my best friend had her baby today, i'm going to visit on fri. i'm so excited, there's no room for jealousy at all. i was dreading this in some ways in case i couldn't be pleased, but i'm grinning from ear to ear instead. like this

Ready · 24/01/2007 17:40

Honeyapple - boxers (or nothing) not briefs for your dh, lets the testicles breath

jersey · 24/01/2007 20:00

Hi seaside, I don't know when or even if I'm ovulating since DS2 as I can't do the temperature charting this time as I am up in the night still with DS2 which is supposed to mess up your temperature! Working on the basis of day 14 and going for every other day, although we did miss a day due to illness. Fingers crossed for both or use, doesn't the 2nd feb seem ages away.

Oooh PeanutButter I think we're cycle buddies Wishing you lots of luck and fun this week!

I haven't posted much recently because i have been feeling very flu-like and tired. Similar thing happpened last month during the week of ovulation - came over all nauseaus, shaky and extremely tired. Was soooo exciting thinking it was a sign, but nothing happened (apart from blimmin' AF). I hope we have more luck this month.

Does anyone else have this? Am I turning all psychosomatic?!!!!

My friend has a 2 month old baby and have been making it my business to hold him as much as possible, hoping the old wives tale is true that it boosts fertility!

seaside72 · 24/01/2007 20:11

Hi jersey - you're right - Feb 2 seems ages away - however I have already started feeling the rumblings of AF ( see my gloomy posting in the Hut of Doom earlier today!!) so I think I may not even have to wait until the 2nd

beansprout · 24/01/2007 20:33

Have added myself to the list. Please don't let me test until I am on at least CD33 (if I get there). At the moment, am trying not to think about it too much, if I start wondering now, I will be mad by next week!! JARM - you ok?! That's a looong cycle!

ammylovesbabies · 24/01/2007 21:00

CD 17 AF due 3/02. Not hopeful as am confused about when i ov. [thick face]

FurryFox · 24/01/2007 21:17

JARM - Our cycles sound similar. CD37 - no sign of AF or anything else for that matter and three BFN's - what's going on?

beansprout · 24/01/2007 21:24

MRS NOAH - COME ON DOWN!!!!!!!

Sorry to hear about your BFNs JARM and Furry. I had a longer cycle than usual a while back - hope clings on still the BFNs. Just sooo frustrating! Will keep everything crossed for you.

OP posts:
mrsnoah · 24/01/2007 21:28

Oh thank you Beansprout. relief, thought I was gatecrashing.

I was just lamenting to foxy, on my own lonely and sad little thread about being possibly 7 days late with neg test today again.

fruitful · 24/01/2007 21:42

Can I join too? Just starting TTC no 3.

CD 8, OV 30/1 ?? AF due 13 Feb (which is DS's 2nd birthday so that will take my mind off things nicely)

JARM · 25/01/2007 07:56

YAHOOOOO!

AF has arrived (dont think ive ever been so happy to see it!)

Means I can get "on the wagon" so to speak!

CD1 here now! Will just have to go at it every other day once AF has finished and see what happens as I have NO IDEA when I OV!

beansprout · 25/01/2007 08:38

JARM - that's good news - at least you are now back on track (as you say), instead of the hinterland of no AF but BFNs (that's how I felt when it happened to me anyway).

Mrs N - hope you get some news soon.
Fruitful - welcome to our thread!!

CD 23 for me today - just playing the waiting game. Swinging between, "yep, this is the month" and "nah, of course not, why would I be?"

Gah.

Have been up since 4am, ds cried when I left to go to work this morning, shocking journey in and now dh has called to say he has locked himself out. Am having a bad day and it's only half past eight!!!

Hello to everyone else

OP posts:
KezzaG · 25/01/2007 08:43

OMG, I really dont want to appear insensitive to lissie, but I just cant keep it in any more....I got a BFP yesterday

God knows how that happended as we werent trying, but so glad it did, now I just need to be positive as last 2 ended in mc.

I have everything crossed for everyone else on this thread.

peanutbutter · 25/01/2007 09:50

hello everyone - hello cycle buddies gracie and MrsBee. how's the BDing going? We've cha-cha'd each night this week so far and intend to push on til friday/saturday.

it's blooming freezing here today but very still with a bright blue sky - perfect winter's day.

goingfor3 · 25/01/2007 10:22

fruitful - I thinkk that you are just a day ahead of me, my AF is sue 14/02 and I'm also TTC number three. How old are your other children?

FurryFox · 25/01/2007 12:03

Well AF arrived last night at 11.45pm, 8 days late so about time too. Am relieved she's here so can get on with it again

Just a quick question please. As AF arrived at 11.45pm should I count yesterday as CD1 or today?

Ready · 25/01/2007 12:29

CD20 here!! The only symptom I have is a sharp pain every now and then about and inch to the left of my belly button. It's like a stitch type pain that only lasts a second then is fine. It seems to happen when I sit funny or stand funny. Yes. I know I am odd.

FurryFox, sorry to hear about AF. (hug)

KezzaG, Congrats on your BFP! How exciting!! I looked at your profile, and have to say your son is gorgeous!!

MrsBee, it's completely natural to have a bunch of symptoms!! TTC makes us far more aware of each little niggle and pain (see above!!) - try not to worry!

Beansprout, 10 days til I will allow you to test!!

Peanutbutter, PMSL at "cha-cha'd"

Welcome to fruitful and MrsNoah!!

Everyone else... hope all is well!!

sideways · 25/01/2007 13:54
