Have decided that jan and feb are ridiculously gloomy months, and that the only way us elderberries can possibly get through it is with lots of BFP's. here's hoping!

Quod, I'm pretty new here, but so sorry to read about your, quite frankly, shitty end to 2012; I hope that "hormonal fallout" doesn't happen and that you recover quickly and get back on track with things.

Bunny I always watched the last series with a large glass of wine. I found it was much more bearable enjoyable that way as we weren't TTC at that point but I knew we were going to start soon.

Janey the surprisingly good odds are just another example of my pregnancy giving with one hand and then taking away with the other..... I opened the envelope to the good news and then 10 minutes later couldn't find the heartbeat with the doppler I can hear the placenta really loud though so I'm not panicking yet and hope it's just because baby is pointing his arse at me today. It seems that finding that galloping horse is a bit of a precise science.

I avoided OBEM as we had to dtd tonight and I didn't want to be sad for it!

On cd10 and first dtd of the month done.

I'm on CD 10 too (well, technically 11 now its after midnight). Avoided OBEM too but not for the same reason as you, twinkle

arghhh still no AF.....cramps but nothing else, this morning was more than spotting though....confused. Hope my body makes up its mind overnight and figures out what the heck is happening by morning...getting frustrated now!

I know what you mean Mother. After that kind of spotting and a BFN , you just want AF to turn up and get it over and done with.

Rach even my doc had a bit of trouble findning the heart beat last time, so probably nothing to worry about (and a reason I really should not get a doppler myself, would be panicking every time).

Yes rache - agree the baby will just be in a funny position, am sure all is fine. But like hazle, I cannot allow myself to get one due to the inevitable panicking!

Thanks hazel and janey the evil old witch has finally arrived, never been so glad to see her horrid face, I was so sick of being in limbo!

Now, and talk about thinking ahead, should OV again on the 17th or 18th according to my apps didn't trust the MyDays one so got Woman Log too, they are about a day different I'm a freak I know. That gives me 10 days before I have to start peeing on OPK sticks. I've never seen so much of my own pee in my life as I have the last few months of TTC. Nice huh.

I'm sorry mother. But you did have a line, remember that...

I don't know about chemical pregnancies, but after my miscarriage my cycle went slightly haywire, so you might not ovulate exactly when you expect - thank goodness for OPK!! Hopefully you'll have some kind of a fertility boost like hazle and get upduffed straight away....

Mother, I would recommend charting your temperatures. Have you looked at fertility friend? You will know when AF is on its way from the behaviour of your temps in the final days of your luteal phase. Mine starts to drop ever so slightly from 11DPO and then plummets the day before AF. I rarely test before AF is due simply because my temps tell the full story.

I have just received my day 21 progesterone result over the phone: 119.4!! How marvellous is that? Plus, my temperature today, at 11DPO, has gone up! [must not get excited or hopeful]

I've not looked into temping viv, how does it work? FX this is your month!!!
