Thread 6 already. We are a bunch of ladies who are either

  • humping (TTC)
  • by humping yet (waiting to TTC)
  • humped (preggers)

And everything in between!

We've had 7 BFPs in three months and we love a bit of lucky lube and a squinter on 9DPO - come and join the madness!

Para really sorry for your loss, this is a lovely supportive group!

Wilde congrats it really is a lucky group

Parastars · 23/03/2017 10:10

Thank you ladies - you're all so lovely.

buzzmoon · 23/03/2017 10:11

38 weeks?! What the hell!!

laura I also work with incompetent twats, one in particular who is making my life hell at the moment!!!! 😡

NaturWilde · 23/03/2017 10:12

I think it depends when you implant. I've a feeling it was 7/8 dpo so it figures I could have a line now.

Some women test at this stage yet implantation occurs at 12dpo.

Due to my age (38) I've been really paying attention to my cycle, so I'm hyper aware!

Redpony1 · 23/03/2017 12:41

My friend was full term when she found out - in labour! She was 16, had normal periods throughout and was still in her size 6-8 clothes with zero bump. She actually lost a bit of weight too.... Her only symptom they realised after was morning sickness, but they thought it was from grief - she had woken up one Saturday morning at her boyfriends house and he was led next to her dead, he had suffered adult sudden death syndrome Sad They think she would have been around 8weeks at this point Sad

NaturWilde · 23/03/2017 12:42

Oh my god, what a story @Redpony1

DancingUnicorn · 23/03/2017 13:06

😢 red! Poor girl.

Penguin27 · 23/03/2017 13:12

Omg red that's shocking! Poor girl Flowers

HeyJupiter · 23/03/2017 13:12

Glad everyone is okay, just watching the news has been so distressing, can’t imagine what it must be like to be in London at the moment.

Oh para I remember you from the other thread. I’m so sorry for your loss. I’m glad you’ve come back. Thinking of you x

Wow nature, I’m so happy for you – huge congratulations! That’s a really clear line. Early implantation is associated with successful pregnancies so that’s a really good sign. Will cross fingers for you that AF stays away and you get stronger lines over the next few days.

Wiggley hope AF not being an AB this month… you’re so right about mothers’ day, can’t believe I will be a mummy this year (all being well).

Grumpy it’s impossible not to symptom spot. In the first two weeks I was always so chilled about it but maybe it’s progesterone that actually adds to the irrationality in the luteal phase.. although saying that isn’t progesterone meant to be soothing? I really do have a good feeling for you this month (maybe because you’re feeling quite relaxed about the result either way!)

Dancing hope the form filling is all done. It must be hard to have to recount hard times on an official document but maybe also you can reflect on how positive your life is now. All these experiences shape us I guess. Lovely time with my sister thanks, she has a big beautiful bump but not feeling remotely like labour is going to start so reckon it will be another week or so before my new niece or nephew appears. So excited.

Hb that t-shirt is hilarious.. and means something very different to avid TTC-ers. My AF is far from cute. I wonder if the story about your cousin shows how much some pregnancy symptoms are really just psychosomatic! I keep waiting for nausea to kick in but it hasn’t so far (prob a bit early.) Am very tired though already and bowels are still all over the place.

laura sorry work is being a pain. Since finding out I was pregnant I have been trying to detach myself from work stress as much as possible. Having a new focus is helping. Hope you’re feeling a bit better.

Tigger you poor thing!! I’m so sorry that you’re having a crappy day Flowers It will all be worth it in the end x

HeyJupiter · 23/03/2017 13:13

Red that is such a sad story! Poor girl.

HeyJupiter · 23/03/2017 13:15

Oh confused how rubbish. Are you still struggling with insomnia lovely? X

DancingUnicorn · 23/03/2017 13:31

I'm glad you're giving yourself a day at home Tigger. I left realised a 5 day week is really taking its toll atm. Hope you are able to relax while you're doing whatever work you can.

Jupiter hope the nausea stays away for you. Mine seemed better yesterday, so of course I feel dreadful today. You must be so excited to meet the newborn when it comes!

Confused sorry it's hitting you hard lovely. I feel like I've known pregnant people before and no one has ever warned me just how horrible it can be. Maybe they did and I just couldn't fully comprehend it at the time...

Thinking of you today orange. Hope it's not too traumatic being back and the extra police presence is reassuring.

TheGrumpySquirrel · 23/03/2017 14:37

Wow that is quite shocking red!

I've just come back from lunchtime spin class and I'm knackered

TheGrumpySquirrel · 23/03/2017 14:39

Thanks Jupiter I have no idea - kind of hoping this isn't my month as timing would be very tricky - last luteal phase I had loads of symptoms so not gonna take any notice if I can help it.

xlaura · 23/03/2017 14:57

Buzz you are my long lost sister I've decided! I feel like I'm surrounded by a whole load of them.. god knows what I'll be like when I am preggers 😩

Jupiter I wish I had something else to focus on. Maybe my short fuse may have something to do with staying up til 11:30 setting up my new dining chairs ready for my table to arrive this evening. Bearing in mind I'm normally in bed at 9-9:30 because I'm a granny grissle 😂 haha

NaturWilde · 23/03/2017 16:06

Line definitely still there this afternoon on a new test (IC). Fainter (as afternoon wee?) but very definitely still there! Bought a FRER for tomorrow...

So strange seeing any sort of line on an IC! Only see brilliant while before...!

Redpony1 · 23/03/2017 16:08

It is a sad story, 16, surprise new mum and that dad passed away Sad She's doing great though, i think her DS is 7 now!

Hope all are resident upduff's feel better soon. It can't be nice feeling so crappy in this new & exciting time Flowers

NaturWilde · 23/03/2017 16:11

Must have been so harrowing for her Redpony1 and yet her son somehow a positive side to her story.

Parastars · 23/03/2017 19:12

Thanks, Jupiter hope all is going well for you x

HeyJupiter · 23/03/2017 19:55

laura ditto the usual early nights - love a 9pm bedtime :) Hope the dining table and chairs look fab!

Natur can’t wait to see your FRER! How exciting.

Thank god it's Friday tomorrow

DancingUnicorn · 23/03/2017 20:15

Amen to that Jupiter. Cannot wait for a day off (since Tuesday...)

Penguin27 · 23/03/2017 20:17

Thank god it's Friday tomorrow, indeed Jupiter! I am absolutely fed up with work. So I found out today that all my hard work over the last year is all wasted, it's not appreciated at all and just a stark reminder of the "no one likes me" message that I got a couple of weeks ago. Not me being para, actual feedback that I got. What's the point? Why do I try so hard, for nothing?? I have the biggest workload on the team, I'm paid the least on the team and I don't even get recognition for all the extra effort I put in.

HeyJupiter · 23/03/2017 20:17

Oh Dancing, not long to go! Then you can curl up and sleep for hours...:)

HeyJupiter · 23/03/2017 20:19

Penguin that is so upsetting and so de-motivating, I'm so sorry to hear work is so rubbish. Have they given you any constructive feedback at all? Sounds horrible and unfair Flowers x

HbH · 23/03/2017 20:25

Oh penguin that sounds truly awful... what blunt unconstructive "feedback" Are you considering a move?

Sad/crazy story red Your poor friendShock

FX everyone's Fridays go quickly and the weekend goes slowly! Sounds like it's been a bit of a week for most!

CD28 today, few twinges going on but have no idea what this means! I don't get pre AB symptoms usually! Quite unexpectedly bought a new car today so that was a nice distraction from the dreaded TWW!
