Goodasgold · 10/01/2007 21:07

Hello all I hope that some of you at least are now pregnant...and sounds like v happy DHs too. I have wanted to be pregnant since birth of dd2 in March, but I am breastfeeding and not planning to stop. I haven't had a period yet. Today I did a cheapo version of clearblue and left it ages before I checked, I'll just sort out these clothes etc, because deep down I knew it would be negative. It's nice to dream for a while though. Lets hope these dreams come true and that 2007 will bring many much wanted babies.

ammylovesbabies · 10/01/2007 21:09

And ammy still AFing like mad-eugh! Am going to give Feb a go but after that I need to keep my legs crossed cos my wedding is december! xxxx

MrsMcJnr · 10/01/2007 21:20

Wow, learning something new with these ?soft cups?.

Hey there Greedy, sorry December wasn?t our month but you are so right about this one!

Congratulations Flossam that?s fabulous news!! Really hope this is a sticky one hon, keep us posted

Ready thank you for missing me!! I missed you too!

Desperate ? I shall miss you but I can see that TTC is driving you crazy, I know how you feel. How I cried when AF arrived on my birthday, I wanted the ground to open, it was so hard to keep a smiling face in front of my family but you find a way and dust yourself down and get back up. I think the break from thinking about TTC for the last 2 weeks has done me the power of good. I hope you feel much better soon and enjoy that holiday hope to see you back soon ? on the graduate boards!

Thanks for the stats Whoops! Perfect Fingers crossed to all those waiting for their BFPs,

Hello to all those I haven?t mentioned who know me and hello to all the newbies, I shall look forward to getting to know you!

Ready · 10/01/2007 21:45

MrsMc - YAY!! You are back!! I hope you had a lovely time (apart from AF on your birthday!)... we certainly missed you!!

KitKat - How are you chick?? Do keep in touch. Let us know how it all goes at the doc. How exciting

Ammy - So you are the ClearBlueFairy's nemesis then? The FirstResponseDevil?? Hmm.

Greedy - I agree, sex is the best medicine for a headache!! Oh, you don't think I could be mean if I tried... well try telling the ladies on the "ttc a girl" thread, they think I am aggressive and rude

Hey everyone else. Hope all is well?? Any more BFPs yet??? Hope no one is testing early

MrsMcJnr · 10/01/2007 21:51

Ready - do I have to speak strictly to you again somewhere? Speak to you soon my friend.

Ready · 10/01/2007 21:57

Giggle MrsMc - I honestly don't think I have been aggressive or rude... It really isn't in my nature - or so I thought... but it seems I have upset a couple of ladies - unintentionally, promise... But I always seem to have an overwhelming need to make sure people don't think I am rude... stupid really

JoAndTheBoys · 10/01/2007 22:42

My new stats - cd5, waiting for dear auntie to disappear! Due on again about 30th Jan.

Started doing bbt today to see what's going on with my cycle as think I may have a short luteal phase. Off to get some agnus castus this w'end. Feel really hormonal and tearful last few days, not sure why
Have spent last couple of nights playing that pictionary thingy online with beansprout et al to cheer myself up!

Good luck to everyone...

cityangel · 11/01/2007 00:16

d2d Cycle buddy big hugs. Getting trim can be fun and no bad thing but don't worry about losing weight be you and just get happy and spend quality time with dp. Tonsilitis that's tough... I used to get lots of throat infections no fun. Oh d2b I will really miss you... I understand you are finding it hard and hope you pop back in and keep in touch.

Hey KitKat CBFM buddy how's it all going? d2d Cycle buddy big hugs. Getting trim can be fun and no bad thing but don't worry about losing weight be you and just get happy and spend quality time with dp. Tonsilitis that's tough... I used to get lots of throat infections

MrsMC glad you had a good break. Me too Scotland is ace. We had fun on Mull and Glasgow. What was your holiday like? My dh wants to know how yours is doing? How's the new job?

Hi Ready how's it going with you? You're not rude some people are just over sensitive I gave up all headache medication 6 months ago and have had surprisingly fewer headaches since .

Joandtheboys I am in a similar luteal phase position. What day do you OV I may be as late as CD21 and AF is on CD30. Have you tried B6?
Where's the cool game you and beansprout play? Has anyone else got any tips on this subject? Have you tried vitB6? I am considering Agnus Castus too but have heard mixed reports on it has anyone else had any experience? Positive and negative?

Latenightsnowyowl we need to late night chat

Greedy, Geek, Honeyapple everyone how's bd tricks with you?

Me CD18 OV soon having a relaxing month, fingers crossed for everyone and Jan is a tough month so hang in there.

Nettee · 11/01/2007 05:26

DH and I have both been up intermittantly all night with this vomiting bug. Thank god I am feeling better now otherwise I would be spending the next 10 weeks in hospital on a drip because guess what this morning - BFP!!!

Thank you ladies for all your support this month, I have loved being on this thread. These boards make me realise how very lucky I am. I feel I have skipped the queue by lots of places. Hopefully this BFP will start the ball rolling for January, I will definately be keeping an eye on all your news.

Good luck to everyone in this very unfair process

goingfor3 this was my first month of TTC, as I say very very lucky.

Thank you everyone for your congratulations

If you want to know the detailed relevant information:

BD days 11, 12 and 14 - ovulated day 14 according to persona. stayed lying down for about 5 mins after. Early symtoms: slight nausea, bad skin, tiredness and bigger boobs from 7 dpo. BFP 15 dpo (first test attempted, one day after AF due)

Ready · 11/01/2007 10:31

Congratulations Nettee!!!! Oh how very exciting for you Do keep us posted on how you are getting on. And first attempt too - very impressive

All the very best for a happy and healthy pregnancy. xxx

OP posts:
honeyapple · 11/01/2007 10:33

Yeah! That's more like it!
congratulations to Nettee. What is your due date? Good luck. Keep us posted.

Ready · 11/01/2007 10:40

Cityangel, I think the body can get dependent on medication, and that's when it starts to cause more problems that it solves... so it makes sense that when you cut it out it could help matter... although it does sound daft.
thanks for saying I am not rude... I really felt rotten, that I was being aggressive, when I really hadn't intended that. It can be so hard to gauge tone on here sometimes

Hope everyone is doing well? CD6 for me. Feeling upbeat today, but have been having very mixed emotions lately... very up and down. I fully intend to hang in there but just getting frustrated and impatient
