I hope nobody else has started a May conception thread; April isn't going to be it for me, so onwards and forwards ladies!

Very excited for you Hopecat. Sounds promising and very reserved of you to wait to test. Good idea though.
DH still poorly in bed. Well still in bed anyway! so no bd for us over fertile time. Hmmmmm. Not happy but there is always next month! Time seems to go so slowly when you are waiting doesn't it!

Hopecat · 04/05/2006 12:52

Hi everyone. Wait over: AF arrived last night Sad

Had a good cry on DH last night (who was gutted as well - he's almost as obssessive a symptom-spotter as I am now), and got up and cleaned the house this morning.

Feel better now. Thanks for all your luck-wishing. Smile

So, CD2 for me today! Here we go again.

Think I'm going to start a June thread before anyone else jumps in. Wink

maazaa · 04/05/2006 12:57

So sorry Hopecat, what a shame.....am thinking of you. It is lovely that your DH is so supportive and sympathetic.

Am sure I'll be joining you on the June thread in due course. Am CD 17, with full on PMT symptoms - bullet boobs, swollen tummy and very tired and moody. Am awaiting AF which I think will be here next week.

peachygirl · 04/05/2006 12:58

Hopecat I'm really sorry. Sad

Hopecat · 04/05/2006 13:01

Hi Maazaa - DH is lovely, but he's also more involved than most men in th process as he's had to have 5 injections a week since Jan '05 to get fertile in the first place. If I do get PG I won't feel like I'm the only one who has to go through all the physical stuff - he's been suffering for ages poor poppet.

He wants to be a Daddy so much. He was very positive last night though, saying (rightly) that we're so much closer than we've ever been to becoming parents.

Hopecat · 04/05/2006 13:02

Thanks Peachy Smile

Celou · 04/05/2006 13:58

Oh no! I'm so sorry for you Hopecat!
I think I might be in the same boat. I have sore nipples and Montgomery tubercules on them, but I didn't realize that could be a premenstual sign as well. Sad
I'm on CD31 but got knows how long my cycle is.
I did a first response test on monday but it was negative. So that's not very encouraging.
Better luck for you this month!!! Smile

skerriesmum · 04/05/2006 14:07

I'm on cd 30...
Sorry too Hopecat, I thought we'd be testing together. Who else is waiting to test? Laughalot?
I've had cycles longer than this before though so AF could still be around the corner.
So tough to wait... now I think I'll wait till after the weekend!
Wannabe what's happening with you?!

laughalot · 04/05/2006 15:37

I think I may have got a bfp but not sure did a boots test which has a cross thing if your pg, now the line going across is clear but the one going down is faint but it can be seen without holding it to the light any ideas ?

cazzybabs · 04/05/2006 15:44

HJi ladies - thought I would check in...am looking forward to the 10th Grin....although I doubt anything will happen this month as dd2 has decided t o have more breastmilk this month - Ithink I am back up to about 4 feeds a day where as I was down to 1! Still I can but try!

Hopecat · 04/05/2006 17:08

Hopecat · 04/05/2006 17:40

My fingers are crossed for you too skerriesmum. You're on CD30 aren't you? Ooh, you could cut the tension with a knife on this thread...

flowertot · 04/05/2006 18:04

Well done Laughalot. That is so fab! Keeps us all going when we get bfps. Hope for us all. Fingers crossed skerries, you must be our next hopeful!

Hopecat · 04/05/2006 18:07

So Lotta -spill the beans (not literally obviously - gross).

Doggy or missionary? Morning or evening BD? Drunk or sober? Every other day or all the time?

I'm a bit tiddly now (after 1 stubby - pathetic), and I must have details.

trace2 · 04/05/2006 18:23

sorry hopecat, them syptoms are a bummer anit they.

and way hay lota, looks like you will be big when web meetGrin

wannaBe1974 · 04/05/2006 18:33

hiya all

yayayayayaya for lota, sooo happy for you :)

Skerriesmum here's hoping that you're next.

I'm on cd46 here, woke up feeling majorly sick, a fact which wasn't helped by fact that the dog was sick downstairs and had to clear it up, am sure that doesn't normally make me feel sick but .. still being cautious. Apart from that have had loads of cm over last couple of days, i do remember vividly having that when I was pg with ds, because kept wondering if there was something up, but still not reading anything into that, also have had mild af type cramps but with no af - and had those when I was last pg as well, but in my heart I'm sure I'm not pg and don't want to test again.

For anyone who is interested, I have 12 early hpt's which I just can't use - they're the dip variety and a pain to read, but if anyone feels brave enough to use one then I'll gladly let anyone who wants one have one :).

pussycatmomma · 04/05/2006 19:21

hi all.....Lota, Congratulations!! Thats wonderful news Grin, i will deffo call in to see you now!! cant wait to see your bump start to grow!! am really pleased for you honey.
Has anyone heard from Nat yet?? (nataliejane from the chat thread?) she hasnt been around for a while.
Wannabe, oh honey pie, i really really do hope this is your time, how many days before you can test again??
Welcome to any new ladies by the way, havent had a chance to read this thread in full, but i tell you one thing, it doesnt seem like 2 mins ago we were all on the positive january thread!! now look at us!
Went for my 21 day blood test today.

Pretty uneventful.
Im really trying not to get my hopes up this month but i want to be pg more than anything. Have sore boobies and lots of cm but not sure if its my wishful thinking thats bringing it on. Dont normally experience symptoms at all.
Good luck to all, hope to catch some of you later for a chat
((((((hugs))))) pusscat x x x

skerriesmum · 05/05/2006 02:38

Thanks wannabe for thinking of me... I'm going to TRY to wait until after the weekend to test, no more wasting money on tests until I'm pretty sure of a good result! Also it's my niece's birthday and I don't want to take from that, my sister's worked really hard planning a big party.
