Went to see my GP today. She said i can take 400ug folic acid even though i have a high bmi. I guess its a very minor risk factor compared to the rest and she says they don't routinely prescribe it here.

kate normal 28 day cycle icing is around 14 days. Depends on your cycle length. Mine was cd24 in 34 day cycle but adjusted to cd17 in 30 day cycle.
