I'm imaging this one as more of an Eeyore stick hut type thing. Maybe Eeyore is actually still in residence.

Hi hutters, whats on the wine/cocktail list today then. Ooh I see you've go the new Jade Goody Dartboard, fancy a go on that.

plummymummy · 23/02/2007 13:52

Is there a DominiConnor one cos that is a dartboard I would practise on

Ambi · 23/02/2007 13:56

Plummy, do you know the directions to the Hut of Indifference, not feeling upbeat enough for the March thread, or gloomy/angry for this Hut (which makes a change!), just a bit emotionless... maybe I'll sit outside until summat sets me off then I can come back in for a rant.

beansprout · 23/02/2007 14:09

Ambi - we could set up a tent outside if you like?

beansprout · 23/02/2007 14:11

The tent of indifference

plummymummy · 23/02/2007 14:11

why yes, it is precisely half-way between the two. Might see you there a lot as I swing between the two most of the time. Is it a bit like purgatory (sic?)

beansprout · 23/02/2007 14:13

Yeah. It's ok, nothing much happens, just a place to sit around and really not give a toss

Ambi · 23/02/2007 14:25

Ooooh I love it. Thanx

Impatience · 23/02/2007 14:53

(I keep looking at my ovulation stick. How sad to get so excited about an LH line... )

scorpio1 · 23/02/2007 15:00

i just like looking at something with 2 lines (god im pathetic!)

i want a whinge.i feel crappy and kids are fighting loads today, lots of screaming and shoutings of 'no xxx, dont touch my leg' and equally stupid things.i had £100 on my shelf (up high) to give to our friend later, and when i went in kitchen to get everyone a snack,it had gone!my 4 yr old had put it in his wallet for 'sweeties'! he got it by using the chair, and then climbing on the table, the ratbag.

im tired,my boobs hurt, feel sicky, want a bath and its only 3pm!roll on soaps and bag of mini eggs!

i apologise for the moaning and thankyou

Impatience · 23/02/2007 15:06

Scorpio, whinge away!

I would like to see what sweets your ds would choose for £100!

still cross though and tired

Impatience · 23/02/2007 15:17

Hi LL. Thanks for asking. I was just accepting that I was going to have to get on with some work, so your question is well timed!

I did dry up after Tues, but still had a bit on Wed, even less yesterday, and only a tiny weeny smidgen today, than only an obsessive wiper would notice . But I read somewhere that your peak day corresponds to the last day of cm rather than the day of most cm. I might dismiss the smidgen today because I did really have to search for it , and so that makes yesterday my peak day. And yesterday was my LH surge day, and the day before my temp went up. IT ALL TALLIES!!

Impatience · 23/02/2007 15:18

God yes, Scorpio. I'd have been doubting myself, thinking I'd moved it somewhere safer. Would never have thought to check the underage thieves' purses!

Impatience · 23/02/2007 15:20

LL: The pee-on-a-tick lady says to go by LH rather than cm or ov pain, because these can be affected by lots of things. I don't think I have PCOS: I have no other signs.

Impatience · 23/02/2007 15:21

Pee-on-a-STICK not TICK! That would be an altogether more tricky manoevure!!

Can I do a bit more navel (not cervix!) gazing about my cycles? I've suddenly confused myself, because in the months where everything seemed quite sensible (of course, these were months before ttc...) my LH surge would be exactly 16 days before my period, and my temp would go up 3 or 4 days after my LH. And I always had the bloat and ov pain on the day of my LH surge. My temp going up today is 3 days after the bloat etc. If I'd used the expensive tests on Tues do you think I would have got a line?

Thanks you ever-so-LHy one. My LH test was only positive at 10pm last night, and negative at 4pm yesterday and 10am this morning, so your 2 days impresses me!
How does your cm tally with your LH and temp rise - when does it go?

I've had no cm today (apart from the measly deep-mining results) and cervix feels pretty closed. I'm tempted to not bother treking over to inseminate, except that I am on my last few months now so should just do it. Afterall, this LH suggests that I should be ovulating perhaps tonight. We only got one other insem in, on Wed evening, so go on and slap me about and tell me to pull my finger out () and go.

(Thanks for letting me hog the thread with ttc chart type chat - I can't face going over and chatting with all the upbeat bound-to-conceive bunnies)

lulu1414 · 23/02/2007 16:54

OK- sorry to change the subject, but need a bit of a rant... Here is the situation... I am going to stay over at a friend's house tonight and I know that her sister (also a friend) is coming by because she just had her first scan. I am so terrified of going over there as I know it is going to hurt like c--p because I will just keep thinking of how when I came home from my scan I knew my baby had just died. I am happy for her, but worried that I won't be able to hide the hurt... What to do?

scorpio1 · 23/02/2007 16:56

surely they both know about this, and might tone it down for you?hopefully anyway.sorry i dont have much help, but i hope you will be ok
