hi furry - am doing ok today, went into town today and ds 'bought' me some flowers he's not too well and dh is away with work so thought i deserved them

saw your other thread - looks like you could have a busy night tonight then

need to stop looking at all these threads - anyone else read about stuff they've never heard of and panic slightly that they might have it??? probably just me

buttercupbabe · 20/03/2007 18:57

Hi girls.
Yes insy there is such a thing as reading too much and then convincing yourself you've got whatever it is! I know all too well myself about doing that! Glad dh got you some nice flowers
Welcome fifi - great name by the way - ds loves that show.
Furry is all well today? Still busy doing the bd?
yesmum - how are things with you? Good luck with mummy tomorrow hope it all goes well
Hi Lexie - I too had a shocker with late ewcm and then got a positive opk later than I thought. Did you take advantage of the situation???

FurryFox · 20/03/2007 19:14

insy - Best to teach your DS young, in ten years time he'll be buying them for you himself properly How long is DH away for?

Buttercup - Nice post from you but you didn't tell us how you are?

Think I might be ovulating at the moment and will bd tonight but have a terrible sore throat and feel all heady so not really in the mood but a girls gotta do what a girls gotta do

buttercupbabe · 20/03/2007 20:25

I'm well thanks furry. Busy day at work so shattered. Good luck tonight

Lexie maybe your cold could've affected ov they do say stress and illness can delay it.

mum2sam · 21/03/2007 11:07

hiya guys, not been on this thread for a while as ive been busy planning my wedding preparations. Its actually took my mind off this whole concieving business which has been good. I hope everyone is well xxx

Lexie100 · 21/03/2007 11:56

on CD 21 and having some strange tummy cramps. Hope it's not AF on her way .

Hi mum to sam. Are you having a big wedding? We got married the weekend before christmas. Yours must be around then?

buttercupbabe · 21/03/2007 14:48

How are you doing Lexie? Hope it isn't af.

Bbabymumma · 21/03/2007 15:26

Hi all - hope I can join too. TTC no.2 have dd 18 months and have just been seeing what happens for 2 mths so far. My AF due round 28 Mar. More difficult to have incentive to bd this time with little one who thinks sleep is for slackers!

Lexie100 · 21/03/2007 18:05

BBM - welcome. Seriously know what you mean about trying to BD when your little one doesn't sleep.

Still have cramps but earliest due would be 25th so time yet.

buttercupbabe · 21/03/2007 19:14

I'm not having a great day. i've just started spotting and cramping and I'm only 9 dpo. Now I'm really concerned that I do have a short luteal phase. Wish I'd temped this month. Is it worth going to see gp or will she just want to see charts?

insywinsyspider · 21/03/2007 21:31

buttercup - if your worried it might be worth going to see gp to find out what she would need from you... can't spotting at 9 dpo be implatation bleeding?? (stay positive af not here yet!)

mum2sam - hope wedding plans are going well - whats the plan?

Hi lexie and bbabymumma

jhyesmum - hope you are doing ok, still thinking of you all x

buttercupbabe · 22/03/2007 09:52

Well I'm still spotting and cramping. Did a test last night before drowning my sorrows and got a bfn. I suppose the gp will want to see charts. All i've got to go on is a positive opk on day 15. If I ovulated 24-36 days later I could be day 9, 10 or 11 today. I am right in thinking that you dont count spotting as day 1? I've ordered a basal thermometer and will give that a go. Atleast that way I'll be able to find out whether there is a problem. Sorry to ramble on but it helps to get it off my chest. Feeling really teary and I've got friends coming over later one who is pg and one who has just had her second. I just know there is going to be so much pg talk
How's everyone else doing? Lexie hope your cramping has stopped.
Yesmum - how are things with you?
Furry and Insey - still busy?

FurryFox · 22/03/2007 10:57

Morning ladies

Welcome Bbabymumma Hope you don't have to be here too long and get your BFP soon

Buttercup - Sorry you are feeling a bit down a teary and sorry you got a BFN last night Hope you are ok today when your friends come over, I can imagine it will be difficult when they are all talking pregnancy and you so desperatly want to to be pg too. Hope it's not too hard for you And feel free to ramble as much as you like that's what we're here for remember. You've probably said before but how long have you been ttc no2?

Lexi - Hope the crams have eased a bit

insy - How are you? What CD are you now? Still temping? How's it going?

yesmum - How are you honey? Have been thinking of you.x

mum2sam - Hope the wedding plans are going well. I loved planning my wedding, although I can remember quite a few stessful moments too When is your big day?

CD20 for me and think I OV'd on Tuesday. Managed to get busy Tuesday night but yesterday felt really ill, sore throat, achy, headache etc so there was no chance last night. Still feel rough again today and don't think I'll manage tonight either Never mind, there's always next month

Lexie100 · 22/03/2007 11:01

Oh buttercup i really don't know what to suggest. I'd write down all the info you have recorded recently and go to your GP.

Still having cramps!? If AF not here will do Pregnancy test on Sat.

insywinsyspider · 22/03/2007 22:04

hello all

buttercup - sorry to hear your down and putting down how you feel here is a good way to get it off your chest - how did it go with friends?

furry - cd14 here opk still -ve and temps low so don't think much is happening yet but if i have a 55 day cycle and ov is text book then dh has got to stay enthusiastic till at least day 41! sorry to hear your not well, def something going round here too, ds is covered in a head to toe post viral rash with looks dreadful but he seems ok and my throat is killing - having to take paracetamol every night... fingers crossed tues was the day for you!

lexie - when are you due? cd22 now?

FurryFox · 23/03/2007 12:33

insy - Hope you ov soon and don't have such a long cycle this month. I know how frustrating they can be. Fingers crossed the OPKs will show a +ive soon

yesmum - Hope things are ok, haven't seen you around for a while. Have a (((hug)))

Hope everyone else is ok. I've still got a horrid cough, cold and sore throat. Couldn't sleep last night because of it but felt far too rough to do anything else either so am discounting this month already as pretty sure I have missed the vital time. Will just have to focus on a January 2008 baby instead Hope you all have a good weekend. I can't wait for DH to get home so he can look after DD while I feel sorry for myself

anniemac - My DD is 19 months and although she was planned and took three cycles before I fell pg I am also finding this time more stressful. Started ttc in January so this is my third month but have been too poorly to be in the mood at the right times this month so am looking forward to next month now

Hopefully you will fall pg just as quickly as you did last time

Hello everyone,

Can I join too? DD 17 months and have only just entered this mysterious ttc world with mysterious acronyms!

Hoping I might get lucky and fall first time but having read a few messages on here I know this is naive (stupid?)

FurryFox · 23/03/2007 17:38

Hi skidaddle. Hope you don't have to be here too long and get your BFP this month

Do you know when your AF is due?
