Just teared up at the HSBC advert. The two pink ladies handing the cheque over so the young girl can go to school.

F*cking AF. Still nothing. Confused

Hairstylisttoboris · 14/01/2015 21:19

I am a medical miracle failure ov on cd 6.
Dear guiness book of records...

Mumwannabe82 · 14/01/2015 21:25

Hello ladies, sorry to hear that alot of you feel AF is on the way; I would knock that bitch right off her bike if I could Thanks Thanks

4dpo today so confirmed ov yesterday WOOP and my temps are high and stable so good signs so far but a good week and a bit to go xx

MelonMelon · 14/01/2015 21:27

Sounds like me and Boris could be scientific wonders!

Mumwannabe82 · 14/01/2015 21:31

hi melon, I do know that we always have some LH in our bodies all the time then it increases for ov, was it a strong line? Your first surge might have tried to ovulate but didn't then tried again, do you temp? xx you can get positives on opks

Mumwannabe82 · 14/01/2015 21:32

Sorry pressed send my accident Grin you can get positive opks when your pregnant so really really hoping that's the reason for you xx

Cariad2014 · 14/01/2015 21:34

Failure - thanks for the advice. Sounds as though if I don't have any luck over the next few cycles, a lap and dye would be a good idea because as you say, knowledge is power. I'll make an appointment with the GP asap to see what they can offer me.

Re: endo, although that's a possibility, if that had been detected in the tube that was removed/ seen during the operation, I hope they'd have told me. Apparently a third of ectopics are just completely random with no obvious underlying cause, and subject to the lab analysis (which appears to have revealed nothing) the doctors told me I was in the 'no identifiable cause' category.

MissMrs - I'm afraid I can't give you a definitive answer (particularly as most hpts contain the caveat that ectopics might give unusual results) but I certainly had a strong BFP with my ectopic from quite early on. If you're worried, then I would take a hpt.

vizzy · 14/01/2015 21:38

Thanks failuretolaunch you are clearly an expert! So many questions I should have asked the dr, but didn't cos I was in a flap Confused
Did saying 'wee' give me away? Or am I missing something?!? It wouldn't be the first time.

MaMaPo · 14/01/2015 22:23

I say 'wee' but I ain't Scottish! It's the effect of the strong Scottish settlement in NZ and the fact that I have two kiwi parents.

Mumwannabe - welcome to the tww!

emma85x · 14/01/2015 22:28

I'm 2 dpo so TWW. With 35 day cycles... Too long to wait!

MissMrsMummy · 14/01/2015 22:35

Thanks cariad xx

Mumwannabe82 · 14/01/2015 22:39

Thanks mamapo Smile it's the longest wait EVER!!!!!!!! lol xxx

Shnickyshnackers · 14/01/2015 22:40

BFN again today - all of my cheapo tests have been used up now. Good job too as they basically do my head in. I feel the urge to poas every day even when i wish i didnt!! it envolves poas and then chucking test in the bin and then checking the bin at least once to 'make sure' its still bfn!! I wont buy any more of them!! I suppose I have to wait for af to turn up, I expect it to come today, I'll be stressing if it doesnt as then I'll be thinking about going to the supermarket to buy more hpt's!!?

I'm keen to fall pregnant next cycle because otherwise we will be taking a break from ttc for a few months. We live Down under and I know that I cannot cope with being heavily pregnant in the summer as it is hell, so I will have to avoid that happening.

GlitteryLipgloss · 14/01/2015 22:43

Schniky that's what I have done today. Twice. ??

Hang on in there. ??

Sparkly123 · 15/01/2015 00:23

Sorry to those in limbo land Boris and glittery hoping for positive things for you!!!

Shnicky hoping that you get your BFP pre summer then!! You are right- in that heat it would be hellish!

Vizzy hiya fellow Scottish mumsnetter! When I had day 21 prog test they said it was imperative on day 21! But then they also told me " everyone OVs on day 14 "... Which I've since realised is not the case! Hope you get on well at your app.

Failuretolaunch you really should write a book! So much info in that head of yours! It's so helpful to everyone! The doctors have for a while thought I may have endo but put off lap due to other existing chronic health conditions, they think a surgery isn't great option for me at moment. With regards to temping.. I'm guessing -as you are very clued up!- if it's a drop on day 27 for me today my chances are def out? Temps need to stay high is that right? My husband and I were gonna go to cinema this weekend to see that film.. And I thought it may take my mind off the disappointment this cycle, however from what you said it sounds like a right tearjerker!!!! Hope the clomid works wonders for you this cycle!!! Will have everything crossed for you Flowers

Shnickyshnackers · 15/01/2015 01:44

argh!! I am doing my head in today!! I have got tons of cm, and no af at all, I thought it would show up at some point today (its lunch time now) and now i have run out of hpt's (which is good as I hate them!!) but bad as well, as I just neeeeed to test again!! argh!!!! head - bang - wall. I am sure I will end up buying supermarket test (hopefully frer) and doing it this evening - I'm going out tonight and possibly want to drink. Ok, I have wee'd into a egg cup (that we never use) and kept it, that is the height of my head being done in, just by myself :/ My AF will prob show up tomorrow and that will be that! argh!!

ok - I think it is good to get that off my chest.

I am being a hormonal stress head so thats a very big indication that af is on her way!!!!!

MaMaPo · 15/01/2015 04:58

Schnicky foo you have a chemist warehouse near you? I think they sell frer. Good luck with the insanity of it all... But why would you stop ttc next month to avoid summer? Surely you'd just want to avoid getting pregnant in about April.

Hairstylisttoboris · 15/01/2015 07:49

Well I was saved from testing this morning by having been up half the night due to the loud storm. As a result I didn't really have any fmu, kept going to the loo and drinking water. Hmm
Peefest 2015 on for tomorrow...

Shnickyshnackers · 15/01/2015 07:49

If I got pregnant next month (ie feb) i would be heavily pregnant in Nov this year which is just about ok (heat wise), but to be heavily pregnant in Dec in Australia is just too much to cope with!! Jan and feb are the hottest months so I would rule them out as well, so then it's a wierd numbers game where I will have to try and decide what I can cope with. With DD1 i had a edd of March, so i was 8 months pregnant in feb and we had a heat wave and it was up in the 30's over night and I just about thought I would die!!! (it was tooo hot!!), so because i have two dd's already I would try and rule out being huge and pregnant and caught in the horrible heat!! I know its just something i couldn't cope with (at the moment).

I did a test this evening and its still bfn, so i am drinking an alcopop now and heading out for birthday celebrations in a bit!!

Shnickyshnackers · 15/01/2015 07:51

(i hope that makes sense!! too much for me to cope with) I wouldnt want to put anyone off a summer pregnancy though!!! It's just i know i would have to run around with a toddler and a pre-schooler and be sweaty-mc-betty.

BananaRaces · 15/01/2015 07:54

Well ladies, Unfortunately I have had a visit from the witch this morning. It was only cycle 1 so I'm not feeling too bad about it.

So I will be hopping off this bus and catching the next one. Hope those of you still waiting get good news soon. Smile

MaMaPo · 15/01/2015 08:03

I have no choice with a summer pregnancy, Schnicky - I need to stop wasting time and get on with it! No stopping for me. I'm sure pregnancy in Dec and Jan is awful but at least it ends. :)

Boo to your BFN but have fun out tonight.

Boo to your witch's visit too, Banana. Best of luck for Feb.

BananaRaces · 15/01/2015 08:17

Thanks mamapo. Good luck to you too. Smile

HariboBrenshnio · 15/01/2015 08:26

Morning ladies! Sorry for those with AF/expecting AF.

How often are you all DTD? I'm in my fertile week, think I'll ovulate today. We've DTD every day since Saturday except DP got drunk at the football yesterday and didn't manage to 'finish'. I'm not stressing even though we'll keep doing it every day until Sunday!

It's the first time we've DTD so much during my fertile period but after MMC and not catching since, I'm getting desperate.

HariboBrenshnio · 15/01/2015 08:27

*im now stressing
