Short Luteal Phase

So after 6 months of ttc I've worked out I've got a short luteal phase of 9 days, however it could be even less. I get a positive opk on day 19 and 9 days later AF appears. I'm fearing it could be less that 9 days if I ovulate 24-36 hours after a postive opk. No suprises that there hasn't been a bfp yet. I'm thinking this is my obstacle. Seems I've tried everything else. Do I go to my GP? Is there any point? On preconception vitamins with b6 in and have been in them for three months and no changes. Also AF is really painful every month, wondering if there is more to this. Any ideas? Or anyone experienced/ing similar?

Mascara FF predicts I'll have another 11LP and get AF on Wednesday 14th.

Still nothing yet and don't feel like she's coming. DH is hopeful it's an implantation dip but I feel like my temps have just been too low in general.

Mrs - as long as the spotting is brown then it's almost certainly implantation bleeding which is totally normal and nothing to worry about at all Smile

Ovia also predicts that I should test on Wednesday. I'm guessing because that will be 14dpo. We may be testing the same date.

Ooh and other Sunshine is also due to test around the same time I think. Hoping my temp goes up tomorrow. Any symptoms Mascara?

Haha how strange! Let's hope AF stays away then. Triple testing on Wednesday fingers crossed!

Had mostly creamy cm and some with a brown tinge earlier so I thought AF was nearly here. Nothing though now.

How exciting! No symptoms as such but have an odd bloated feeling that feels different to bloating and a little like a stitch. Probs nothing.

Well fingers crossed I make it to Wednesday. Ill be pleased even if I make it to tomorrow without AF as I really thought today it would happen. I have to be realistic ladies, I don't think the is the month! So I'm not getting my hopes up (all good fun though).

Oh wow, feeling a bit nervous now. I dont think it will be my month either, but we'll see, would be perfect timing ready to tell everyone for christmas Smile Still got a strong sense of smell but seem to be getting a horrible cold now x

Af is here! Quite relieved actually. Spotting yesterday and the consultant didn't think it was a great idea for me to get pregnant this month straight after. So I'm officially out. DH is giving me paracetamol and breakfast in bed. Good luck Sunshines xx

Oh Mascara well at least you can move on to next cycle and it sounds like body is getting back in to a cycle. How long was your LP this time?

Temp went up this morning from 35.87C yesterday to 36.20C today. Above the coverline and AF didn't arrive. 8DPO for me today.

10dpo but that was with spotting, so a 'normal' 9dpo for me. Sunshine15 that sounds positive.

Got to have bloods done now (the letter to my gp has come through, here's to hoping they follow the advice otherwise I'm stuck), got my gynae nhs appointment Tuesday. It'll be interesting to hear what they say in comparison.

I know Mrs, you win some, you lose some. This month is going to be a write off too really as I'm away for a week from DH so not going to bother with opks. 28 days and hopefully I'll be ready to start my treatment with my last ditch attempt before xmas x
