Hi fedup- its soggy cornflakes im afraid as AF arrived in the night :( although I actually feel ok as I knew it was coming but there's always that bit of hope isn't there and it was driving me a bit bonkers so I'm glad just to get on with it now!

And all is not lost this month DH will be back on cd16 and I seem to ov on cd18 so am going to get him to the DTD every day when he's back!

Fedup that is truly a pants thing, you must have felt upset for sure, I know I would have done, some people just don't understand or even consider how other maybe feeling with the actions the execute. You will just have to grant her the same grace maybe in not telling her when you get a bfp, then she may have an understanding of you felt. Put that thought of the feeling she gave you in an envelope and post it to the other side of the world hun, you concentrate on you now, fully deserved! !

Ok, so I know im not temping or opking or what not but I have a little ov calendar that I just found on tinternet!! Dtd last night and this morning I have pale pink spotting so I think I may have irritated it or something? ! Im only cd12 yesterday, anyone else had this? Im just keeping to the dtd every 3days and hoping for the best!!

Dildoos - I'm on cd 13 too and also need to DTD tonight! Also waiting for a positive opk....nothing yet although I feel like ov is just about to happen and my temp dropped a bit today....

Yes I'm kind of doing smep although i didnt plan to - we only started DTD on day 9 rather than day 8 but have done ok so far. Although I'm not sure if my Dh will be up for three nights in a row when i get a positive opk....he looked a bit scared when I told him we had to do that!

There will lots of us 2ww at the same time hopefully!

One little- I can't imagine a day would make all that big a deal? But the same horror face was seen on dp about the 3 days running! Has anyone done the raise your legs thing? I don't know weather to headstand on the 3 in a row attempts?!

Sad sad sad news my sil miscarried today I actually cried as if we're me poor poor girl feel really bad for her she has to be admitted to hospital for the tablets Saturday pm

Oh dildoos that's really sad news - I'm so sorry for your poor sil. It is heartbreaking - two of my sisters have had miscarriages, one was at about 16 weeks. I hope that she is ok.

I do admit to raising my legs after but I usually just put a pillow under my bum and rest for a few mins rather than lift them right up in the air!

One little I thought I raised it but may do legs up the head board lol.

I'm feeling a bit better today thanks. Got a terrible hormone spot on my chin but feeling less dark. Although my hotel room for the night is room 101! Only me.

Going to not drink much tonight... As worked out hangover depression is just the worst at the moment.. Although i have a habit when there is a company tab to go a little crazy until 4am! I'm sticking to just beer tonight, no wine. Hoping that will keep me safe and to just a few and I'm full after a pint! You will prob all tell me not to drink as am in the 2 ww but if I don't have any the whole company will think i am pregnant! Just a couple. And don't think am pregnant as feel nothing. Despite the hideous volcano on my face. Not entirely sure why I am justifying having a drink to you ladies but I am. Think I'm bad if you like. (And just remembered I had Parma ham for lunch, another cardinal sin

Enjoy your night, my theory is we are not needing to join AA and not drug addicts and they seem to get up diffed so if a bit of Parma ham, Brie, pâté , nuts, alcohol and a rare steak with a lightly poached egg is consumed them I say what the hell!

However I did crave peanut butter with dd and couldn't stop eating it and thought nothing of it until I found out she has a nut allergy! Oooops

Just got a positive opk so Dh had better keep his word tonight!

I have the odd drink even during 2ww. Not loads but a glass of wine etc shouldn't be harmful. Before I realised I was pg with dd, i thought af was about to show up because i had cramps and was grumpy, so I met a friend on friday night for dinner and it turned into a bit of a drinking session. On the sunday I realised I was actually 2 days late and got a BFP when I tested....

I agree we cant put our lives on hold when ttc. If we give up all the good stuff and then takes years, its going to be a pretty lousy few years! Ds was a total accident. One weekend 'back in the day' me and dh (or dp as it was then) went to a house party, got totally smashed, went home sometime the next day, and found out i was pregnant on the monday! And he turned out just fine so really dont worry about it.

Well af only hung around for 2 days again for me (some of you will remember me blabbing on about it and wondering if the light af's mean there isnt enough blood to hold a little bean) but i went to the docs anyway and she didnt seem concerned. Just said all the usual stuff about hormones needing time to get back to normal etc etc. So im hoping that by the time we have had our few months off well no opk's anyway it will have sorted itself out. If not i can go back once its been 6 months.

Sorry for those caught by af. And good luck to those about to dtd. Dh has been away all week and im missing him now if you get what i mean! Looking forward to the dtd stage again

bart I do think its a good thing the doc isn't worried. As annoying as it sometimes feels - as you want answers / solutions etc. sometimes time is the answer. And that's what I think I've been wrestling with. Just thought I'd conceive straight after mc like the other two times, but no - my body and hormones are taking their time to adjust. And to be fair to it, I was 3 months pregnant. V hard though.

So... I feel quite proud. I've left the bar at 1 am and am not smashed - hurrah! I avoided the jägerbombs and although deviated from by beer... It's to nothing too extreme so I better feel on tomorrow!

Good to hear all your stories about living normal lives. Me too... I was actually voted most drunk couple at a wedding ( with DH of course) 2 days before bfp with ds! Champagne cocktails at 5 am was a GREAT idea at the time. And he's turned out just fine.

Dildo - re nut allergy, it seems the advice is forever changing. Sometimes it is eat it during pregnancy, other times avoid. I too had a peanut butter thing going on and read it was ok to est and ds is fine with nuts so it might not be due to your PB eating that caused dd to have her nut allergy...
