Soreheart - you sound pretty much how I felt three days ago. I had a big discussion with dh about whether I am clinically depressed. He asked me whether I felt the depression would go if I fell pg - and I think it would. He suggested I might be suffereing from long term disapointment rather than depression. He has a point..
I feel my womanhood is challenged, I feel my body is crap, I, too, have put clothes buying, house moving, career decisions on hold for pretty much 2 and a half years now.

Have had discussion with assorted work colleagues and there's a general lack of good mood - considering it's Friday. Young chap here actually suggested we all go down the park at 11 with a can of cider each. Have countered his suggestion with the park at 11 and warm doughnuts. I suspect he was joking so I will retire to corner of Hut with large bag o' donuts, instead. Approach at your peril as I may cry at you.

Can I join in? Feel like crap today, despite what I said on the thermometer thread. Sore stomach, have felt nauseous and heartburny for the last two weeks, and now am so apathetic I suspect that the old thyroid is in meltdown again.

Ditto everything you said Sunshinedays. I was actually happy to have a failing pregnancy last year, because at least it proved that I still could. How sad and callous is that?

Went for a walk on the beach at Branscombe on Wednesday with a friend of 20 years who is a GP. Even she thought my description of my total change of personality (to what I described as "bovine") over the last few years, funny. I find it anything but funny that I can no longer find words, string sentences together or get excited about anything. But if the medical profession finds it funny, yay for them.

God, I'm a complete cow at the moment.

Today is pants. Let us change huts and seek out new cosy surroundings to moan in. Can we go for Moraccan / Desert type tent/hut?
