Im with you Ready on the no testing - I have only tested once in 10 months TTC and that was only when I was 3 days later than my longest cycle. Of course it was BFN and then AF arrived the next morning.

BFWOM = Big Fat Waste Of Money!! Those bloomin tests are so expensive!!

Hello everyone. I know some of you already from the January thread

We are TTC no2 as we already have DS who is 2.5. This is month number 2 TTC. We were lucky last time and I conceived first try. I am 27 and DH is 28.

I should Ov around 25 Jan and AF due Feb 8 or thereabouts. My cycle has been 24-32 days recently, with 28 days last month. It used to be 28 days regular as clock work, but as soon as I started even thinking about TTC it went all irregular on me! I'm not charting or anything yet, although I may do next month if we're unlucky this month.

I do feel a bit more relaxed about things this month so fingers crossed. Last month I was obssessive about all the signs, and lots of tests. This time I will try to remain calm and composed....

Hi well sickness def a bug as up all last night on the loo!!! very bad throat today, nearly lost voice so guess I am just ill! Thought it was too good to be true.

Jersey CD18 OV poss18th Jan???? Cycle approx 29 days AF due 2nd Feb

All guess work at the moment as due to a mess up with various pills I had continuous periods for 3 months and then changeable lengths to my cycle. I was always so regular before!

Munz looks like we have a similar cycle. your husband is away next week. DP is away tonight but it was really last minute, was only told yesterday, I'm hoping he won't be away midweek next week!

I have a DS 3yrs 5mnths, took a year to conceive last time so hoping for quicker this time.

Not really doing anything to try as such. I get ovulation pains so just made sure we time things IYSWIM. Am happy to take any advice on things I can do to help. We have already both cut down on drinking, hardly drinking at all at the moment in fact. Doesn't help that I'm nearly 40 but would dearly love to have another little one if I can before my body decides to call time on me.

Is there anything else we can do?

DP just called to say that he's comming home tonight but will probably have to go back tuesday to thuray next week - when will I ovulate - WEDNESDAY!!!!!! Oh well what can I do.

Hi all, this thread has moved on sonce I last posted so I havent yet caught up with it all.

I am on CD 30, and while I know my chances are almost nil, ad I have no symptoms, I have an almost overwhelming urge to test. Will try to hang on at least until Friday. Im sure I will still be ttc in Feb though, its just hard to be realistic isnt it.

Well feeling knackered today just when I need the energy to do lots of BDing. Typical!

All I have seen today is baby after baby, why does that happen when you want something so much!

Sorry feeling abit down today - why does it have to be so hard!

I've seen two newborn babies today- with very tired looking mums though!
AF finished, so going to start priming DP for the BD action...Going for the every other day this month, hopefully it will work! I've decided to forget about the last unsuccessful 5 mths, and pretend we've just decided to TTC this month. Dunno why, just fed up of thinking about it.
Going to make sure DP is eating well, avoiding too much booze and hot baths... got him some zinc pills (he chuckled but has agreed to take them.) Anything else I could suggest to him?
