CD 11 here. saw my acupuncturist this morning , she's lovely. She didn't rate holland & barrett vits much and recommended Solgar, which i do remember being the ones we used to recommend to customers when i worked in a health food shop many years ago. I suppose people buy what they can afford though.
CM more copious and even stretching- though not yet clear, this is something it didnt do prior to taking my Vit B6 - well not for a long time it hasn't (CM reduces with age) . OPK very faint, i'd probably test again this evening but as we are going to have SWI anyway not much point. Can't see it being an early ovulation this cycle. maybe another 2 days to go?

Ooh Spring - I've wondered off to the other thread and didn't realise you were all still here. So very pleased to hear your news!! How wonderful to have seen your little baby. I had a 6 week scan with DD and it was really overwhelming to see the tiny little speck on the photo and realise that there was already a little heartbeat in there. Feeling a bit teary for you.

I think I'm out, no Valentines baby for me as I've started spotting. Temps are all over the place and having only ever had a luteal phase of 10/11 days I am now 16dpo my fertility friend app is going haywire! I got another BFN this morning so I just want AF to start properly now. On to cycle 9

tuesday sorry to hear about the spotting , you must feel pretty down. On the positive side a longer luteal phase is a good thing- though we don't need one quite a s long as 16 days (i've had them ,annoying as it makes cycle so long when you want to move on). Did you take any supplements to help increase it?

just tested my OPK and much darker than yesterday-not quite as dark but i don't always get there, means i'm going to Ovulate soon, possibly tomorrow. DTD last night and the sofa is free tonight which means DP will want to have sex again.

Hi blackcats yes once I realised my cycle consisted of a very long FP and short LP I started to take B6 and Agnus Castus. After about 6 months of B6 and 3 months of AC this months cycle has been FP 18 days and LP 16 days so far. Getting there, but not quite the 14/14 I long for!

I think the dark OPK means ovulation at some point in the next 12 hours, is that right? I tend to rely on temping over OPKs but might start using them again as they probably are pretty accurate.

The Agnus Castus works wonders for PMS though, so if that is an issue for anyone I can highly recommend it. I no longer consider the divorce courts once a month (poor DH!)

Its not over till the fat lady sings but I had another BFN this morning so I'm just waiting for AF to arrive.

tuesday sorry to hear you got another BFN :( are you going to move onto the new thread? I tried agnus castus and still have the bottle in my fridge but i could never work out how much i should take. I was using it as a fertility aid, and also is it one to take until you Ovulate then stop again? I know its quite potent stuff.
i'm still waiting for ovulation, was certain it wold have been yesterday but had another low temp today- though i slept very badly which makes my temps go mad.
I don't often get an official positive OPK, but i look at the line and if its darker than before and then fades away i take it that that was it, this is then backed up by temps going up. Anyway CD14 DTD last night so hope to Ov today.

CD14 and I'm pretty certain i'm now in 2ww, CM is more sticky (that started yesterday afternoon) and OPK was lighter than yesterday ( i tested twice once at 11am , once at 7pm , both very similar darker but not quite as dark as control). Temp not up this morning but could be down to lack of sleep or maybe i've not quite ovulated yet. Annoying really not to know. We DTD last night and 2 days before that so think i'm covered if i did ov yesterday (when last night was probably too late) and for today. Nothing to do now but keep busy.

i'm ok on here. I will pop over to say whatever happens but i want my feb baby and am not jinxing it by moving over.

that is i tested with OPKs yesterday twice. Doubt i'll test twice today now its gone fainter but might.

Hi blackcats yep I'm definitely out now AF arrived with a vengeance so I'll head over to the other thread. Cycle 9. 9 FFS! I could have made an entire human being in that time!

I have capsules of Agnus Castus and just take one each day. I need to do more research as I'm taking both B6 and AC all through the month, and while it's changing the pattern on my cycles I'm not sure it's actually helping. I may stop it during the LP and see if that helps. There is so much conflicting information on the Internet it would be useful to get a definitive answer.

Good luck to you this cycle, it sounds like you DTD at the right times so fingers crossed! You could always head to the next thread and just be an early tester over there? Because of the way my cycles run I'm always one of the last on the thread by the time I come to test!

temp up so on 2ww. doing visualisation and feeling very positive.

Sorry about the MC. My friend had a MC and a year later on the same date gave birth to her first DC.

I do live in fear that after 9, 10, 11 months of trying or whatever it takes us we have a MC and have to start all over again.

Having been on this thread a long time now, it feels only right to come back one last time and give each of the reindeer a pat and a carrot to thank them for the BFP I just got.

fallback temp today- very low, almost down to coverline, but have read a good explanation about why it doesn't always show up on your chart and am ok with it. Fingers crossed it rises tomorrow.

12DPO and i have the faintest positive on my test strip. Maybe i really will get my February baby.
