Hi there, I ov either on the 28th of this month or a couple days later, I'm not sure if I am 9dpo or 14 dpo at this point but I'm guessing more towards 9dpo so ... With that my symptoms have been as following :
6 or 11dpo - slight nausea, headaches, peeing a lot, bloating, constipation, tiredness, little bit of white cm
7 or 12dpo - woke up feeling nauseous and that carried on with public transport but haven't been sick, woke up with lower leg cramps too. Feeling pregnant. Boobs are still swollen and still bloated. Cm has returned to clear and stretchy consistency Took a test but BFN
8 or 13dpo - symptoms easier today, feeling tired and breasts have been fluctuating a bit in size but no tenderness, had more cramping and sharp abdominal pains than normal but no bleeding. Felt a bit nauseous eating salted crisps but other than that not much nausea.
Still stuck with the clear stretchy cm
9 or 14dpo - had more cramping today in the morning and still feeling extremely thirsty and needing the loo a lot. Nipples have been slightly tender but only for a short while. I'm now basically all dried up down there, no sign of any cm.... Good or bad sign Hmm????

I'm trying so hard to resist the testing urge but I bought 4 asda own early response tests yesterday and it's so tempting. Would tomorrow (10 dpo) be too early!? af is due Wednesday or Thursday as far as I know so that would be 12 or 13dpo

AnxiousBetty · 30/03/2016 12:41

I'm buzzing but so overwhelmed it really hasn't sunk in yet, I'm going to get a clear blue test to see how many weeks I am and make a doctors appointment etc
I'm telling OH tonight but want it to be creative... Got any ideas?

I'm feeling okay, felt a bit queasy and sore boobs still and all that, I think I must be about 3-4 weeks GrinShock xxx

I was 5 weeks according to periods but was put ahead one at 12 week scan. Get a docs appointment and midwife sorted as soon as you can.

And look forward to sleeping like you never slept before in the coming weeks lol!

Footprints1 · 30/03/2016 15:07

Betty, Would be interested to know how many weeks etc.. If u find out.

Is this your first? Maybe leave it on the toilet seat for when he next tinkles and he will be surprised? Or put it in your mug in cupboard and tell him u desperately need a cuppa!!

Bet your looking at prams already, I'd be! Ha ha xx

AnxiousBetty · 30/03/2016 15:52

Apparently according to periods etc I'm 4weeks 5 days but that's only approximate as not sure on dates!!
I like the mug idea by we are out tonight so k thought I might put the test in a gift bag and pretend I bought him a present! Or maybe put a baby grow with daddy written on it in a gift bag!?

I have to admit I was looking at baby clothes and socks for a few minutes Grin xx

Exciting times! I remember when i first found out i was pregnant the first thing i looked into was buggies! For me that was the most exciting item i wanted! X

TheEdgeIsNigh · 30/03/2016 16:24

Long-time lurker on this thread... Huge congrats Betty! Hope you all get big fat juicy positives too!!
I'm not ttc(im done-I think?!) but love seeing those lines on these threads! Sad, I know!Grin

TheEdgeIsNigh · 30/03/2016 16:26

Sabzh... I'm a self-confessed pushchair addict! Reckon that's the only reason I'd have more children, just to buy the latest limited edition bugaboo or icandy!! Blush haha

TheEdgeIsNigh · 30/03/2016 16:36

Just realised how that could have sounded... It was very much tongue-in-cheek as to how exciting pram shopping is! I do hope nobody took offence...x

Jod1985 · 30/03/2016 16:47

Wahhhhh congratulations Betty!!!!! Eeeekkkk thrilled for you!!!!! FlowersGrin

sabzh · 30/03/2016 16:47

The icandy is amazing. They've brought out a new Peach, which my sister is getting. I may just have to make a sneaky swap with her Wink x

zoomtothespoon · 30/03/2016 17:16

Anxious I've been watching this thread for days to see what happens or you! Congratulations xxx

WickerHearts · 30/03/2016 18:31

Aww excited for you Betty!!! I've been looking at bits too. Blush
Yes get an appointment Smile I had my docs appointment the other day, she took a few details, weighed me and referred me to a midwife. Got my first midwife appointment at the end of the month.
We can be baby buddies Grin

AnxiousBetty · 30/03/2016 19:56

Honestly I haven't even thought about pushchairs! I just can't wait to get everything and make sure everything's okay with the little peach Thanks
Is it too early to start shopping for bits Grin just so excited!

Told OH and he was in complete shock at first! Got very anxious but now he's excited too! GrinSmile

I used to buy things and hide them! I called it' being prepared' oh called it 'weird'! Blokes just don't understand our need to buy things!! Happy shopping.
And yes, the new peach is 😍😍 had a little go of one at the baby show.
My youngest is 18mths now so would be daft to buy one! 😤

Jod1985 · 30/03/2016 20:47

i'm a sling addict. Can't wait to baby wear a squishy baba!!

AnxiousBetty · 30/03/2016 21:08

Oh yes I can't wait to have a baby sling! Suppose it's much less bulky than a pushchair all the time!
Think I might have to start "being prepared" too! There's just so many little outfits but maybe I should wait to find out the gender Grin xx

OP posts:
Footprints1 · 30/03/2016 21:41

Yes definitely enjoy the shopping. I know some people like to wait til they are further along but seriously the last couple of weeks what u all have been feeling it makes it all worth while. So go ahead and enjoy every second of it. Mothercare, mamas & Papas and John Lewis all do catalogues to browse. You will be busy Wink

Keep me updated you pregnant ladies! I'm not giving up on this thread until I can join you all.

No news for me, still no AF, still got this flu virus so been in bed feeling ill unfortunately Blushthe nausea came with this so not related to anything positive.

On a positive note, we are just going to keep at it Easter Grinso although no AF I'm still hoping to catch the OV at some point if we can manage every other day?! .The other half will be shattered by next month Easter Wink

Jod1985 · 30/03/2016 21:54

I'm sure I ovulated on Monday, I had ovulation pain on Monday night, it was so sore I had to lie down and then I had loads of EWC on Tuesday, my boobs are hot and heavy. We DTD Sunday and Tuesday....so fingers crossed. I only got my mirena removed last Wednesday so probably won't catch this month. Will likely get period in a couple of weeks but here's hoping she doesn't show.

AnxiousBetty · 30/03/2016 21:58

I think I may have to pick up some catalogues soon to have a browse at the bits and pieces but I may hold off buying until the 12 week scan, don't want to get so excited that I just get more impatient Grin

I hope you can join us soon footprints and that you get your bfp! When was af due for you? Are you going to test?

Good luck jod! Keep positive and keep us updated! I hope af stays away for you and you've been lucky this first month Smilexx
