Thanks Natty tuna for lunch and salmon for dinner so probably don't need that supplement . We have a fish man who delivers really great fresh fish on a Tuesday so that has helped me eat more of it.

3catstoo, sounds like you have been having a hard time of it, sorry . My Mum had varicose veins in her womb after my sister (her 3rd child). Glad to hear thing are calming down. Sounds like you have an understanding & proactive gyny though so that must be a relief! Hope your DH comes round or the skulldruggery works very soon

No babymad starting a thread about this about 4/5 months ago as i was thinking of taking it due to the fact that i was not ovulating.

Lots of Mners said to only take it if a chinese herablist gave it me, think it may do more harm than good.

I would eat more fish but OH hates it. I do have tuna but is usally in a tin so does not count.

HI Everyone,

Not been on for a few days been away with work. I think I have ov'd now as my temps have just gone over the coverline but I don't know if this is right or not should I expect them to be higher? This is my first month of charting so maybe it will look a bit clearer when I get to the end of the month.

It's your 1st month of charting as you say so as long as you are above the coverline and your temp keeps rising steadily it's good.

I think it does count in a tin doesn't it?

My temp is down again this morning and the software has now raised my coverline !!! Have no idea what is going on with my cycle - does anybody know does your cm follow the usual pattern even if you don't ovulate ?

Re - tuna I am confused I thought it would count in a tin.

I've been charting only for 2 months so it's hard to say. Last month was 14 days. So I'm 1 day overdue. And in such a bad mood it's a joke. My hormones must be playing up.

I seem to have EWCM sometimes on a random cycle day (CD6) and then not again til yesterday but I also have clear CM that isn't streatchy and I don't have the sticky stuff!!!!

babymad, not acording to my book, i noticed you ovulted early, i check on you all every day, but why carnt you bding on this?

Doctor said they are strong anti and could affect the development of a baby! So I cant BD till Monday but temp went down below my coverline this morning! don't know what's going on! Feed up

just looked at your chart again, you have not ovulted your ok, just a blip with being ill, so dont worry!.

awww thank you, i will be on more next week just been very busy with jack, with the commp. and getting things kie eye tests done for him, then when am home am to tired to come on here!, so i will be back on more next week
