Fed up - I'm still impressed with twice in one day! Dd has dropped her naps so no chance during the day and she gets up at 5am so we don't get any chance to DTD apart from after she has gone to bed....maybe why not much is happening! I've threatened Dh with waking him up at 4.30 so we can DTD before she wakes up but I'm not sure I can face it to be honest...I get so little sleep as it is!

muz why did we get spun a yarn about men being desperate to have sex all the time? It's just not true!

abi sounds like you're protecting yourself from this roller coaster we're all helplessly stuck on. Hope you get a nice bfp this month.

I know geta my DH was never one of those men who wants sex constantly however my ex bf was! he is up for it at the weekends but just not really in the week so it's quite hard work.
I would be POAS too. Do you think there is something in there and just too early for them to see on scan? I can imagine it is the biggest head f*ck ever.

4.30 is too early one, normally ds wakes at 5.30 and wants to get up then but for some reason yesterday he was just chatting to his toys so we just got on with it! Not a normal occurrence in our household.

So I think I'm 1 or 2 dpo and I have the most painful boobs. I never had sore boobs before my mc. I've now started the googling and freaking myself out the sore boobs (particularly on and around and behind the nipples - which is what I have) means dominance of estrogen and therefore no ovulation too place. Anyone else get this??

Totally paranoid this month it's all gone tits up ( pardon the pun) as I had pos opk 3 days earlier this cycle and now mega sore boobs. It's not pregnancy as too early so just going a bit bonkers here worrying.

Anyone else?!

Thanks fedup - head fuck is exactly what it is. Of course part of me is thinking, maybe I am pregnant.I think with a chemical I wouldn't still be getting positives. Then another, more realistic part thinks of course I'm not pregnant, and that I would be stupid to even imagine I am.

I have never heard/read that about boobs and oestrogen. Being a real ttc nutter, I have read a lot. Have you read something medical? Any other reason to think you didn't ov?

fedup can't comment as I never encountered this but if it's carry on, go and see your GP (or call NHS direct)

geta good luck it is hard either way and do test and nag go back to the epcu if needed

Sorry unsure fed up maybe it is an early sign as I had mega sore boobs well before my bfp all times! Twins?
Stone I still haven't come on so think I am completely tying in with your cycle as usually 28 days however not case this month, but got bfn this am and feel its def on its way

My BFP went very quickly after my chemical pregnancy geta but I think often you just know dont you-I hope you still have a chance.

fedup you gave me inspiration and we managed DTD at nap time today and will do it again at bedtime! I can't remember the last time we managed twice in a day! Defiantly pre dd!

Thanks ladies. I am currently cd13 of approx 26 day cycle. Had pos opk on cd 9 (and again on 10 then neg on cd 11) so am estimating I ov'd on cd 11, which would make me 2 dpo. It's normally (if there is a normal post mc) on cd 13 - today. Def too early for a pregnancy sign as implantation wouldn't have happened. Just super worried something us up as also had some shooting pains on lower right hand side. If still going tomorrow, think will call doctor for an appointment. I want to test for pcos and whether am ovulating!

geta I don't think you are mad at all for thinking you could be pregnant. As like you say, with a chemical I would have thought it would have stopped getting darker / lost all hcg by now. Def go back to EPU / keep testing to see what's happening. Fx for you.

I haven't done it at all today as according to SMEP it's my day off! One more day tomorrow. But feel oddly guilty for not doing it today - I really think I'm losing the plot if I feel I need to do it every day! DH even asked if he needed to dtd tonight as he's keen for us to get up duffed too. But i just want sleep so. I've offered early tomorrow morning before work - eek

Geta - its horrid not knowing for sure, I would have thought that the hcg levels would have depleted rapidly if you had cp, so if you want to double check with gp or nhs direct then dont be afraid to as that is what they ate paid for!!

Fedup - ooh never heard of the nipple boobie thing, but if you are feeling nervous about it I would say book yourself a docs appointment, its worth it if it takes the worry away.

Stone, dildoos - im with you guys on the syncing bit I think, af due tues. One minute I think oooh is that nausea then the next I think oooh is that a af pain!! Ive resisted any temptation to POAS how ive managed that I dont know but I will be honest, the last two daysive checked my temp and its still above atm. Although its so bloody hot thats probably whats causing the nausea and higher temp! !

Keep up the good work all in dtd stage!!

Geta- I had positive darker tests for 6 weeks after but I had started getting the cyst that supports the pregnancy before placenta forms but no sign of a bAby but they took bloods in the end until my hcg was below 5. Epau let me go when they were below 20! Call them back hon and say darker get bloods to see if rising! Demand another scan xx

Well BFN this morning. So now waiting for af to turn up (probably tomorrow).

Geta I echo what the others have told you. You need to go back to the EPU and get your bloods checked and possibly even request another scan. At least you'll know where you stand.

Fedup you're making me wonder if I ovulated last month. I also had sore boobs (unusual for me) and I didn't get any ovulation pain (which I normally get quite uncomfortable pains). Things were back to normal this month though. 2dpo and no sore boobs and had my usual ovulation pain.

So 2ww for me now! I'm wondering if I should try and avoid the booze! The next 2 weeks are very jam packed with activities so it's going to be hard to be good. Maybe I'll set myself a 2 drink limit when out with friends!

I have to say I am really excited for Kate and wills today
My due date would have been around same time but I feel quite emotionally content and very excited for them.

I know dildoos, so excited for then both, it brings me back to when I went into labour with our ds, although very traumatic its was worth it in the end!! I wonder what sex the baby is.... maybe a girl?! Eeeeee! Boo hissss to af pains though for you, ive had a weird old time, one minute I feel nauseous and then the next minute I feel af pains, wish my body would make its mind up!!

Ninu I think a 2drink limit is fine, a few of us on here decided to just relax in the 2ww regards alcohol. I tend to only have 2drinks at any one time, so I think you are perfectly allowed to have a couple of drinks!!

The sundshine has gone now for us up in the north east its been cloudy and cooler since saturday. Although it has been a bit of a relief tbh. One more day before the thunderstorms were supposed to be having would have been nice though maybe.

geta sorry you're habing a tough time of it. I dont have any experience with cp so cant offer any advice other than if you arent happy with it then definately go back and het things checked again. It may at least be able to put your mind at rest.

fed up i am also impressed with the twice in one day and also a but jealous! I think weve only ever mamaged that once or twice ever although like you my ex was also more up for it than dh were also more of a weekend type couple. Probably die to dh often being away during the week. Ive noticed since tracking things whilst ttc that thursdays, saturdays and sundays are the norm here although sometimes there are slight variations but id never noticed a pattern before.

stone and dildoos sorry for your bfn's. its not ober yet though hang on in there just in case. And one sorry af showed up.

muzzy we only managed dtd once this month at the right time and it does make you feel like you havent really teied hard enough. But if you managed twice on cd18 then you should be in with a better shot.

ninu good luck for the 2ww. You will defonately be ok with a couple of drinks at a time. I dont normally give up in the 2ww, although this month me and dh have decided to. More to look better on the beach though on our holiday in sept rather than for ttc purposes.

Sorry its been a rather long post! Ive been lurking but not posted for a while. Im somewhere in the middle of the 2ww and have done well so far with not counting days and no opk's. And no symptoms or sore boobs or anything either. But i can feel the nuttyness trying to set in now... Had a dream last night where i did a pg test at the docs and was a bfp. Then text a pic of it to dh to tell him. And the due date was our wedding anniversary next year, whice would be around when it would be due if i really was this month. It felt so real its a bit disappointing when i woke up.

Well although I haven't poas yet, ive got mixed signals ahoy here! I feel nauseous, which im now putting downto the heat, as I have that all to familiar feeling of feeling 'looser' down below, does anyone else get that before their af? Also I was really naughty and took my temp which is near enough normal plus keep getting the little dull achey pains too.

One day we'll all get bfp and it will be fabby, eh!!

abi hope af doesn't rock up. I think I'm glad I don't do temping as I'm already a bit mad and know that it would make me even worse! The loose thing before af sounds interesting! Not sure i get that - just crampy.

I too am a bit excited bout the royal baby although really wish it was me, not being a royal but having a baby! I think it's a boy! Early labour can go on for days so hope the press have even more stamina!

So boobs are less sore today so don't really know what that means. Still wondering whether I ov'd and if i had taken my temp maybe I would know!! ninu maybe you didn't ov or maybe it's just our hormones going a bit crazy with us!

Well I'm currently already having a beer in the garden. This boiling weather calls for it as ds has a big splash in the huge paddling pool that DH tell me will make us broke for how much it costs to fill up!
