TWW officially begins!!!!!

AF due 13th May and have no idea of how I'm going to wait that long!

This is our first cycle TTC baby #1 and since we have decided to try I have been very anxious. I just want this to happen, my close family have all had fertility issues and I've convinced myself I will too.

Just thought I'd start thus for support for all wanting some words if encouragement.

Thats the ones i've ordered violet so hopefully they come tomorrow and i'll test saturday morning (ahead of a few drinks saturday night).

This is the 1st time I have done this. But have been following this thread. This is my 1st TWW and it is killing me. I have 14dpo and AF due today, BFN this morning....losing hope....

My AF is due today too Elle. BFN this morning. Tender breasts today and since the day before yesterday which are typical when I'm coming on. I think I missed the boat this month.

elle & frank I was due AF yesterday and nothing and BFN too... still no signs so am hoping when I retest it may show something, not going to retest til tomorrow I think... depending on when my amazon package arrives. I would just like AF to arrive or a BFP one way or other soon! fed up of waiting now!

Sorry for the BFNs. Sometimes women don't test positive until a few days after af due date. If af does come, it's a new cycle which comes with new hope as well. And lots of DTD fun as well. I've felt much more positive when AF came this time despite having failed so many cycles, which of course is frustrating too. But through all these cycles of frustration and upset I've realised that my DP is a fantastic man whom I can rely on. So guess in a way it has also strengthened our rship which is going to help when we eventually manage to have a baby. (Please remind me I've said this if I get into despair again at my next tww).

For those who are testing today or over the weekend - fx

Frank & Bourbon, thank you for responding. I do hope you get your BFP. I am so fed up with the waiting. It has just been so different this month for me. I just suddenly felt pregnant about 8 days ago. From about 5dpo I have been spotting, I never spot. It has been brown and only when I wipe and not all the time, then on DPO12 had another show again brown and nothing since. Also notice my teeth became very sore like I just needed to bite down all the time. But have BFN since 10dpo! I JUST WANT TO KNOW. Keep saying will not test but I know I will!

gakay thank u, sorry you are out this month but you sound like you are still positive which is good to hear. I keep telling myself that. I have a shortish cycle of 25 days and I am either 14DPO or 13DPO. It is so difficult though you hear and read about all these women who BFP on 9dpo etc so start to assume because you haven't you must be out. Looking at some research in to HcG levels, depending on the start level it could well be after AF before they are high enough even for a really sensitive test. I guess I am just going to have to wait and see Smile

sarah great news about DH enjoy the weekend!!

blankets ,ellewalk and frank its frustrating but don’t give up hope just yet.. loads of ladies have had a couple of bfN`s the day AF was due and the following few days but then get the bfP , there’s loads of reasons but it could be that youv ovulated later than you thought, or the test isn’t super sensitive
Until AF arrives, your not out
gakay Im really not sure, this is my first so I think im going to be that completely clueless person calling my GP and asking what to do haha.. I think my doctors surgery has a midwife and clinic on certain days of the week so im guessing it will be there… hopefully I won’t have to wait too long – but I’ve heard that’s not uncommon unless you are getting pains etc

How is everyone doing today? Its Friday and almost the weekend!

I'm out.... Roll on next month :) I knew it wouldn't happen but hoped for a miracle!

Endo pains and all AF here with vengeance now! Yay!!! (NOT!!!) time to be a pill popper for a few days....

FX for all the rest of you waiting to find out :) keep us posted

Hey All!!

Happy Friday! I started this thread starting my TWW and very apprehensive. I love that we have a load of ladies supporting each other through what can seem a lonely time in your head (although our DP's are on hand, it's great to hear another perspective from another woman's view).

I am a few days into AF and am more positive than I have been since starting TTC last month. I feel very relaxed and I think it's because of this feed as everything isn't just going around in your head. FX for all of us!

Welcome Ellewalk, Blanket and Frank (sorry if I missed anyone, loads of newbies which is awesome Smile.

I haven't drank in about 5 weeks and very much looking forward to a glass of Wine tonight. Hubby is out on a stag for the weekend so house to myself and then at an engagement party tomorrow where I will have another couple of Wine (not too many though).

Bourbon Gakay, sorry about AF, she is such a cow!!! Lol. However you seem similar to me this month and positive. I'm actually looking forward to 4 weeks where we can test together again next month Grin.

I am so looking forward to some wine tonight! Even though I am at friends I will not drink loads as my meds will make me really sick if I do - but I will have a couple or so :) just not go OTT. I will let them do that instead as its easier!

You are right AF is a cow! But at least I know have a more official timeline to work towards as I wasn't event 100% sure when she would arrive for me this month. As was only just after my first proper cycle that we started #ttc

Cheers to us all and FX for some BFP over next few days and some Feb babies to be made over the next few weeks :)

So still no sign of AF for me which according to my app is due on Monday but really could be anytime (scared everytime i pee, i've gone mad!) and nothing really to report apart from random dizziness haha

Af still not here, she does normally arrive in the morning but so far so good. I am staying positive till she does and if she does then we just try again. Will say that I am really peeing alot this morning!!

elle I had been peeing loads too! Its all quite light on the AF so not sure what is going on but I am sure she's here as I ache like made and feel mega emosh! haha.... DH brought me home a brie sandwich and some percy pigs so that made me :) always a silver lining to these things

elle I think so, I don't know why else would be pinky/brown, its not red red though... but I usually get this just before anyway so just presumed its on its way?

I have been having a brown/reddish discharge for days, today is the only day really since I ovulated that I have not had ANY discharge/mucus whatever we call it! My friend at work told me that she had the same thing when her period was due, but it just never got going to a full AF and she got BFP about 2 weeks later.

elle oh... really? Hmmm I am not sure then. I think it is AF as I have really bad lower back pains and abdominal pains, but now am confused... guess will have to see how it plays out then. I don't think its worth me testing again yet as had 2 BFN last two days and today is first day I didn't try one

elle yeah it really is. my endo hasn't felt the same as it normally does at AF whether before or during, so I have no idea and I am so confused by it all, and got a bit fed up of just thinking it might have happened. I genuinely don't think it has, but who knows now then... jeeeeez just when you think you have some clarity! Will just see how weekend goes then

bourbon sorry but what does endo mean? New to this, have picked up most of the abbreviations from reading the threads but not sure about that one. AF still has not come for me, I have this full feeling (even though I have only eaten a packet of crisps today bad i know) and cannot stop peeing. Even as soon as I finish I feel like I have to go again....
