We don't have rules as such but expect to be talked down from the ledge with kind and well meaning but firm words if you get too hysterical. But most importantly don't convince yourself you're pregnant in the tww That is paramount! It messes with your head and makes you crazy crazier

We don't get a lot of baby dust in these here parts. We want a fanny full of determined Doreen, not unicorn farts and gnome tears with extra sparkle. We've been going a while now so the novelty has somewhat worn off and we're slightly battle scarred and bruised in the cervix area.

Post your stats and add your dates. A more lovely, supportive group of ladies you couldn't wish to meet. We've got a few grads sticking around I won't leave and no question is too daft. We have opk experts, cervical mucus management teams and symptom spotters extraudinaire!

I am feeling a lot better today, thanks for all your thoughts I started the day with a yoga class then an outdoor swim, met a friend at a local food festival and am feeling much more chilled. Been looking into acupuncture a bit, might give it a whirl this cycle.

Sorry AF got you alexia, is there anything you can do to help extend your LP next cycle? Does agnus castus help? I seem to recall someone saying that

Hello moose congrats on the house offer! Sounds like you've had a good mental break from ttc. Get a shag in if you can, but if not don't worry there will be another one along in a few weeks.

Jem I'm so peed off for you!! I want it to be your turn!! No harm at all getting checked out and giving acupuncture a go, but it is true...they say that 1-2yrs is an average (but mind-blowingly frustrating) time to take! Hopefully you don't even hit year 1! And forget about this stress nonsense they tell us...women in war-torn countries get pregnant!!!

I used agnus castus my last two cycles before BFP cos I was having only 10 or 11dpo and then AF, plus late ovulation around Cd21. Cycle 1 on Agnus C I had an extra day or two dpo, then the second cycle I ovulated the earliest I had in my 7 cycles trying...think it was CD17. It might all be coincidence, but I think it helped.

Hep I hear you...the first grads are starting to pop, and I haven't even bought any baby related equipment yet! I joined a January mummies thread which has been really helpful to have people at the same stage as you, so when you get some dates from your scan, maybe have a look for your due month thread.

Jem I'm jealous of your life! I want to go to yoga. It's about £10 a session down south, is that normal? I'm a runner and its good for strength training... That I never do.

I'm in weird limbo, 2 days ago I had AF pain and was my usual ratbaggy self before AF, but today nowt. I'm sure I'll wake up tomorrow with AF cramps, but it's the small chance I won't that keeps me wondering. DH keeps asking if I'm bleeding yet, he's never shown that much interest before.

Woke up with the mildest of AF pain today. Maybe I'm due a longer cycle, which will at least stop me from taking supplements to lengthen my LP. Swings and roundabouts.

How does everyone on here cops with people asking about the pitter patter of tiny feet? I seem to get asked every week. am fed up of it.

alice does that mean you are late then? Fx witch stays away! Yoga is really expensive but I pay for a membership of local health club thing for the swimming pool and it includes classes. I should have done this before! Yoga again tonight at 8

currently nervously sitting by phone with the number of the scan department to ring as soon as it hits 9am .....

starting to panic about how unprepared we are !!! how to rearrange the spare room, new car, new kitchen, nursery costs, maternity pay ...... i know i may be getting a head of myself but just a flurry of thoughts last night......

jem i need to get back to my yoga/pilates. will try to this week. Went for a short walk yesterday and it was fantastic for my back.

scan booked ! i cracked, and just rang....

scan is on wednesday ! hopefully just in time for NT .

next challenge - back for second attempt at bloods and then to get to work and try to be really productive and not distracted at all....

this is moving REALLY fast ..... 2 weeks ago i didn't know i was pregnant...

Hep great you have scan booked. Also good time is going fast - before you know it you will have a lovely baby in your arms.

Sorry to those AF got, I am joining you today as she's also got me. Which I'm kind of glad about as it's ended an epic 61 day cycle, but also a little meh as it's now cycle 10.
Also because it's been a looong cycle, I am having awful cramps this time. Sat in PJ's on the sofa.

Had a lovely week away in Norfolk, our cottage had a hot tub which was lovely. We also managed to dtd lots and I was secretly hoping that maybe I would ovulate and we would hit the jackpot but never mind.

OH is trying to see if he can get away from work, he may not be able too. I have promised all future appointments (especially 20w scan) will be on a monday or friday to make it easy for him. But we agreed the priority was to grab the first one - even if he couldn't be there.

Hi all, checking in sporadically at the moment - 61 days is rough pug did you ever test? Is there a chance you conceived and had mc? Either way at least you know where you are now.

Hep yes, drink at least a pint of water an hour before your scan, as it takes roughly that long to fill your bladder. Its horrible, but will hopefully be worth it to see your little bean! The fuller your bladder the less they need to press.

I have finally stopped bleeding - hopefully I won't ov till I can dtd though, if not it will be just another sodding disappointment to add to the list. I am going to get back to yoga tonight too, not been for 2 months . Alice some studios do membership so its cheaper per class?

Miw I handle it differently depending on what mood I am in and who it is. I often say something ambiguous like 'we're working on it' as it doesn't actively state TTC, or I say maybe one day in the future if I don't know them well. If its at work I say omg no way I love tequila too much LOL because I don't want anyone to know!

hep my scans are up the fanjo so empty bladder but when they do the actual procedure then a half way full one is required as they go up the fanjo and over the womble!!!!!!!!

Great news - I had 2 follicles one at 9mm and another at 8mm. Which is amazeballs considering I am not taking any stimulation drugs this cycle. Most I got with those were 3 follicles so it did not seem worth it. I am putting my amazing 2 follicles down to the huge amounts of blue organic milk I am consuming plus the DHEA and co-enzyme q10 taking. I have another scan tomorrow.

Actually on my way home - lurgy is out in full force and I think I should be taking it easy.

fxskip enjoy the yoga. I love yoga but have not been since b4 MC - I told teacher about being upduffed plus have not really had time what with allotment.
Tbh this whole TTC malarkey has made me even lazier than before - as during 2ww you are not supposed to take up anything new and it felt like I was always in the 2ww, then had MC and just felt too low to make effort other than allotment (which has been quite demanding). Oops sorry for blabbering away!
So glad bleeding has stopped.

Hi Kwick! That's great news. Glad things are looking positive for you. I'm good and life is good. Went through a phase of never wanting to be pregnant or ever think about having a baby again but have now returned to definitely wanting a baby but needing to wait for my body to settle down and psych myself up for it.

How is the allotment? We've had loads of potatoes and tomatoes, but everything else is a jungle of brambles and bindweed. Planning to get on top of it in autumn and try and do it properly next year.

kwick I know what you mean, I am struggling to lose the 'babyweight' I put on and there was never a baby to begin with - imagine the whale I'd have become if I hadn't mc'd

so thats another good thing that this mc has taught me. #1. I can handle grief after all, #2. My OH is incredible, #3. All my good intentions get chucked out the window as soon as I'm pg.

Is Agnus Castus the same thing as vitex? I've used vitex before but it made me bleed and really freaked me out. I've had such a heavy/painful af I've only made it from bed-bathroom all day

Jem I'm technically not late, my last two cycles have been 23-24 days and I'm spotting or having cramps on cd25... But this means nothing because 3 cycles ago it was 28 days. I'm 99% sure I'll see AF before Friday, if not then I think I will use my only, precious, FRER.

Oops that should have been 13+2.

And I meant not spotting! I'm logging off for the night. Brain. Finished.
