Is there a line? False positive?

We've been ttc for 3 years. 3 failed rounds of ivf. And now this. I'm sure I'll miscarry - I'm bound to, or is it a false positive?
I'm two days late. It was immediate.

I was worried I had a false positive and sat googling for hours as I had been having period pains for 2 weeks, I also had no symptoms till I was about 6 months pregnant lol my 7 month old is asleep on me as we speak! Many congratulations to you

I'm going to have to take each day as it comes...I keep expecting my period to start.
I will ring the gp in a couple of weeks if I'm still pregnant.
Is it a good sign that it already says 2-3? I know I conceived two weeks and two days ago.

It just seems too good to be true. Stuff like this doesn't happen to us.

He's getting overexcited. In trying to calm him down as I know one third of pregnancies don't make it.
I've not been bothering to take folic acid or anything.

I'm just continuing to post as sensing you're hyper. Completely understandably! and maybe wanting to chat.

I just can't process it. Years of seeing a blank box where I hoped a line would be.
I'm worried I haven't been looking after myself as well as I might and if I miscarry it'll be my fault.
