Hi all ... We had a thread for Jan BFPs but it seems full?! Thought I would start the second thread.. No idea if this will work as haven't done it before so here's hoping I see you all here!!

spinning Deffo treat DH with some cream or a tablet. I used to get terrible thrush and used to take a probiotic too to help things. You sound poorly you poor thing. Sad

waves to blueberry - how are you feeling? And yes, we're seeing a fertility clinic - due to start ivf next month if no bfp before then! I totally agree with you re seeking medical advice when ttc for a year!

Oh I've just had a +opk and a smiley face! Looks like yesterday's dtd was well timed. Due to work today I don't think we'll dtd today until after midnight, a bit past my bedtime but I'll do my best Wink

Thanks ladies, I'm going to get dp a tablet as well, he's taken them before and they've worked but I don't tell the chemist it's for him as they don't like giving them to men! Think we'll both take it on Sunday before he goes away and then it should be cleared up by the time I see him on Friday Grin

Genni, how are you feeling about your ivf? Hope you're keeping your spirits up and fx the ivf soon brings your bfp xx

Spinning - I would discard any temps that look to be high because of illness and rely on your opks. Hopefully this means that ff won't mess up your chart!

lingua for my fertile time was counted as CD14 - CD20. We DTD on CD15, 16, 18, 19 & 20. By my dates I ov'd on CD19 :)

CD15 for me and no +ve OPK yet... Sorry if tmi but Sex Drive has gone nuts since stopping BC and haven't been able to stick to EOD Blush Can't hurt though right?

I'm way behind loads of you, only on CD8. AF got me New Year's Day :( we've started DTD and plan to every other day until a +ve OPK and then we'll do every day for a couple of days! We didn't DTD after I ovulated last month and maybe that why we didn't get a BFP. I've also bought some conceive plus, just to help things along!

My stats are Cycle 3, TTC #2 (after MMC in October), AF/BFP due 28th Jan.

Sadly I am out. Temp dropped this morning and AF then arrived. Either my LP extended by a day or I ovulated a day later than I thought (second day after OPK rather than day after)

Waiting on 21 day blood results next week and my GP said if all is ok next step is the assisted route...

Sorry af arrived trixie hope you concieve before having to go down assisted route. Believe me there'll still be plenty of months in between referral and actually seeing someone at the clinic. Has your oh been tested?

Awww trixie I'm sorry. I know how it feels.

spinning I feel surprisingly ok. We've been told our chances aren't great given my crappy egg quality but they are going to give me the highest dosage of drugs to try and combat that. I veer from feeling positive to utter panic and thinking I can't possibly do this!! Just keeping busy, swallowing a million supplements till then and exercising like mad til then Grin
Sounds like yesterday's dtd was well timed - fx the wretched thrush does one soon.

I have one test, which I'm saving until Sunday when AF is due. No symptoms and we only dtd twice so I'm not getting my hopes up.

Ah Genni, I can understand the up and down feelings but it's good that you're feeling ok. Positive thinking has to be good and hopefully you'll soon have your bfp.
I'm exercising a lot again now, I eased off thinking it was preventing a bfp but I don't really believe that and I feel crap when I don't exercise!

Genni oh next month isnt long how exciting. Hopefully the drugs do their job. Its so hard putting all your hopes on one thing but the things they can do these days are amazing!!
I feeling ok throwing up has kicked up a notch this week which is brill!! lol

Spinning I asked my fertility doc about exercising and he didnt seem to think there was a problem as long as you avoid high impact around implantation but then millions of women get pregnant doing things they tell you not to. If it makes you feel good do it!! I havent exercised since my bfp will start gently after 12 week scan (2 weeks away woo)

Sammy properly trying for 4 months, a year before that we made the decision. So not long compared to everyone I'm sure.. We are doing At home AI for a bunch of reasons so I find it even more structured than dtd!! Was really hoping this would be our month. What about you?

Had my hopes up (again!) so feeling a bit crushed but onwards and upwards to cycle 14. We've booked a mini break to the Canary Islands for the end of the month so that's taking the edge off the disappointment, and you never know some relaxation and warm weather may do the trick - I said to DH I have a good feeling about cycle 14. He hates how upset I get at the end of the month and feels under pressure to perform during Ov time so I've told him we are officially not trying and just seeing what happens.

Victoria, DH and I are massively impatient and wanted to rule out any problems so had some tests done privately. DHs tests were fine and I've had a scan, and blood tests on day 7 and the HSG and again all fine. Looking like we may well be unexplained. We're going to see what the GP says next week re my 21 day bloods and referral times on the NHS. I've got a load of info on IVF from the clinic we went to for our tests...all a bit daunting!

I'm really hoping for some more long timer BFPs on this bus!

nervous go for it! Do you know when you normally Ov or is this 1st month of looking out?

How's the TWW going sparkly? I'm on 7day countdown and feel like I cant think of anything else argh!!

Good to hear that about exercise blueberry I've started to get back into Pilates and do worry!! Smile
