Am going to sit on this thread and feel sorry for myself for a bit!! If anyone else wants to talk to me, please feel free!

They just don't get it do they? They spend years moaning they aren't getting enoughm yet when we want it all the time they moan about the pressure.

Then, when they have done their bit, they seem to judt completely forget about the whole thing and not show any sign of interest until we burst out crying because af is here. Well mine does anyway .

Meanwhile, we are counting the days, symptom spotting like mad lunatics and generally driving ourselves insane with the "am I, aren'tI" debate running constantly in our heads.

Sorry, maybe I should retire to the Hut for the rest of the weekend and contemplate trying to get myself in the mood for the "business" part of the month, which starts about now!

At least it's not just me then .

I'm another one who hasn't done even the slightest hint of shagging since last ovulation . That's probably why it's so hard to psych myself up for it now.

AHHHHHH my message got lost in cyberspace! Anyway gist of it was dh came back yesterday ! although I suspect too late to be of any use this month ....we shall see in 2 weeks time I guess.

Well lottie and sideways - yes it does seem like we have the same DH/DP!!

Do we need to start a new thread about how long between shags when not OV - lottie - I see your 18 days and raise it by 3 - we went 21 days beween Jan cycle last shag and first shag this cycle. Thats why I am worried about that old sperm theory. I am screwed if it is the case ( or not as the case may be !!)

We have been together 13 years and I don't care what people say - if you are shagging every two days after 13 years - you are abnormal!!!

lottie - I totally feel your anger too - I am 34 and after 11 months of TTC I am fed up with the attitude he gives me about just relaxing and not stressing him out . If he is not careful we will have no kids - and I know he wants them as much as me. Why can't he just get over it and put out more!!

One shag ought to get rid of the old sperm, surely?

I'm 10 dpo and my boobs hurt like anything and I don't have PMT (I think! dh isn't cowering anyway). Shall I test?

Fruitful, step away from the tests--- call on the clearbluefairy to help if necessary, have strength to resist, you would not want a bfn false or not yet, I am 9dpo and trying desperately to be patient too.

Oh man, i always hoped DP would grow out of the whole "pressure thing......im a man.....etc" but obv not! Hes 19 so i expected it but omg, cant imagine yrs of it! Lol! Im lucky as DP is easily pleased which doesnt involve me doing a lot of work (im far too tired to make it sexy!) What do they expect? We go to work, come home, make dinner, do the chores, change the beds etc, look after the kids (if relevant) and THEN expect us to "entertain" them?! I think its them that should make the effort for us!!!!! (rant over!)

Make it sexy?! DH is lucky I even make myself available. Working full-time and looking after a toddler is a bit of a libido killer......................................and we want another one because............?

Plummy, hehe! After ttc for 7 months, the libido has been, gone and to never return it feels like so i shld @ least get a baby in return! lol

Ah i dont think it will ever return so bring on the kids....... hehe.

Now that is way too fatalistic - I can't bring myself to think that it's gone forever. I like to see it as a lengthy but time restricted blip Sometimes I fancy it but it seems to be when all is quiet at home (ds is having his daytime nap)and dh is at work, so that is a bit useless. I think things are getting better though. Ds is almost 2yrs 8mths and has only been sleeping through for about 1 week . Now that is a libido killer

Morning all, well I tested yesterday first thing and it was neg, then AF arrived mid-morning. Wasn't too upset as BFN had prepared me for it. Oh well, I'd better haul myself off over to March thread.
Good luck to the rest of you, I still want us to beat the Jan total (and then for march to beat feb and so on until we all get BFPs )

I reckon I'm 11 days dpo and my boobs are killing me too. The cat jumped into bed this morning and trod on one of them, and I could have wept with the pain.
Af due 14th. I've been charting my temps this cycle, and no sign of them falling just yet, so I hope it stays that way

Why are all the symptoms of pg, the same as the symptoms of impending AF? Grrr. I still think your belly button should turn green when you are pg. It would be so much simpler.

I'm on CD26, but only about 8 days DPO I think. AF is due on the 14th but if it arrives late it is probablt ecause I ovulated late. I really don't think this is my month as O have no symptoms. I have been feeling really rotten with a cold though, hopefully that will go soon.

Not my month either. Started spotting yesterday - definately claiming that as the last day of my cycle or I am now down to 25 days. Really not good when I don't ovulate till around day 17. Think it may now be time to talk to a doctor.

Was hoping to hear some better news on here. Nomoremagnolia - sorry to hear your optimism was equally misplaced. Looks like lots of testing due around Valentines - would like something to toast now that champagne is back on the menu.

still no AF. 16 days late. Negative HPT and also at the doctors, however, she is sending a sample to the hospital.

I'm sick as a dog, my nipples are like dinner plates (my DH description), terrible period like pains.

I'm suffering. Anyone else experienced this?
