Sammy, I think if your cycles are regular and you are getting positive opks then you have little to worry about re long-term effects of the Pill. However, positive OKs are not a guarantee ov took place. You're charting though, right?

Melon, I panicked so much in uni days. I haven't been on pill for over 7 yrs since I met dh for health reasons, spent 7 years really being super super careful with only icky condoms.. Feel robbed!

Can anyone help with this?

I stood up about half an hour ago and got a very sharp twisting / stabbing pain in left side of uterus, that went all the way down into my vagina (sorry I hate using that word). It was really sore and caused me to lean forward to the wall. Dh thought I was going to keep over. Gone again after a few seconds, but tummy is tender to touch.

Anyone got any ideas?

Thanks purdey - yes I am charting now, but only the last three cycles following a very out of character 43 day wtf cycle! Decided I need to 100% know if I've ovd or not so that I never have to go through the roller coaster of a 4 week wait again!

So I'm not totally sure about the other 11 months... Guess I'm just looking for a reason as to why it's taking so long ?? X

I have read a fair amount online regarding saunas and that you shouldn't raise your core temperature too much but can't find anything on steam rooms.

After saying earlier I didn't think we'd been successful this month, I am now symptom spotting. I know it's far too early (think I ov'd 14th or 15th) but I have been experiencing a few cramps this evening, felt a bit icky and have had a little dizziness just now. I know it's probably all part of this nasty cold I've had since yesterday afternoon but I just can't help myself!!
Also I think my cycle is 26days which would take me to next Tuesday/Wednesday for AF (27th/28th) but I only had a 19 day cycle in Nov/December so... Arrrgh I don't know!

I know I'm being a mad woman hence the need for a slap.

Technically I'm on the Feb bus because AF isn't due until around Feb 7 according to my app (though I think earlier and that dates are thrown off because of my missed Nov period).

I'm pretty sure I ov'd around the 12th making me 6dpo.

Anyone having symptoms this early (or think they do :P)?

Hi everyone, it's me again and I'm back..

Sadly not long back from hospital where they told me they think I had a very early miscarriage. It's been a rollercoaster few days but wanted to come back on, update you all and just focus on positive that I was pregnant and hope to be again soon. Has anyone else been through similar? I'm now so confused as to what happens next regarding when to start trying/if I will get another period now etc etc..
I'm glad we all shared the excitement for that couple days and I hope for BFPs for everyone very very soon! Sorry not had a chance to read back but will catch up with you all and if anyone has any advice etc I'm all ears.

You are right to be positive. It must be so hard...it isn't fair...there was some reason it was not to be this time and you can't know the bigger plan. But it will be back. It will it will. Stronger all being well. Hugs xx

Cd16 here and a very obvious temp spike this morning so looks like I ovulated a couple of days ago, we have dtd eod since cd7 so fx it's enough this month. X
