Post your stats and add your dates. We have a register thanks to kat, a resident piss stick queen runner, loaaaaaads of bfp'ers who keep us positive! We don't have rules, we love a good symptom spot, we try to stay grounded and not be hysterical sometimes we manage it aswell

Thanks snow. So when the two lines are the same colour does that mean I've ovulated already or will ovulate the next day?? (Sorry for the basic questions!)

I think the test line has to be darker than the control line, and then you'll ovulate 12-36 hours later. It gives you a bit of notice to plan dtd. So I'd dtd every night or every other night for the next week depending on your energy levels. Test again before this time tomorrow to see if you get a darker one. If you can, I'd test after lunch and around 8pm each day (internet cheapies are great for this) as you can miss the positive if you only test once a day.

dubb, Leonie and Snow I don't feel any different to normal either and have zero pregnancy symptoms! Literally none at all. But plenty of women don't so there's still hope! Fx for us all!

Fx for us all then snow, leonie and lara! Last month (ttc cycle#1) I too felt like I'd had some promising symptoms (nausea off and on, hot flushes, dizziness) but when af arrived I realised it must have been hormones getting back to normal after being on the pill for so long.

Hopefully then no symptoms is a good sign ha!

I wrote a long post earlier but it didn't go through.... Grrrr

Just had some brown discharge and period isn't due for another 8 days. Came off the pill in November but this is our first month officially trying!

Does anyone recommend the early response tests? I don't know if I can wait 8 days!!!

Hi twink I wish I could recommend a good pregnancy tests but all the ones I've used are shite and keep giving me bfn's! Frer are supposed to be good.

Just realised kat I ovulated 3 days early so I'm due to test on 29th Jan now according to Ovia. That's quite exciting!

Harriet, are those sainsbury's OPK sticks?

Mine never got any darker than that and I got upduffed in cycle 1. My test line was never darker than my control line when I tested, however I was only doing one OPK a day, so most likely I just missed my darkest line when testing.

I got my darkest test line a week before Ovia said I was due to ovulate.

Also, for whoever asked, first responses are meant to be the best tests. I got a BFP testing 4/5 days before period due.

I'm saving my First Response. Given my BFNs the last two days, I don't think it'd be worth it. 😕

Delved into the mystical world of cervical positions today... Seems firm but hard to reach. Hmmmph. I just want AF or a BFP now so I can move forwards. 🙀

I guess if I get a positive tomorrow it will mean I'll ovulate tues-wed so ovia only a day or two out. I think I've got pissy stick bug!

pink it's boots own brand. I did one yesterday and it was a bit lighter than that. I'll try again tomorrow and see what the difference is. I've also had cramps in my left side so guessing ovulation is imminent.

I'm so pissed off! I finally get my pos opk today and now it looks like I have tonsillitis!! Not sure how much if at all I'll be Dtd for the next few days as I feel so shit :( I Dtd this morning though... Let's hope that's enough.
