Manic symptom watching!

Hi all,

This is a place for all manic symptom watchers to share stories and convince themselves they have each other's symptoms! Nothing like a healthy dose of mania to ease the real anxiety and worry ttc can cause!

I myself have just recently started ttc and have seen myself go from a fully rounded adult to a manic symptom checker.
So today's symptom is a pinchy like pain in my left lower abdomen...could be wind...but no...as a manic symptom checker...I'm convincing myself it's a sign of implantation!
I will share a new one everyday. Please add your own...I want to have them too&!

Chin up hopeful, I'm now on day 3 of being late and still nothing. Got an instant BFN yesterday so I don't know whether or not to test again or just wait for AF to eventually arrive :(

Thanks tammi. It's not over until af arrives :) test again of she still doesnt show. Do you have any af symptoms? X

No AF symptoms at all. I usually get that heavy dull aching before and just know. But I've had nothing. x

I have my fingers crossed for everyone! Not tested since the last very, very faint positive five days ago. Planning to wait till Weds when my period is due. As DH thought it was a negative last time, if my period comes, I'd rather think I was wrong than that I had a chemical. I keep staring at the FR test in my bag though - was SO tempted to do it this morning. Have sore boobs and what I think are Montgomery's tubercles. And I could smell the pizza cooking last night before anyone else. Other than that, no symptoms apart from hunger, but maybe I'm just greedy!

I'm 4 or 5 days late now. I am now convinced I'm pregnant or...dying.
I'm weeping at everything. But i did two tests on Friday and negative, although they were the ones that are really really cheap. Wondering if I should get an expensive one or just wait. The waiting is horrid.

hey all.
Fresfly ... I would get another test hun. Perhaps try a different brand and if af is still a no show then maybe make an appointment to see your gp for a blood test. Its not over until the af makes an appearance :)

Ive felt very much like af is on her way for days (due on tomorrow) I normally get a tiny bit of spotting the day before but I keep going to the loo to check and .... nothing. Kepping my fingers crossed that af doesnt arrive.

How is everyone else getting on?

Any symptoms yet Tammi??

hopeful STILL not even 1 symptom that AF is on her way. 3 days late now. I'm usually on the button with when she arrives so this is not like me at all. Still really confused why I got an instant BFN yesterday though :(
Still really tired, my boobs hurt so bad it's a good job it's no bra day today as I can't face putting it on haha!
Really not sure what to do now.....ideas? x

Tammi - Any chance you could try testing again with a different brand?
Sometimes it can take a while for a bfp to show up. Failing that as you are normally on time you could make an appointment for the gp for a blood test.

Its all so frustrating.... im keeping everything crossed for you. xxx

Well I used clear blue yesterday, could try first response. Even my other half is frustrated by it now haha.
I did it mid afternoon as well, so maybe I'll try again first thing in the morning. If by Thursday AF still isn't here and still getting BFN then I will see the GP on Friday.

I'm keeping everything crossed for you too!! Will definitely keep you updated. xxx

Hi everyone, hope you don't mind me butting in here. Were also ttc, only been trying since June time but was 'seeing as how it went'. No joy so we've decided to properly try this month, I'm dtd every other day at the moment - does anyone else do it all the way through the month or up until you think ovulation has passed? I'm finding it quite hard going every other month, my hubby hasn't got a massive sex drive either and works away a lot. I have irregular periods also so it's hard to really pin point when I'm due on. Any advice?xxxx thanks

Bus we only do it every or every other day up to ovulation, but my sex drive drops off a cliff then anyway. We cram a months worth of sex into 10 days.

Lots of women do some kind of varying to find ovulation. This might help you if your cycles aren't regular.

My cycle can be anywhere between 27 and 35 days, seems to be since ttc they have been more irregular! If I've calculated right I should have ovulated the weekend just gone, I can't see any difference in my cm or anything but then we've only been properly trying this month. Maybe I'm making symptoms up but I don't feel myself ShockShock my nipples have also gone lighter almost white which is strange too!!! Xxx

So poas this morning and the line was faint and going horizontal and not vertical then disappeared so I'm guessing BFN!!! AF not due till Thursday or friday though so hopefully it was just too early! Anyone else had a faint horizontal line that disappeared? Xx

Bustherb we dtd every other day before during and slightly after ovulation! I think its the best way as it doesn't really matter on exact time that you ovulated and you're covering all bases!!!

Morning ladies. Af due today and I have all the usual symptoms as well as a bfn this morning so just want her to hurry up now.
Really thought we had a good chance this month as we dtd loads at the right time but hey ho .... Back to it.
On plus side got very upset last night and dh said we can get a kitten. Been wanting one for 6 years and hes never wanted one. Maybe he felt sorry for me.
How's everyone doing?
Wannabe - never had a horizontal line hun. But you still have loads of time for a bfp yet :)

Internet cheapies still bfn despite being 3 days late. Bought a pack of posh digital ones. BFP. No one to tell as can't get hold of DH. Over the moon and terrified!

Congratulations Anything!!!! So happy for you!!
I'm now 4 days late...no sign of AF. Got a BFN with standard clear blue test after being 2 days late. Testing again today though.
Really so happy for you xx
