Limit the lows - yes it's a challenging time but being negative gets you down.
I'm thinking positivity breeds positivity and positive thinking gets positive results -
It may take some of us a little longer than others ... but does that matter? I think not.

New rules - instead of saying af due ... we say bfp due ...

well I'm trying to hold out till valentines! I'm a POAS addict, plus my letter has come through for my infertility appointment it's the 21st of Feb:-/ doctor said I wouldnt get the appoint for probably a couple of months, must've been a cancellation.

Was out with the in laws today, could barely concentrate on what they were saying I wanted to take my bra off so bad lol. I've only got very padded push up bra types

Ooo that's a nice one Salem, I know absolutely nothing about baby related things, so I'd have to do a lot of research and reading up. I can't do anything without researching, sometimes I wake up at night just so I can google something. I should maybe start ordering myself some books to pass the time

Will keep my fingers crossed for you would be lovely for you not to have to go through the fertility investigations, we are going down that route should march prove fruitless I'm a planner and not the let's wait and see kind of person, I'm super proactive and helps me feel in control. How long have you been ttc Emhw? I've had my ovulation test come back good and my dh apparently has amazing sperm (I think I should've maybe gone with him to hear these sperm results for myself) not really sure what they'd be doing next, there's something about running a dye to test for blockages and maybe and internal scan but I'm wondering if I'm just gonna talk to someone first or would they start poking around straight away:-/ I'm sure once your pregnant you have to get used to all the poking.

rose we've been trying for 5 months, what about you?

I've had issues with bleeding in the past due to problems after I had pre cancerous cells removed so used to being poked and prodded already 😂I can deal with anything except not knowing.

I would imagine they would let you know first if they were planning any invasive tests?! You'd hope so :) its good you've been proactive around it and your partner sounds like he's taking it all in his stride 😊My DP has been wonderful I must say, I'm very lucky 😊

we've not been using contraception for nearly 3 years:-/, we were going for the "see what happens approach" but I've only been tracking things properly for 3 cycles, which is a good job as I'd prob be out of my mind by now. I'd like to think I can do it without help if I put some proper effort in.

I had an internal ovary scan about a year ago due to random bleeding. It was supposed to be an external ultrasound but I just couldn't not pee out the pint of water I was supposed to hold in. So don't know how I'd cope with the pregnancy scans. If I drink I need to pee, if I'm nervous I need to pee!

What age are you Rose if you don't mind me asking? I'm sure it's in the thread somewhere so apologies for asking! I'm 33 DP 36.

I think half my issue with the ovulation tests is 4hours of not peeing is impossible for me! I pee at least 1-2 x in the night never mind during the day! I feel your pain lol

Yup I'm exactly the same with the peeing! Heaven forbid it should increase even more with pregnancy. I'd just have to wear a nappy lol I find my opks work OK with less gap I just do a few when I'm expecting my peak.

Sarah it depends on how you define "trying" I'm either cycle 33 or cycle 3 of trying really really hard!

Btw I have this thing about things happening in 3s and I'm now 33 on cycle 33/3 I must be pregnant! Not sure how I'd feel about triplets...

Hope everyone keeping positive and ready for BFPs this spring. I'm so relieved winter is nearly over- the dark mornings and evenings can really get you down I think. I do take vit D (can't remember who was asking) and also omega 3, coenzyme Q10, folic acid, vit C and zinc!!!!!!!

I have been using opks this month and think I'm nearing a positive as line getting darker- what you think girls? Maybe oh will be back in time for ovulation after all!!!

Lol yes Rose I bet it's like a military operation with 3!!

Re prams though, we have the Silver Cross Pioneer for DS. Can't fault it, but wouldn't be practical if you have a small boot or use public transport a lot as it's pretty bulky.
