swimmers already up there to meet egg! What day are you due bfp/af?

When you get a positive ovulation test is it that day and the following day that are the most fertile or the 2 days after a peak/positive ?

Fingers crossed there will be . I have irregular cycles so who knows when af due, but will test on 8th. When will you test? Now need to hide the pregnancy tests or I'll start poas everyday .

excitement it depends how long after surge you ovulate I suppose. I would say day of positive and day after would usually be most fertile though but could be wrong.

This will be baby no3 but never used OPK's etc before.
Month #2 of TTC
Average cycle 32-35 days

My last af was 4th of April and I had a very positive OPK last night. It's the first one I'd taken so not sure how long it was positive for, negative but still strong line this morning.

I was feeling very crampy last night, a bit less today and have lots of EWCM.

Do you count dpo as after your positive OPK or a couple of days after??

Oh and I'm CD20 now 👆🏻

Positive opk means you will ov in the next 24-36 hrs. So dependant on what time you get the positive opk most fertile days could be that day and the next or the next day and into the day after that.... it's all so complicated!

Dh is away tomorrow so even if there was still time we won't be able to dtd again till Tuesday which will be too late.

Due to test 6th May but going to try and hold off testing till a couple of days late..... yeah like that's going to happen 😂

I'm due to test between the 6th and 8th (last cycle was a longer than usual so thrown me off) so we can obsess together.

That'll be me you Sallywith and Waitingon all testing around the same date Really going to try not to get crazy between now and then, but I HATE the wait!! 😂

So jealous of all you guys already getting to the 2ww. I don't ovulate till cd25 ish. Sooo annoying!!

I've decided on doing the sperm meets egg plan instead of dtd everyday. So since cd4 we havw dtd.. and will continue to do so until i get a positive opk then you have to dtd 3days in a row.. skip a day (not sure why) and then one more time for goodluck.
Due af on the 11th.. just used my conceive plus for the first time and it was actually really nice feeling.. so natural!!!!

That sounds like it makes sense. We can't dtd till after Tuesday as my consultant said it takes 3 weeks for tubes to heal. That will be cd11 so may start then (carefully!) and follow that same plan of every other day, 3 days in a row then one for luck!

It amazes me how different we can all be with the length of our cycles Boatrace! How long till you're on cd 25?

Ive just heard of sperm meets egg plan Bluee, might try it next cycle if I can get dh to dtd 3 days in row!

Waitingonasmile I feel EXACTLY the same. We needed to dtd on the 20+21st and missed those days, I feel that though we did it for other days this past week, we missed some of the most vital days!

However when I became pregnant in January (mc in Feb), I'd only dtd once that cycle, and that was 6 days before i was due to ovulate and it worked. So don't be disheartened, it could still happen!
