June BFP part two!!

Well since I filled it thought if best start a new one! 1000 posts by June 3rd well done ladies!

Like puppyMummy I've been watching this thread for a while - thanks guys for helping NOT to use up 25 tests poas FAR too early. Tested yesterday at 10dpo and got a BFP with a First response although AF not due until Mon. Today I feel sick :-( but think its probably psychological as had horrible hyperemesis with DD and although I'm happy to have a BFP dreading the consequences!! Also worried that it could just be chemical etc and I don't want to get too excited until its 'stuck' a little while!

I'm dpo10 today and could have a go at testing but I'm scared!!
What if it says no but it's too early and it could still be yes- think I'd think it was no today and bum me out and I have a wedding later, the plus is I could be very happy and know not to drink- the neg ignorance is bliss?!?
What do we think??

Test test! Then if it's negative you have to think 'phew! I can have a drink later' but you can still test again if af doesn't come and if it's positive you'll have a lovely day!

That's if you don't mind having a drink if there's a possibility you're pregnant... I'm not stopping until I get a bfp but I know some people don't agree with that.

When would you be expecting af if she were to make an appearance?

Having said the above if you did have a later testing date in mind you might want to wait - I'm determined to wait until my testing day.

So.... in conclusion.... it might be nice to test but it might be nice to wait to test.... helpful, aren't I?

I think I'm going to wait, made the mistake of asking dh and he didn't want it to ruin our last day if it was neg, especially if it was possibly abit early for a pos anyway! I'm actually on cd34 and usually cycle is between 28-34 but as this is my wtf cycle ov was a wk later then normal so I don't really have a proper af date just going on dpo's really!
P.s I am the naughty type who wait till bfp to stop drinking aswel, it came from the year+ I had of trying for dd, I was not pregnant then sober which made for a very miserable girl!
I think as we don't know how long it will take you can't put your life on hold til you know, plus I think someone put that they don't even use your blood supply til 4 weeks or something?! Anyhow dd is fine and I conceived her over Xmas and bday lol
Oh and as my Dm likes to point out in her day you were told one nothing and we are all fine :) x

Yeah, enjoy your day and wait a bit. I'm getting impatient for my testing day, even though it's 9 days away - trying to plan lots of lovely things to fill the days. How long are you going to wait to test? I'll be lurking here waiting for more bfps!

I'm going to try tomorrow I think, yes I'm lurking here and July just incase but would love to see some regulars get a bfp, no offence to the newbies but we havnt gone through the dtd and 2ww symptom spots with them so you kinda want to hear the good news from the girls you've agonised it out with!

Congratulatons Tay. I dare not test until AF is due. last cycle I tested 2 days before because we were away on holiday and visiting friends and I wanted to know so I could drink or not!!

having said that 10 days PO would be Monday and thats OH B'day so that could be good! I only have one Clear Blue non digi (which I wouldn't trust) and One FR which I wouldn't want to waste so early! maybe I could use the clear blue...

I am refusing to symptom spot! Month one I had every symptom going,
I was terrible! second month I had none but I had my sisters wedding in middle of 2WW to distract me!

This month I am refusing to acknowledge any symptoms at all! although I do feel a bit AF type crampy and bloated...

I feel a bit af-y crampy and bloated too... can't decide if it's a good or a bad thing!

I think it would be a good thing if I didn't think it was all in my head like month one! I am trying very hard to ignore it!

Ooooh, don't get my hopes up!

Af got me, totally bummed out and pissed now!( as in the alcohol kind)

Oh no I'm sorry kittykats. That sounds such an inadequate response to what you must be feeling. I'm trying to prepare myself for a bfn but I know I'll be absolutely devastated if it happens.

Have some more , a bit of a break from the ttc madness then get yourself on the July thread.... I hope that you get lucky this coming cycle.

Thanks girls, sunshine you seen really lovely to everyone and very positive, I'll try and take a leaf out of your book, Whenshe was and winkle you know I've been with you on the July thread anyway so thanks for you support, feel really bummed I won't lie, fighting the sinking into misery about is it going to end up taking me years again ( I know this will make it worse) and the feelings I was trying to ignore from mc last month by jumping back on the wagon, I know it's best for your body to have a month off really but I loved getting pg last time without trying, just a random bit of dtd when we felt like it, I had no idea of af or ov as no af from breast feeding and now I feel like I'm back on the madness train!!
Please ignore my moans though, for today im being self indulgent!

I've been having funny 'af's coming' type feelings today and yesterday and am trying not to get my hopes up that it's implantation but it's not easy. I think despite telling myself to relax, deep down I want to be pregnant so badly it is going to be a disappointing crash if I'm not. it's very likely that the reason it feels like af's coming is because she is though .

I hope you're being kind to yourself - be as self indulgent as you need to be and I'll keep straddling both threads to keep in touch.

I too am desperate to get pg again, it's so anoying that when you relax you get pg much easier ( I do believe it to be true because of how I've conceived in the past) but when it's what you want how can you trick your body into relaxing!!!

Boobs are still very 'sorry' (sore) hoping it's a sign of a BFP this month. Just want to be a mum now too...another 5 days till AF is due. Was very tempted to POAS today but being good and patient.

Am I crazy for holding out a bit of hope for implantation? Although sunshine I'm sure it's AF as symptoms are exactly like last month.

It's ok I'm just a bit sad and so want to be a mum now but I guess it will happen when it's meant to.

yes! af is due 29th/30th. I was going to test on 29th but oh has persuaded me to wait til 30th so will test then unless af arrives obviously!
no symptoms to mention at mo either!

Sunshine, I think it might just be you and me left! are you testing Sat too?

Its a long time 'til Saturday! Stll not symptoms to speak of....
