Had meltdown today in service station. Think I'm in 'angry' stage of grief. I am so angry all the time. I snap at poor Mr La who is so lovely and I just feel uptight and on edge. I crumbled and burst into hysterical tears in service station. Mr La just cuddled me until it stopped.
