June Bus anyone?!

Hi all

I thought I'd start the June bus as I'm getting impatient!

I'm 31 (for a bit longer anyway), TTC#1. DH and I agreed to start TTC in May, but won't be ovulating till about the 24th. ETD 8th June! Feeling terrified and excited at the same time.

Every woman will usually have a line when they test wherever they are in their cycle as the LH hormone is always present in our system whether we are ovulating or not.

I would recommend you check more frequently as there's a very good chance you may miss your surge if you're only checking in 24 hour intervals.

One month I went from negative, to positive and then back to a faint line again all within about 14 hours so if I hadn't had been checking it frequently I would have wrongly thought I'd not ovulated even though I had.

If your're on CD16 then it's possible you've already missed it your positive result but as long as you're having regular sex then don't stress yourself over it.

jess - I'm highly unlikely to be pregnant as my period is due today but I'm still getting BFNs. I have been using the FRERS which can detect pregnancy 6 days before you're period is due and they are saying negative too. I'm not even getting faint lines, they are the whitest, blankets negatives I have ever seen

I'm ok, just feeling a bit gutted about the BFNs. With my last two pregnancies I conceived both times on the first cycle so am kind of bummed it hasn't happened this time. I know I have just been super lucky in the past though and that I need to be a bit more patient

You never know, it's not over until AF arrives. Are your cycles usually regular?

I had the Mirena coil in where I bled constantly and after 12 months of having it in I had it removed for TTC purposes. I fell pregnant within four weeks but sadly miscarried.

Since my miscarriage I've had two cycles (I wasn't ready to TTC again straight away) and one cycle lasted 35 days and the other lasted 31 days.

God knows what this cycle is doing

In these early days it's really hard to know what is going on. I'm just trying not to overthink things - so hard at times as it's hard to know when to DTD, when it's 2WW, when AF is due etc. You never know, if your cycles are a bit irregular the BFNs could just be down to timing? Really hope AF stays away for you

Hi ladies, just a quick update. I had a little pink when I wiped this afternoon and then again when I wiped just now so AF will definitely make an appearance late tonight/early morning

AF is due for me today, haven't tested since 9dpo (bfn), now 14 dpo but sure AF is on her way for me too Looking forward to making a proper attempt from next week. I keep telling myself that I have a long way to go

I swear my mind is playing tricks on me. Me and DH have ordered SMA curry tonight, the same curry I always have that I totally love and I physically can't eat it. It just tastes different to the point where I don't like it.

There's so much negativity at the moment on the bus, too many AF's starting to show, what can we do to cheer ourselves up?

I've had the best part of a bottle of prosecco tonight, had a BBQ with family. That's how I cheered myself up

Those curry symptoms would make me think twice! However, I was really hopeful at 9/10dpo when I had the WEIRDEST dreams and couldn't stop sleeping during the day. The subconscious mind is a total cow.

It's bizarre. I have fully accepted now that I'm not pregnant so I wish all these stupid mind f**ks would go away and AF would just arrive

Gah how annoying writer! The curry thing is weird though. What is an SMA curry anyway? Is it made with baby milk? :o

I jumped on DH when he said he had a craving today. He had cravings last time. I know it's stupid but there you go :o

My DH wanted some action tonight and even though I had weird, random, unexplainable EWCM earlier I'm just totally not in the mood for sex. I feel a little bit sick too.

Part of me is tempted to test again in the morning but I just know there's no point.

Hold out for a few more days. Maybe do one a week until AF shows up? One every three days? If it's taking so long to show up it probably wouldn't be strong immediately anyway. Whether that's a bad sign is another question.

Well when I had my miscarriage a few months ago I was having super strong lines from as early as 9dpo and still lost the pregnancy. I even had really dark lines two days before I even miscarried so I know there's no sense or logic to the strength of lines.

writer since your last two cycles have been a little irregular, just because your AF is supposed to be due, might not mean it will come! I think there is still a chance of a bfp for you. Loads of the signs are there, the bleeding, the nausea, the funny taste etc. Don't give up just yet!!
