Pinkie29 · 05/06/2012 09:30

Thanks nic trying to chill out! Want to go see my mum but dp doesn't want me to get her hopes up? Hmm thing is she's quite logical when it comes to these things I just can't really ask any friends as I know they won't keep it to themselves!

Ooohpinkie that's good to hear. Trying to keep hopes up until AF... Will test again at the weekend! Thanks :)

NicolaHazel · 05/06/2012 09:46

Pinkie, tell your mum if you want to. I'm sure she won't let on she knows to DP, but you need the support.

Lots of BFPs already in June...hope those of us left keep up the momentum!

Pinkie29 · 05/06/2012 09:49

Yeah my thoughts exactly Smile she doesn't live too far away so will take a drive over in a day or two and hope dad and brothers aren't about!

OMG this thread is so exciting now we've finally hit June, theres going to be more news on a daily basis, I can't cope Grin

KickingUpQuestions · 05/06/2012 10:45

pinkie - i would tell my mum if i wanted to. she is the only other person who can understand and she is has your very best wishes to heart.

i adore my husband but some things a mum can help with :)

KickingUpQuestions · 05/06/2012 10:46

has your best wishes at heart?

Pinkie29 · 05/06/2012 11:04

Oh she's be over the moon two grand kids in less than a year hopefully! I'm thinking of txting one of my workmates and asking? We're not that close but we get on well and I know I can trust her not to tell anyone she's had a couple of kiddies

OP posts:
KickingUpQuestions · 05/06/2012 11:10

do it. i get the feeling you need to talk to someone. :)

men don't get it

winkle2 · 05/06/2012 11:11

Congrats panzee!

And to you pinkie!

Would you mind sharing what you did this month? Might help us ladies still waiting :)

NicolaHazel · 05/06/2012 11:20

Ha ha, winkle, I just asked her that elsewhere!! :-)

And you definitely need someone to talk to Pinkie...I'm lucky in that I'd go straight to my sister. And my BFF, who happens to be a midwife!

QueenOfTheDrama · 05/06/2012 11:23

Yes pinkie I was going to ask if there's anyone at work you can tell. She can give you all the advice you need re work matters plus help to cover for you if you have morning sickness or anything! Grin

Pinkie29 · 05/06/2012 11:33

Ok this will sound really regimented but it's not! First day of af I started 2000mg of Vitex daily to try and shorten my cycle, also took 3000mg epo to increase ewcm along with 400mg frolic acid and 50 mg b6

I stopped vitex and epo once I'd ovulated (I used opks) we concentrated our efforts around ov and used conceive plus and an instead cup along with lengthy pinkling! Like winkling but was pretty much resting on my shoulders with my legs up the wall. Oh I temp'd also which confirmed ov we dtd 4 days before, the day before (but didn't finish due to emo meltdown) the day we got my smiley had a day off then again, didn't really keep track of when we dtd the rest of the cycle and had about a week off after ov due to dps shifts!

And now ironically I'm terrified to dtd??

I'm hoping my vfp turns into a bfp soon think once I get past af due date I'll feel better!

OP posts:
NicolaHazel · 05/06/2012 11:38

Wow! I don't think I'm quite at the w/p inkling stage yet...maybe in a few months! I do try to stay lying down for 20 mins or more though.

Will keep all that in mind though :-)

KickingUpQuestions · 05/06/2012 11:50

yet nicola - 6 months on and you will do anything.

pinkie are those the correct names? i am doing the vitamin kick next cycle

KickingUpQuestions · 05/06/2012 11:52

Haha don't worry - epo is evening primrose i guess?

and have been on frolic acid for over a year
