yep felt drunk and room spinning then bam i was out,hubby said i woke up 5 times asking if id just woke up and how many eggs ,he was just laughing at me,im a bit tender and on sofa with pillow and blanket iv ate loads already was starving,im still not really bright at mo.

Spoke to the clinic, all 11 are still going but not gonna know if they go into blasto stage until transfer so it could still go tits up. Just gotta KEEP THE FAAAAITH

motor thats lovely re the donor. I've decided that if this works out for me I am going to donate some eggs before 35 esp as I am BME and I imagine eggs are low for them. Assuming my eggs are of any use - I keep thinking about mass produced products and how useless they can be.

nook it only takes 1 good quality egg don't forget. I may have superstud ovaries, but it looks more and more like a FET for me rather than fresh. Don't be disheartened.

There's a chance that The embryos (if any) will be frozen and implanted later - I think they are expecting the trigger to push my bloods up dangerously. Ah well. Just got the call I'm at 22000... So not as low as I expected, but right direction. More bloods tm.

I feel surprisingly fine - tender tummy, bloated as fuck but I'm getting around. Not being at work probably helps as I do not have to commute although I am going for bloods in rush hour. Time will tell all (yes I'm very chipper!)

nook dont worry ,i have to split my eggs so im a little worried may end up with 9 if lucky or just 6 but it only takes 1 and we have to be positive.they only saw 13 follies but got 18 eggs from me please stay up beat .

i worked myself up and my blood pressure was sky high in there but it really wasnt too bad,i did walk to theatre and get my legs strapped in but they worked to keep me calm.

euro yes, I think it is standard for embies to be transferred day 2 if the number is low. My clinic said they would do the same if I had fewer than three. It makes sense, as there are no others to compete against, so they should just be in the best environment, which is inside you. It only takes one!
fabulance I want your dinner (minus the chicken as I'm vegetarian) - it sounds delicious. Mine will be leftover Bortsch, asparagus, and any other leftovers I can find in the fridge.

nook don't panic about the number of follicles. Things change rapidly and you may end up with more eggs than that. Even if you don't, you could still have a fewer number of good mature eggs.

Life that made me laugh, comparing yourself eggs to bargain battery ones rather than high end organic free-range just because you got lots of them! I reckon they're like Burford Browns (my favourite).

As for me, we got 8 eggs, so donor must have produced 16. They had told me on Friday that there were only 10 follicles, so I was worried there wouldn't be enough to share, but the number is encouraging. Three of our 8 were immature, so rejected. The 5 remaining have been ICSI'd and they will call me tomorrow morning to say how many have fertilised. A reasonable start.

life I've just re-read my post, and just wanted to say that my comparing your eggs to Burford Browns was not related to you being BME, just that in my opinion they are the best quality eggs (as I'm sure are yours)!
