Hugh enjoys ISW and his love affair with Doreen. He watches out for skittle tits and weepyitis. Mrs Arseholey Fucknut (Af) shows up when you least want her but brings wine and soft cheese as a consolation prize.

We don't have rules as such but expect to be talked down from the ledge with kind and well meaning but firm words if you get too hysterical. But most importantly don't convince yourself you're pregnant in the tww That is paramount! It messes with your head and makes you crazy crazier

We don't get a lot of baby dust in these here parts. We want a fanny full of determined Doreen, not unicorn farts and gnome tears with extra sparkle. We've been going a while now so the novelty has somewhat worn off and we're slightly battle scarred and bruised in the cervix area.

Post your stats and add your dates. A more lovely, supportive group of ladies you couldn't wish to meet. We've got a few grads sticking around I won't leave and no question is too daft. We have opk experts, cervical mucus management teams and symptom spotters extraudinaire!

thanks for the peer pressure .....

gp appt. booked for thursday.

I reserve the right to freak out again and cancel Wink

I am now back to thinking there is no realistic way I am pregnant.....(this alternates every 3-4 days....)

Audrey/stark no symptoms other than AWOL AF. occasional very mild cramping, and sore boobage (though not recently).
In other news.... think i might have to find a new place to buy my pg tests! Blush

emalady · 10/07/2016 20:39

Alicia grr to you - I've become obsesses with best fiends! Hopefully will manage to distract me a bit.

Just at the end of DILRW and starting tww. Each time I think I am managing to stay reasonably sane I end up going completely mad and getting tearful/angry when AF arrives. Really does not help that I keep coming across people who are accidentally preggers. I knew it might not be easy but never really expected it to be this bad.

Carolann8584 · 10/07/2016 21:12

Hi me again, after taking norethisterone at beginning of the month for 5 days, has AF day after I stopped taking. No AF yet on day 32. Taken 2 tests today both Bfps! Faint line, had OH check them as well definitely second line on both. Could they be false because I took norethisterone, I was told on here I wouldn't ovulate this cycle. Any advice please ladies xx

kwick · 10/07/2016 21:21

snowdog yay that you have insurance cover!!! Fx that the IUI will work!

lovely couldn't he "produce" sample at the clinic? Blush lots of pressure I guess...

Sorry snarky Flowers

fxskip have everything fx

Am so happy for Andy Murray... Even if Milos was a bit of a looker Grin

moose am very jealous of you seeing Take That!!

Very interesting about progesterone suchajem - thanks for sharing.

Hello vixarooni!!! How's tricks?

Still no sign of AF - what a frickerty fcuk Angry as need this to start IVF again. Have booked week in Corfu at end of month - will be great to chillax. I travel so much for work it will be nice to just stop for awhile. I am off to Monaco tomorrow - I know I will be disappointed again and not make it to the casino area just airport-hotel-airport.

HepKestrel · 10/07/2016 21:45

no advice for you carolann other than the standard, try again in 3 days time if no AF.

I guess if false it would remain faint, but if real bfp it should get much stronger?

ema try to relax and stay zen for your tww

Hello vix ! How are you doin' ??

fx moose and jem

hoping everything is ok for you and your bean skip

SuchaJem · 10/07/2016 22:32

Marmite hello welcome back. I tend to do one OPK at midday and another at about 6pm. Don't worry too much about your bladder but try not to glug too much just before peeing as you'll dilute your urine. Definitely do two a day or you could miss it - is my advice Smile

Vix hello how are you getting on? Thanks for checking up on us. The latest grads were skip and rosey.

Hep - totally with you I'm swaying between pregnant and barren almost hourly Hmm

Ema - I hear you. Wishing you a swift and fruitful TWW

Carol I have no idea I'm afraid but it sounds like good news? Fx

Oh kwick what a pain, hope she bloody well hurries up.

Entering last 5 days of the TWW tomorrow thank god. My mum very randomly came out with some 'advice' for me earlier - about not obsessing over trying or tracking my cycle Hmm God knows what she's been reading! She told me to have a curry night with DH Hmmwtf. This is a woman who got pregnant 4 times not actively trying for any of them! Thanks mum...

vixarooni · 10/07/2016 23:14

Hey guys, I'm good! I'm 14 weeks now, out of the first trimester and have no clothes that fit! Very pleased to be out of the first, i never imagined it to be how it was. It's a crazy journey all of this isn't it!

Your mum may be onto something jem, we only managed it because I gave up with tcc that month, I truly believe that. The pressure I put on myself was unreal, even unconsciously.

Carolann8584 · 11/07/2016 06:11

Hi all I took a pic of my test this morning...

Jamjar12 · 11/07/2016 07:49

Hi all,
After about 6 months of continuously checking MN (like, you know what I mean- continuously lol), I seem to have gone about a month without using it at all! I've not even checked my apps for a few weeks either. It's pretty amazing how much you can fit in life without a phone in your hand haha. But I just realised I miss MN so I'm back on the band wagon (screw productivity lol)

What's the gossip? How is everyone? If I get time, I want to read through but there's just so many posts since my last visit! Just wanted to pop in and say hi though!

kwick · 11/07/2016 08:12

carolann is that what I think it is???? Hope so and if so: congratulations!!!! i am very pleased I was proved wrong about norethisterone!!!! I guess you do ovulate after all!!!!!!

Carolann8584 · 11/07/2016 08:36

I think so, I hope so. Its only a bulk buy test from Amazon so gonna splash out today for a clear blue Smile x

SuchaJem · 11/07/2016 08:37

Glad it's going well vix. It may be true about the pressure of it all, but I'm not able to 'give up' - I'd be kidding myself. So I'm trying to relax in other ways, swimming outdoors, I've been colouring and reading, and using my mindfulness app when I remember.. Getting pretty downhearted about it all really. Hopefully will get there one day and it will be worth it.

Congrats carol!

Hi jam, know what you mean about productivity but I have the best part of two hours on a London bus a day - prime time for catching up with mn Wink

HepKestrel · 11/07/2016 08:54

congrats carol !!!

WingingIt83 · 11/07/2016 09:19

marmite I have the same tests as you and last cycle I did them about 6.30pm each day but never conclusively got a really dark line. This month I did them at 2pm, but also used clearblue digital in the morning. The morning CB changed to peak fertility I did a one step test at the same time (7am) and it was instantly positive, more than I'd ever had before. When I did another later that day the line wasn't as strong so if I'd not had done the clearblue I would have still been in doubt.

Carolann8584 · 11/07/2016 09:37

Thanks Ladies, trying not to get excited (very hard) until I do anther test later Smile x

WingingIt83 · 11/07/2016 09:54

Wow carolann no squinter there, just a very positive line! Congratulations!

Carolann8584 · 11/07/2016 10:42

I know but I have had zero symptoms and I normally have plenty of symptoms around AF time, I can get quite emotional (OH can confirm Smile) so I would assume I would have some with a BFP.

LovelyFishy · 11/07/2016 11:02

Congratulations Carolann! Flowers

Good to hear from you again Vix, glad it's all going well! Grin

And hello again Jamjar!

I was hoping AF wouldn't tease you this month Kwick, what a bummer! At least you have non-work trip to look forward to.

I thought I'd had lots of positive non-AF type cramps for the past few days. However today I've got a bit of a dodgy tum so I'm worried that's all I was feeling and no bfp for me this month. Sad

WingingIt83 · 11/07/2016 11:15

carol as someone has said before mo symptoms is often the biggest sympton !

kavanaughkj · 11/07/2016 11:18

We will get there Jem, try not to get too down. I'm in the same boat you are and I know it can sometimes feel like it'll never happen, but when it does the wait will seem like nothing!

Congrats Carolann! And gl at the doctor, Hep, hopefully they can help you work out what on earth is going on. Confused

I had my progesterone 21 test this morning, they reckon the results will be ready by the middle of next week (at which point I will be on holiday). Not feeling pg at all this month and am actually very happy and chilled after a lovely weekend. I'm a huuuge Andy Murray fan so yesterday had me crying happy tears for him - so bloody chuffed he won!

HepKestrel · 11/07/2016 11:25

thanks kav

currently at cd54.

was going to poas this morning, but woken up in early hours by the delicate tones of my cat vomitting..... of course, once awake in the middle on the night.... i needed to pee.

will try again tomorrow morning, as long as the litter bugger lets me sleep enough to save up my fmu.

lovely was it you who was debating jumping out of an airplane? how did it go?

Carolann8584 · 11/07/2016 11:41

Thanks, 20 minutes until my lunch break so I can go buy my ClearBlue, promised OH I would wait until I was home later to do it with him Smile I'll be an Halo and wait x

emalady · 11/07/2016 11:48

carolann norethistarone would not give you a bfp, that;s defo positive. Congrats.

hep hope you manage to get a full nights sleep for that fmu and good luck for a bfp rather than af being a bitch. Cats are such sweeties at times. Though recently ours have only woken us knocking things over not vomiting, not sure which is better.

kav they would probably be back sooner, probably worth calling the surgery at the end of the week as they should be back and might be nice to know before you head off.

Fishy hope your dodgy tum gets better soon, are you planning on testing anytie soon just in case or just going to wait and see?

LovelyFishy · 11/07/2016 13:02

Ema I did nip into the village this morning to get DH and I a special pastry treat breakfast (and get a pg test from Boots!) but they were shut as the pharmacist hadn't turned up! It's the only place that sells them without getting in the car which I wasn't going to do. I've ordered some off Amazon which will arrive tomorrow...

Hep kitties are darlings aren't they? I was woken up by tabby cat and his "furry bulldozer manouver" - jump on you, purr as loud as he can, and rub his face into yours being so cute you can't get angry at him for waking you up! It is me jumping out of a plane, it's on Thursday! Confused

Good luck with the bloods Kav! I've still got the bruise from mine! Shock

kwick · 11/07/2016 13:32

carolann only a FRER will do please
