well,i went to the pub last night!it was nice to have a few rinks,they felt like a treat

Plummy ,i think implantation bleeding happens a good week before period is due,and is very very light.looks like we are al having early periods and what annoys me even more is that they have the cheek to hurt as well!

I'm due around the 5th but don't wanna test too early either.

I keep symtom spotting too, which is making it worse, but tbh i am not sure whether i am or not.

bleeding is usually bright red and of short duration.takes place 8-12 days after fertilisation,and it usually occurs just before the menstual period is due (4 days ish).

CD26 here but have had pmt symptoms for what seems like ages so am expecting AF imminently. Feeling pretty despondent tbh.

Forgetting is a good idea pinkslippers... but so much easier said than done. Anyone else a control freak? TTC is pretty much the first time in my adult live I've not been in charge and I hate it. Although reading that over, perhaps this is good practice for eventual parenthood!

So could my 2 day period be an implantation? or is the implantation bleed only short?

my books just say 'of short duration'.im not sure how common it is,anyway.

nomore - same thing with me had a very short and very light period this time, but I read somewhere and can't remember where now that implantation bleed is not bright red, it is pinky in colour, ie mixed with cm. i was confused as my BBT temps stayed high, but now I think it was just a light af afterall. Having said that I do know that some women mistake their bleed for a period, so it is difficult to know!

well I said despondent below but now add thoroughly depressed.

Have just been to visit a friend who told me she is pg. I AM thrilled for her but she is about the tenth person to tell me they are pg since our m/c. Also I have terrible pmt so spent the journey home trying not to sob, which wouldn't have been helpful in negotiating London traffic. I then feel so mean about feeling sad. On the plus side, I'm not sure I have anymore friends who COULD tell me they're pg !

A couple of practical questions from my wallowing in self pity - does anyone use the clearblue fertility monitor or heard much about it ? Also, does anyone know if Evening primrose oil is ok to take if ttc ?

That's rough Wheelybug... sorry you're feeling bad, don't add guilt to it, it's ok to feel , I know I do! You're only human.

My EP oil says to check with GP if pg so I've stopped taking it while TTC, just to be on the safe side. I did read a post somewhere from someone else saying they take it for wks 1&2 and stop for wks 3&4 though.
