June Bus anyone?!

Hi all

I thought I'd start the June bus as I'm getting impatient!

I'm 31 (for a bit longer anyway), TTC#1. DH and I agreed to start TTC in May, but won't be ovulating till about the 24th. ETD 8th June! Feeling terrified and excited at the same time.

Join me if you will!

Bd, i think I see something, but 10dpo is still early. FX it's darker tomorrow!

babydances not to get your hopes up, but that is almost exactly the same as my first pg test with dd1

Did u have to move it at an angle to see?

Yep, and hold it up to the light. It got stronger in the afternoon and again with fmu and then I did a clear blue and it said pg!

I'm working today but could go and get another test and take it. Which one would u recommend without spending loads at 10dpo, super drug?

Oh well AF reared her ugly head first thing this morning On the plus side CD 1
I think dh is slightly relieved as the longer it takes to get a bfp, the more chance he has of getting his leg over

Hi Eva! Have you been symptom spotting yet?? I'm a nightmare. I stood up today and got extremely dizzy. My eyes went all fuzzy and I thought I was going to pass out. Either I'm showing tonnes of symptoms or I'm really really unwell haha

I'm currently living and working abroad so the test situation is a bit confusing for me. I can only find tests saying 50IUL, and it says you can test after your period is due. HOWEVER, I don't have the self control to wait 6 more days!!! I'm currently 8dpo. Any advice on when I shouldn't art testing so it's not an absolute waste?? x

Sorry to hear this kn33 and laura. Fx for next month. Hope writers ok. foxglove ideally wait until at least 10dpo but even then many say it's too early but it's difficult to wait

I'm confused. I thought I'd o'd on Thursday due to temp rise Friday then have had two days of lower temps. I thought a fallback rise but not site. Will do opk today and dtd and hope temp rises tomorrow.

Sorry Kn33 and Laura. Well I'm half expecting at today but so far no sign. But then my cycle has been irregular since it came back so who knows. Had a look for my 2 year old tests but can't find them so if at stays away I'll have to shop. She is away ties to third not sure if I'll test before or after.

Sorry to hear about AF rearing its head Kn33 and Laura, fingers crossed for next cycle. I have done my first two opk (yesterday and today) and today's line was darker then the control line so does this mean I will ovulate in the next 12 hours or so? I am just trying to get my head around these tests and have nothing really to compare it to!!

Next 12-36 hours, Tigger so best to dtd today and tomorrow!

Apologies in advance but I'm feeling very down.
This ttc is really hard going and I'm only on cycle 2! It's stressful, takes over your life. I'm feeling really fed up. I've done two super drug tests to check my faint lien this morning and bfn. Ttc is so overwhelming and feels impossible. I know many have been doing this for longer but I'm just feeling fed up

Sorry you're feeling so down babydances. It's still really early days for you this month and all tests and samples are different so the bfns may mean nothing. It's about the earliest possible time to get a positive so I don't think it means much at this stage. I know what it means for it to take over your life. It's all I think about too at the moment. Am I right in saying you've already got dc? If you've done it before then you can do it again and until you do we're all here for handholding.

I got a BFP today.

I am now pregnant with DC3 and it's very surreal!

Hadn't been checking temps, signs or anything. Just must have DTD at correct time.

Hopefully other June ladies join me soon.

Don't worry babydances, we all feel this way sometimes. I felt particularly bad cycles 2 and 3 but am sadly getting used to it. Don't give up hope. I hope you feel happier soon. Hugs.

Hi guys, I'm messaging whilst on my lunch break at work. I'm feeling really odd today, not faint as such but just fuzzy and detached. Still no sign of my period. All aches and cramps have gone though and no more recent brown/orange residue on toilet paper so I'm still just plodding along waiting for AF. After my odd experience with the curry last night I did test again this morning and it was yet again a total BFN. I really wish my period would arrive so I knew what was happening!

Sorry to hear you're feeling a bit blue babydances - it really does take over your life and because the prospect of being pregnant is so overwhelmingly exciting it can cause a big emotional crash when it appears it hasn't happened each month. You are still really early days though so please don't lose hope just yet.

Sorry to hear about everyone who's had AF arrive! This bus is a gloomy place today!
I have been so emotional today, weeping over the slightest thing. I understand babydances I'm on cycle 6 and today getting another neg OPK just broke me.
I have NEVER had a positive OPK. All daily POAS (OPKs) and then every month POAS (HPT) and just want one little line to appear just once an OPK so I can be normal and know that I ovulate!! ( sorry rant over!)

It is so hard to not obsess over ttc and it really is such an emotional journey!

Babydances maybe it helps, maybe it doesn't, but I found the charts on countdowntopregnancy.com helpful when I was worrying about squinters because the stats on when women got their first BFP were really reassuring - it's much rarer to get one early than these forum posts seem to suggest and even at the much later dates some of the figures were only about 80% and these are taken from women who later report that they definitely were pregnant so it's reassuring.

DH is running around after me and putting his hand on my belly and being all "I know it's silly but I just have a feeling" well I don't think HE will last until one week after my period is due at this rate! Perhaps I should hold out just to annoy him

MrsGsnow I feel your pain. I haven't been going as long as you but have also never had a positive opk. I'm hoping it's just down to me testing at the wrong time, not often enough and with a rubbish sample (not waiting long enough, drinking too much etc). Could this be the same for you?

foxglove I don't feel pg at all but only early (4 or 5 dpo). I'm hoping I'm one of those people that don't get symptoms! I am going to test next weekend. When will you be testing?
babydances I feel for you. I think that phase between getting a bfn and AF starting is the most depressing. However I definitely see the faint line. Try again tomorrow & tues with FMU? Fx for you, chin up
