Right I'm going to be bold and start a new thread to drum up some energy for anyone ttc a Jan / Feb / Spring 2013 baby.

Does anyone want to join me on this flight?

Pipbin · 20/05/2012 21:31

And, whispers, there has been no spotting yet.

I did an Internet cheapie and still nadda so safely ruling myself out. I welcome you all outside my bathroom in a few weeks :o

My DH occasionally goes to church. We have tried going as a family but last time we went DS just lobbed the bibles over the pews and distracted everyone with his dancing and declarations of his favourite phrase " oh no!"Blush

silent must be extra difficult with the detachments.

limeleaf yes, v annoying but he was brighter today so hoping they're working now. Ps. Loved reading about your boys and the worm hunt earlier, too cute!

EmpireBiscuit · 21/05/2012 08:57

tictac don't count yourself out yet! I tested on the Friday and BFN, AF due on Sunday, she was a no show. Tested Sunday afternoon and BFP.

I don't believe you can truly know until the 1st missed day!

Flightty · 21/05/2012 09:43

Just popping in girls to say sorry I haven't been keeping up, just trying to get through the days without feeling too sick! Spring I hope you are managing...mine's only just kicked in properly at 6+1 now, the days seem endless. Have you got any meds? I find mine really help, if not making it disappear completely, just by being something to cling to.

And I am thinking of you all and hoping you all are doing okay. Lots of love xxxx

Purpledragon · 21/05/2012 10:32

Hey flightty you puking me sniffing. Still here taking my temp and looking for scant old lady CM. In my battle to fill in the CM line at FF, my very first post a couple of months back on MN was 'old bird looking for pant snot' yep, that's me. Keeping things classy. Well I got my reward, mucus mucus mucus, just all out the nose. You think it matters? God, both of us actually. Filling in the shag line though between nose blowing.

Chin up flightty and feel better anyone else who is feeling under the weather.

SpringFlowers · 21/05/2012 12:42

Hi Everyone Grin,

I'm finding it difficult to keep up while working and being exhausted! I'm going to have a go at name checking, bear with me!

Flightty Sorry you're feeling sick, I'm glad the meds help you. I am 5+2 and have been feeling nauseas for a while. I feel like it's too easy and am worried about how bad it might get! I'm glad you seem to be managing it at the moment.

Empire How are you doing? I'm muddled as to where we all are again. Flightty is 6+1, I am 5+2, how many weeks are you?

Pipbin When is your AF due?

What is going on outside Treats bathroom? Hope ou are ok in there, these guys have been waiting out here for ages!

Lastbox Fingernails growing faster??? Really?! Aside from weird facts how are you doing? When are you planning to test?

Lime Your temps are so high! Mine were way below that even at their peak! I don't think I ever got above 36.8. I wouldn't worry about how often you dtd. The month I conceived we dtd twice prior to ovulation. It doesn't take a lot (clearly!).

Blackcat Hope are you doing? I did my test on day 26 after an unexpected temperature rise. Fx for you. Hope whatever it was that was due to be stressful was ok.

Waves to everyone else.

I'm mainly fine here, had some brown cm yesterday which caused a bit of a panic. It was only once when I went to the loo, with no pain. I saw the doctor this morning and she thinks that all the signs look positive. It's too early for a scan so I'm just sitting tight. I've also been totally exhausted and have just felt grotty. It's good that I still feel ill. At home today and not working.

Pipbin · 21/05/2012 12:52

I'm whispering because I don't want AF to hear but still no spotting here even after a run, and I always spot after a run post ov.
Also, my temp was still high this morning.
She is due on Sunday, if I keep quiet she might not notice me.

EmpireBiscuit · 21/05/2012 13:18

Skweeeeee pip so exciting!!

Yeah....come on treats what news?

spring I am 5+2 too, due 19 Jan? I have appt at docs tomorrow, my exzema has went a little mental lately and google says no to the treatments I currently use. I am hoping he will also be able to tell me what to do next and that telling someone makes it seem real!

Flightty · 21/05/2012 14:02

Springy, Purple...thanks guys. (Not puked yet [proud] and hoping to hold off on that...might be lucky!)

Spring I am amazed that you are still working. I don't think I could cope at all, I keep falling asleep apart from everything else! Do you think you will stop at some point? Or does it help take your mind off feeling rough?

Purple, sorry you are poorly, and I hope it clears up soon...well done for still managing to do the necessary though Smile

I think DP is really glad that bit is over, he was finding it exhausting!

What is actually taking place in Treats' bathroom...have to catch up with all this I think Smile

LimeLeafLizard · 21/05/2012 15:08

Good to hear updates from the pregnant ones Smile, but sorry to hear that nausea is so rife already. I think tiredness doesn't help.

Pipbin ssssshhhh! Fx for you.

Crazy, Smile thanks!

Purple sorry to hear your snot is the wrong type! (ew can't quite believe I just wrote that). Keep on filling those lines.

My temp was back down to a more reasonable pre-ov 97.3 today and I managed to delay DH leaving for work (he wasn't too impressed actually) so FX I am back on track. Might get a genuine temp rise tomorrow?

OP posts:
lastboxoftampons · 21/05/2012 18:56

alright, alright! Give a girl some privacy!! Treats, when you're ready we're having a cup of tea in your kitchen Wink

LLL Fx for your temp rise this morning and Grin at you delaying DH. Makes you wonder just how many guys on the morning train have just been accosted by their wives/girlfriends before leaving the house!

Pip well done for no spotting! Woohoo! None here yet either, so fingers crossed!

Spring, Empire and Flightty Smile good to see you all! Glad to hear your pregnancies are all going well.

Purple laughing about your old lady issues! Same prob over here. We used pre-seed when TTC DS and have been using the Boots own brand this time around. I like it because it really takes the pressure off for me. I don't have to worry about whether I had enough Ewcm on any given day. Makes me feel like we've given the swimmers the best chance whether or not I had sticky or EW or whatever.

We survived second day of nursery! DH has been getting DS up and doing the drop off in the morning and DS has been difficult. I feel bad for DH but at the same time I think it might be good for him to see what it's like sometimes!

Either 5 or 6 dpo here and have lots of pinching in my tummy today. But I know better to read into it...or do I? Sigh...I might have my hopes up a little, but I'm trying desperately not to. No spotting yet, though I thought I might've seen an orangey shadow earlier but then nothing. No telling what's going on! AF due Sunday, I think.

LimeLeafLizard · 21/05/2012 20:00

Good point. Sorry if we've put pressure on you, Treats.

Lastbox I'm sure it will be good for your DH to do the morning nursery run. It is easy to forget if you don't have to do it regularly. FX your AF stays away.

Treats · 21/05/2012 20:10
Sad

I didn't even make it to the bathroom - AF came last thing before I went to bed last night.

Feel like I let you all down......

Just been feeling rubbish all day - terrible period pains to add to the disappointment of AF arriving. Fortunately my mum was here so I wasn't just here by myself with DD all day (I don't work Mondays) and it was better than having to struggle into work.

I had my docs appt this morning. Apparently my second progesterone test was '24' where the first one was '3' so I 'probably' ov'd although the result was borderline. There's nothing else to do now - he says to give it a few more months - although DH is going to do a sperm test so that we can rule out any potential problems with his swimmers.

I feel a bit more hopeful about my cycle now though - it was 30 days with a Day 18 ovulation and a 12 day LP which is within the realms of normal, unlike the last two. Hopefully taking B6 throughout my whole cycle might make the difference.

And I'm going to see if i can pick up some of that pycogenol (sp?) that lbot mentioned for DH. Especially if his sperm test doesn't look too good.

I've slightly lost track of where everyone is at - been a bit self-obsessed the last few days - but it's nice to hear from our BFPs!! (waves to Flightty, Spring and Empire)

Pipbin - fx - when are you due? And lbot - how many more days do you have to wait?

Crazytictac - sorry for your BFN.

blackcats - are you around? Any news? I think we were going to be poas buddies......

Pipbin · 21/05/2012 20:47

Oh Treats I'm so sad for you.

My AF is due on Sunday. Bitch better not show up.

That said, this month would be really bad timing to get PG, next month would be so much better Wink

Crazytictac · 21/05/2012 21:09

Oh treats so sorry AF has arrived. It's so hard when you convince yourself not to get your hopes up but the nearer it gets to AF due date, it is impossible not to be hopeful and excited. Hope you're ok.

One teeny minuscule consolation might be that at least you didn't waste any money poas unlike me

Pipbin · 21/05/2012 21:30

Oh LastBox looks like we are POAS buddies.

lastboxoftampons · 21/05/2012 21:51

Oh Treats I'm so sorry Sad DO NOT for one second feel you've let us down. We're right here with you and we all get excited together and we all get disappointed together. There's not one of us who hasn't been there and we're all in this together. So we're here for you, whatever and whenever you need. I hope you're feeling okay, hon, you've had a nearly textbook cycle, you've got some answers and you're about to get some more with DH's SA - so there are some things to look forward to in there. Take as long as you need, then deep breath and let's move on :)

And I know I'm sounding super bossy on this thread lately, but this goes for all of you, you understand?

Now, as you were! WinkSmile

LimeLeafLizard · 21/05/2012 22:31

Well said lastbox, that is exactly right. We've all had our hopes up only to have the disappointment of AF arriving, and the whole point of the thread is to ride the ups and downs together. So Treats I am sorry your AF arrived but glad your cycle is normalising and you have some positives to look focus on. Huge Hug to you.

OP posts:
SilentMammoth · 21/05/2012 23:19

Treats we're all here together, through rough and smooth. CD1 and this could be your cycle! We all hope so x

Purpledragon · 22/05/2012 05:07

Sorry Treats, CD 1 onwards, all on your side. Hug.
Last my OH drops our son off regularly at nursery now, these days he loves it and only occassional kicks off about going if I drop him. I guess due to a change in the routine. Thanks for the Pre-seed tip. Honestly I've not tried (live overseas and don't easlily get my hands on all these TTC delights). My understanding is that it replaces errr arousal fluid not CM and doesn't enhance conception chances as such (unless you would not have had sex at all, then it def does!). That said, who knows and certainly can't hurt right? I've been taking EPO, can't say Ive noticed any difference. A possible tiny 'improvement' I think is really to do with obsessive searching 'around'. Ok, that's enough pant snot chatter for now, but you all know where I am should the need for CM news strike.

Pipbin · 22/05/2012 07:28

It's 8dpo and still no spotting and still high temps. Really is starting to look like a triphasic pattern.
Will not get excited!

Purpledragon · 22/05/2012 07:30

You know Pipbin it really does look excellent. Exciting.

EmpireBiscuit · 22/05/2012 07:35

Ah treats thats rubbish! I'll fourth (or was it fifth) what has been said above, you haven't let any of us down!

blackcatsdancing · 22/05/2012 09:34

treats sorry its not your month, mine neither. Looks like we are to be POAS buddies again- though like you i didn't get round to it this time, i was going to test this morning only to find AF had started. I didn't think it was my month but there's always that chance. Obviously i'm feeling pretty bad about it. Anyway on the positive side your cycle seemed normal this month and your progesterone will most likely keep improving so keep positive.

If i get pregnant this month it will be due after my birthday, then i'll really be old. Can't keep this up for much longer. Shall try to have more sex this month but wondering if i will ever get pregnant again. I really don't believe in this so called rebound fertility and to be honest it just puts additional pressure on women.
