Gutted. Had spent all of last 2 days worrying about wether to test or not before new years eve (AF due tomorrow). One of my worries being guilt about drinks tonight if it turned out that i was pregnant. Anyway whilst DP popped out to get extra drinks from our local off-licence i tested. BFN. This is the fifth month of trying and I had really hoped that this would be the one! hanging on to the thought that midnight is not tooo far away and I can toast in the new year with an alcoholic drink.... and hang on to the thought that there is always next month.

AF arrived about 2 hours after I tested DOH! . Feeling a bit more stoic about it today.
Back at work tomorrow so decided to pamper myself a bit today.

Good luck to you this next month Hogmanay hangover. Bouncing myself over to January hopefuls so should see you there. Next AF due 29th Jan. Fingers crossed this is the month for us both.

Hey all, thanks to those who asked after me while I've been away. AF arrived this morning too, and I feel really crap. It was a day late and I was sure we'd done everything right this month, so I was really optimistic yesterday! And today I've got all the clearing up to do from our party last night!

Oh well, I guess I'll feel more positive again tomorrow when the cramps have eased a bit and the house looks less like a bomb has hit it. New year, new start, new baby hopefully!

Hello! Another question from me- sorry but you are all my guru's!!!! If I was pregnant (CD19 in a 26 day cycle) would I be getting PMT? I feel vile today and short tempered(not a hangover!!) Could I still be pregnant or do you think this is a bad sign that the PMT is here? xxxxxxxxxmuch lovexxxxxxxxxx

Hi,

It is poss you've got pregnancy hormones. You have a flush of them obv when pg and it can cause pmt signals so thats y a lot of women dont realise they're pg. Still worth keeping hope xx
