Yay starky, I know what you mean though. So many of my friends, when you ask them how long it took to get pregnant, they say 'Oh we got pregnant on the first attempt both times', or whatever, so a little part of you thinks that when you finally start having non protected sex that it is definitely going to happen! Especially as we have all been terrified of getting pregnant for all these years! Part of me thinks, what is wrong with me? But I definitely feel much more chilled in cycle two, that pressure is gone.

Ps my uti is pretty much gone this morning, the water method must have worked! Every time I went to the loo, I went to the kitchen straight afterwards and drank a big glass of water!

I think it's possible Choc, I think at this stage you just need a scan. They should be able to see it at this point, no?

leonie 3 were after 10 mins, one (the final one) came up right away! The midwife didn't seem phased by 3 of them being slightly outside the time because they all had colour and said in the 20-30 I've done since, why haven't I had another line (I'm a serial checker) ... got to admit she has a point!

Stark sorry AF has come but I definitely know that feeling of just wanting it to come so that you can start a new cycle! You have the best attitude about it and I think everyone has their fingers crossed for you for next month

choc hope you finally get an answer! And starky sorry about AF but definitely onwards and upwards! I have long cycles too and this month I actually felt relieved because it means everything works right. And you will now be armed with more info and experience for next cycle!

Time seems to be standing still for me. I'm on CD14 but fw not until Monday according to ovia. I'm going to start my opks tomorrow though. Definitely noticing my cm starting to become bit more EWCM-y!

Btw just to add another confirmation - deffo wee after sex! I had so many terrible utis as a student and one became a really nasty kidney infection - it's not worth it! And doesn't affect your preg chances.

stark sorry about af but onwards & upwards

Have any of you ladies had implantation cramps before and if so what were they like? I am determined not to symptom spot however I had such bad cramps and lower back pain yesterday I was convinced AF was arriving and I had to have a hot water bottle to ease the pain. Feel fine today. I'm on day 24 of a 34 day cycle so that would be early for AF to arrive buy yesterday was 5DPO so too early for implantation. Who knows!

bug I had this 2 or 3 weeks ago... I was sure I was going to have my period as it was lowere back pain and stomach cramps at the same time... then nothang!! Odd...

I had lower back pain yesterday (7dpo) I just thought I was mega unfit on the treadmill (which I am but I don't usually hurt walking fast lol) ... Temp went down 6dpo and back up today to higher than before. My tinnitus is gone too. That was weird yesterday I had whooshing and whistling all day and felt really unbalanced. So far so good today, just sweaty. Probably got an ear infection from the delightful germy children in my life.

Morning Harriet! I'm great, fw is just about here and I can't wait to try again! What about you? I will admit I have been overly excited about doing opks the past week or so.

Urgh. Girl I know just told me her and her husband are trying for a baby, came off pill early Dec and already thinks she's pregnant. You know those people that you just can't be happy for no matter how hard you try? One is a serial cheater and the other is a serial attention seeker faking a smile so hard it looks like I'm crapping myself

It's our wedding anniversary on Monday. I'll be 11dpo. I can't help feeling all excited inside to think what an amazing pressie I could give dh. Or I could just get af early and present him with my red tide of doom. Gawd it's hard keeping a lid on the cray.

Urgh I used to know a couple of girls like that miley it makes you wonder whats going in in their heads doesn't it! Just feel sorry for the kids eventually!

Dh asked me last night if I was disappointed because af had turned up, could honestly tell him I wasn't, which was nice because I'd expected to be, but I'm not. He definetly expected it first time round so I think it will bother him slightly more than me. I'm just excited for my okp's and understanding my cycle a bit better!

Today it has completely gone. I'm not experiencing any period pain like I normally would. What does a one day period mean??? 🙉🙉 Took a pregnancy test last night and it was negative...

Sooo I get two lines, fainter, within a couple of minutes... absolutely squat on the HPT?!

Now I'm pretty certain I'm not ovulating so what gives?!
