Yes Tink was in hot tub for an hour. Read my trashy magazine and had a chat with the husband. It was lovely, warm and bubbly. It might have been pink at one point but that was a led light, rather than fluids!

Did wonders for the cramps too. Might sit in all day tomorrow until I turn in to a prune!

Was back at work today after a few days off and it was great, kept my mind off constantly pant-checking.

rm I would suggest The Lovely Bones (Alice Sebold, if you haven't already read it), The Help (Kathryn Stockett), The Fault in Our Stars (John Green), The Book Thief (Markus Zusak) and To Kill a Mockingbird (Harper Lee). These are all easy to get into but still high quality. Incidentally I hope to be meeting Jodi Picoult in November, a perk of the job!

I'm very, very grumpy tonight. The pest controller came on Thurs and sprayed the whole house with an organic pesticide. He failed to tell me in advance that it stinks to high heaven (worse than the chemical stuff), that we aren't allowed to Hoover for a week and, worse, it takes a while to work.

36 hours from treatment and the fleas are still jumping in our bedroom :(

DH made me laugh, he said "was it supposed to kill them or just make them a bit sad?"

I've had a drink and I feel marvellous!

Aw La, hope tomorrow is better. I found work helped me a lot, I'm always busy with customers so never get a minute to feel down at work, it helped me feel a bit more normal. On the other hand there was the (stupid) guilt that I felt because I started to feel normal. My friend is a health visitor and he gave me the best advice, everyone's experience is so different and there is no right way to feel, so just take care of yourself and let yourself feel what you feel. So straightforward but difficult to do at the same time. Maybe going in for half days for a wee bit is a good idea?

Before that cannot be easy. Here are some for you too.

Yeah I got fed up last night. Went out with work people, told one of them and he was lovely, he just gave me a hug and said it's shit. Love him .
