Congratulations on all the bfps!! Whoop! This thread moves so fast, trying to keep up in my breaks then no time to post. mum congrats!!

Cariad2014 · 20/01/2015 13:25

Sorry you're in limbo Blimey - I was there for almost a fortnight back in September and wouldn't wish that on anyone. If you only got your first BFP today then it sounds as though it may well just be too early for anything to show up on a scan. Hang on in there my lovely Flowers

Sorry about the BFN Genni. Flowers I'm still secretly hoping (not that this is helpful at all) that you're one of those people who doesn't get a BFP until you're 6 weeks pregnant, but if AF does come, promise me you'll come and join us on the February bus.

Glad you're feeling a little more positive Victoria. You will get that BFP, I just know it. It just feels so unfair that some of us have to wait so much longer than others.

59sound · 20/01/2015 13:29

Thanks for the kind messages. Am pretty gutted but trying to be positive about the month ahead. Have just been to Boots and stocked up on vits for me and D and going to have a big Wine tonight and then lay off it for a while.

Fingers crossed for those waiting to test and sorry to those with bfns x

Linguaphile · 20/01/2015 13:39

Ah blimey that must be so rough, I'm sorry. Flowers

Emma I'm 9dpo. Shock

Marmite27 · 20/01/2015 13:40

Congrats to all those BFPs!

There's a nursery at my strip club, sorry office.... And there's been a dad in the restaurant with a tiny baby who was crying, I felt like crying along with him, I feel very emotional today.

Possibly a bit crampy too, in that if I thought about it kind of way. Probably out this month and feeling a bit down.

Boobear1983 · 20/01/2015 13:44

Congrats to all those with bfps! Flowers

emma85x · 20/01/2015 14:20

So crazy dog is being well behaved so far but I seem to be getting iller...anyone ever had a bad stomach from taking erythromycin? I have had it before and been of but in the last year have been found allergic to all penicillins and nitrofurantoin... Was hoping this would be ok as its a different group of antibiotics :(

MarysPrayer · 20/01/2015 14:42

Congrats to mum too!

gennibugs · 20/01/2015 15:11

Thanks cariad that is what I'm secretly hoping too! Will deffo hop onto the few bus if AF shows up. Hope all is well with you Grin

Nervous83 · 20/01/2015 15:13

Afternoon All,

Just caught up on 10 pages!!! What a rollercoaster of updates...

Congrats to Mum and Lingua

Double boo to AF 59 still got my fx Melon

Talk about a cock up and Confused Blimey The health service isn't exactly the most helpful at times. Sad I would agree with Purdey that I would want to speak to my own GP, at least I know them and they know me to a certain degree. Definitely don't worry about the language, no one offended here Smile, I'm sure that was very restraint to what you are actually feeling inside. Good to get some out.

After the earlier advise of warming up my insides I have filled my drawer at work with cuppa soups, cup of porridge and herbal teas...might bring in my microwave penguin tomorrow, might get a few funny looks though - anyone else wish there was a headslap emoji? LOL

6dpo here...no real symptoms to report as of yet...

Nevlet · 20/01/2015 15:16

same as me nervous...already itching to test even though i know 6dpo is way too early! are you testing on 28th jan too? (if we can wait that long)

dojo123 · 20/01/2015 15:29

nervous and nevlet. I'll join you to POAS on 28th if AF hasn't arrived before then.

KnitFastDieWarm · 20/01/2015 15:30

POAS yesterday evening, BFN (I do drink a LOT of water during the day though)

Cycle ranges from 24 to 28 days - currently on cycle day 26.

Knackered, really dizzy, sore boobs and, erm, lots of increased discharge (LOVELY!)

No sign of AF. When is it worth testing again?

KnitFastDieWarm · 20/01/2015 15:31

Oh and congratulations to all BFPs, this must be one of the most prolific buses ever!

Nervous83 · 20/01/2015 16:08

Nevlet I was planning on waiting until AF is due, which according to Glow is 27th Smile. Plus I am having a lung diagnostic that day for Asthma, which one of the questions on the pre-paperwork was...are you pregnant...?

That would be 13dpo right...unless we cave before...or the witch gets us?

emma85x · 20/01/2015 16:09

Hot drinks moment today!! I've been popping to the canteen all the time to buy fruit teas! My boss comes up behind me and says 'I never knew you liked fruit teas?!'... PANICS 'It's a new thing for me, just keeping warm'... LOL I giggled all the way back to my desk Grin Grin Grin

pulpi · 20/01/2015 16:10

Am close to losing my mind. 3 days late, which means that it could still come today as it's within my average fluctuation between 26-29 days. Usually by now I'd have more symptoms of AF, but so far all I have are unusually tender breasts and slight nausea.

Still have to wait another 2 days before DH is home and we can FINALLY test. In the meantime, I've been checking my cervix daily (tmi? sorry!) for signs of being a little less like an unripe fruit, but so far nothing. But I guess if poking the cervix was a reliable test for early pregnancy, there'd be no need for pregnancy tests!

59sound · 20/01/2015 16:15

I'm loving the hot drinks recommendation - sitting here having a blissful half hour drinking tea, eating chocolate and MNetting before I pick up DD, having skived off work a bit early!

pulpi - the waiting is horrid, isn't it? Three days late is good though. Will be keeping all fingers crossed for you.

pulpi · 20/01/2015 16:37

Thanks 59. It's the 3ww for me this month, but these last days are just dragging by.

tessiegirl · 20/01/2015 16:51

Wow! Just caught up after only one day!

Huge congratulations on the BFPs! Grin

So sorry to hear you are in limbo Blimey There absolutely is a line on your test...hang on in there, I have a good feeling this will all be worthwhile in the end Flowers

Nevlet I too feel so sick on Erythromycin when I have taken 4 a day in the past but on lower doses I feel fine...
