I've got two ordered so will probably do tonight and tomorrow! I've text my best friend she is being sceptical as I know she just doesn't want me to be disappointed but I just know! Still feeling super weird! Eek!

Thanks ladies..it's a first for me so I have no idea.

Confused I'm thinking because it was a flavoured one maybe it was just that as opposed to the normal durex ones we use. I'm hoping it was just that..just a really dull ache going on today and almost feels like everything is swelling inside. I'm hoping it's just a symptom of coming off the pill perhaps?

If it happens again in a couple of days I'll deffo be going to the docs just to be on safe side

I had a whole host of symptoms coming off the pill, such as but not including everything:

Feeling like my insides were boiling hot and swollen
Feeling like someone was trying to rip them out
Shooting pains sporadically
Headaches
Really bad cramps and twinges

I wonder what it does to our bodies in reality!

I couldn't believe how differently I felt coming off it! Actually wanting to dtd!!! It's clearly a wonderful contraceptive, as I NEVER wanted to dtd while I was taking it.

Much how I feel now tbh!

Good luck Grumpy, I think I can definitely see something on the last pic you posted on the FRER :)

Don't worry Parsnips, I've been testing this cycle and got BFN's all through my 2WW right up to the day before my period, then still got very faint BFP's at first!

I actually feel the need to retest, DP wants to make sure we are too as we got very excited, I told him the good brands to get if he wants to pop out and get me one :) Have this irrational fear the line will disappear :(

If will be nice if my due date is right, I had DD 6 weeks before my 22nd Birthday and if it's accurate I will have this little one 3 weeks after my 24th, we'll all be Autumn babies!

Ahh thanks seven I feel in this weird limbo where I can't get excited until I see a real solid line but there is no denying there is colour on last night's squinter!

Also bit gross but can we have a vote on whether I should used my saved FMU from this morning for this FRER, or a fresh wee? I've got 2 sticks so can do another in the morning but just want a decently visible result asap!!

Grumpy it's funny with FMU, I saw on countdowntopregnancy.com that a lot of women say that they get better results with afternoon/evening wee. Yesterday I used FMU and got another faint line no better than yesterday's, ten I didn't drink much and had a 3 hour or so hold and got a very clear positive. Go for it! But try not to dilute your wee :)

Thanks everyone! I'm doing slimming world, it's dead easy especially cause you can eat ALL the pasta, rice, potatoes etc! I couldn't do no carb. Good luck seven!!

grumpy Can’t wait to see your FRER later - I can definitely see a pink line on the photo you posted this morning. Very exciting! I’d go for fresh wee as read something about saving wee and it changing chemically after a while if not in a fridge or something.

laura how are you feeling? What a horrible feeling. I imagine it’s all because of coming off the pill and your body/hormones all over the place. That’s a good thing though as will regulate soon hopefully.

glitters are you going to retest tomorrow morning? Might be a nice reassurance.

buzz bloody amazing weight loss, you total star. I haven’t dared weigh myself since our posh hotel trip but we’ve been very healthy so hoping not too awful..

Redpony / Unicorn I literally have all of those mentioned symptoms. So far headache wise and sore boobs I've done really well just now it's hit me but according to Ovia I ovulating around this time so maybe that could explain it too? I also wasn't into wanting to dtd much whilst on the pill - I was either wanting it really bad or nothing..70% of time it was not wanting it tho. I'm just abit tired ATM so also not really wanting to dtd and the only time I do these bloody cramps come out to play don't they grrr haha.

Jupiter it's eased off a little. Hot water has helped and now I'm just running a hot bath and putting candles on so hopefully that'll help too! It's more like a dull ache now, severe back ache too around my spine in the middle/lower and every now and then I get bursts and twinges of pain which isn't nice and it takes my breath away. Oh is going out for a meal for his mothers bday but I'm staying at home as been manic all week and just need to relax and don't feel 100%

Aww that's nice you get to rest and have some time to yourself Laura :) hope you feel better soon. Really I wish I could have a hot bath, in our excitement at the positive test i had forgotten how much you can't do, especially in the early weeks! Hot baths are m favourite way of relaxing too :(

Jupiter yes I think I'll definitely retest, my cycle over Christmas was very stressful with a period over 10 days late and much test squinting, excitement at potential symptoms and was a massive disappointment for us both, despite us not even officially trying at that point. After all that drama I definitely want to me quadruple triple double sure that we are, and it's not just some cruel faulty batch of tests

Ladies I'm starting to doubt myself again ICs are paper white and the bloody FRERs still haven't arrived! I might wait to test with FMU because I can't face a BFN due to dilution.. and don't want to waste a FRER.. yesterday afternoon's pink line was after a 4 hour hold. I'm still having strong symptoms dizzy and backache. Is it possible the HCG is just taking ages to double?
