Is there a January bus yet?!!

Hi everyone my AF appeared on 3rd December, so got kicked off the December bus pretty early! But couldn't see a January bus yet!! My stats are TTC #2 cycle 5 Sad BFP due 8th Jan.

Just noticed that I havent posted my stats. TTC #1, cycle 1 (following MC & poss chem). Think I can test after 7th Jan. Does that make sense?.

My 2WW falls with New Years Eve - what have the rest of you decided about drinking?

Ginger...I would see if you can see him tomorrow. If he does a blood test you'll have a couple of days to wait for results.

Cyber I don't really drink anyway so I'm not drinking at all during my 2ww, want a bubba far to much esp after the last 2 months losses, I'm not doing anything that could harm my chances. I know others will and it's totally personal choice Grin

I'm going completely alcohol and caffeine free from January (2ww). It's going to be tough giving up chocolate completely but I really want to know I've given any future beans the best chance to be sticky! Grin

Hey ladies.

I'm possibly working New Year's Day so good excuse not to drink really. Might have I glass of champers to see in the new year but that's it.

Just popped over to my mums and was hit by a wave of nausea when she got the cooked ham out of the fridge! Not sure what that's about as it's one if my favourite things :-( back home now and attempting to cook fish... It could be messy!! I'm 10 days PO and still have lower cramps.... The 2ww is massively dragging this time round!!!

Hey spinning would love to test New Year's Eve/day but after being 5 days late the month before last and 2x bfns before AF came I think will wait until the weekend. AF is due sat according to my app but I ovulated a day early (had really intense ov pains) but will still try and wait. Feels different this month but I think my mind is running away with me.

Are you ovulating at the moment spinning?

Not long before the bus leaves the depot! Lots of people on this bus so hoping for lots of BFPs!

Last month was my first off the pill, and was nearly 6 weeks long. Hoping for a more 'normal' length cycle this time, as last month my hormones were all over the place (random spotting etc). Am on CD17 at the moment, so hopefully now at the start of my 2WW, (I'm purposely not doing ov kits / temping or anything at the moment as I'm trying to still be pretty relaxed about the whole thing as it's only cycle 2 but failing miserably). Time passes so slowly at this point doesn't it?!?

So far managed to fit in DTD quite a lot this month - was lucky that me and DH had a few days off together around Christmas which coincided, hopefully(!), with my fertile days, so decided to make the most of us having some free time together and have a DTD marathon, so am crossing my fingers! So far CD6, CD8, CD10, CD12, CD13, CD14, and CD16. Will try and DTD a couple more times over the next few days just in case I ovulate late. Will be much harder to find the energy though once we are both back at work and working silly hours, so hoping our Christmas break together has done it's trick! Wink

Lovecuppy.....sounds sensible to wait, I hate getting bfn's but I am a poas addict!Grin

I'm pee'ing on opk tests this week......last month I used them for the first time following a mc the previous month and was surprised to find I ov'd earlier than I thought at cd11....I'm cd9 now so trying to dtd lots while waiting for my smiley face!!

I had my third day of a flashing smiley face on the clearblue digi opk's today, so needless to say, the bding is coming along nicely! Blush

With regards to asprin my consultant has recommended that I take 75mg as soon as I get a BFP (not before) She has warned me that a side effect can be bleeding hence I will be given regular scans from 7 weeks.

Asprin is used in pregnancy to treat a condition called antiphospholipid syndrome which causes sticky blood which can be a cause of recurrent miscarriages. Whilst I have tested negative for this the tests apparently are not fantastic and with my history she feels the benefits outweigh the risks. I just wanted you ladies to be aware of the risk of bleeding if you do take it just so you do not panic and automatically fear the worst if you do have some bleeding.

Hi everyone, not been around over crimbo but hope you all had a good one and gearing up for a good NYE!

Not had chance to read back more than a page or two, SMF so sorry to see you back on the bus, I hope youre doing ok and manage to get your sticky one straight away.

Very exciting that some of you are in 2ww and will be testing soon, roll on those bfps!

AF is just about leaving me now, gotta go back for final (hopefully) blood test to confirm hcg back to negative on NYE morning so hopefully we can get cracking again on NYE night. Not dtd since 3rd Nov (yes I'm keeping records lol) so looking forward to starting to try again.

Oooh my af is due New Years Day, not had a high or peak on cbfm but Dtd at least every other day... Daren't think about testing fearing worst again .. This month will be 11th ttc Confused
